The management were kind. However, the facility was quite dirty and loud, i believe they were undergoing renovations and signs said they were under new management...the door to the room was filthy on the outside. Upon entering the room it had a bad smell. There were zero hangers in the room. There was no nightstand. Overall condition of the room was unpleasant. I left 5 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel.

There was no indication that the gym AND the breakfast hall was out of commission. They had a bunch of hidden fees that were not explained until after i gave my card up, and the equipment to transport people's luggage was completely broken but they were making people use them knowing it was a safety hazard. Overall 4/10 experience

It was overall good. Room that I stayed in was in good condition, everything working perfectly and well kept. Just the entrance to the hotel that needs some work in terms of the scent of cigarettes sometimes and the elevator but I believe work is ongoing so yeah it was good for me I’ll say.

The hotel tried to charge me more than what the online price was. My room was dirty and had a small kitchen with no cups. Also when I walked outside there was homeless people asking to use my slcell phone and wanted money. Not to mention they where working on the floors from 8-6pm the noise from the sawing, hammering and music was unbearable. I will NEVER say at this dumb again.

Absolutely horrible cpuldnt check in had to wait until 8pm chexk in time was 3pm. Had to basically give a organ at the front desk. Somreason needed all phone numbers not just mine. Elevator is just plywood....let that sink in a bit.PLYWOOD JUST LAYING THERE OVERLAPPING. Room smelled hallways smelled we checked in a 8pm checkes out at 1220am couldnt take it any longer.

This is a disgusting place. There were prostitutes there with men coming in and out all throughout the night. I could smell weed and cigarettes the entire time I was there. You could hear them having relations (loudly) and then fighting over money. Two men came beating on my door at 11pm and I did not sleep after that, I was so scared. Also the hot water didn’t work so I couldn’t even shower. I wish I would have spent more money on a nicer place. Oh and the elevator had a plywood floor!

Staff were unprofessional and rude. Bedsheets had not been cleaned. Hall ways were dirty. Elevator had no ac and was slow and smelly. Shower has no pressure. Parking was good and easy but the sticker was unnecessary. Way too many rules for a hotel! Would not stay there again

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Do not stay here!! I’m trying to save as many people from making the same mistake as I did! It ruined my trip and had to pay for a new hotel! I found 2 roaches within 3 hours of me checking in! When I told the front desk he just shrugged and said well send housekeeping to your room in the morning. He wasn’t even surprised to hear that. I told him I’m not staying in a roach infested room & he said he wouldn’t give me a refund for that night! He said the only way he’d be able to give me one is if I had noticed in the first 15 mins after check in. Not just the rooms but the whole hotel looks sketchy and dirty.

the reception smells really bad, such as mold, humidity and cigarr all together. The room was better but not so good. The towel was used, i had to ask for change. The restroom wasnt really clean, I saw hair in the floor. The price is really low but I wont do it again

This place was absolutely atrocious. Do not stay here! I almost never leave bad reviews.But there was literally body hair in the bed!!! The elevator was caked in some kind of disgusting film. It looks like they haven't painted in about 50 years. The floors are dingy and dirty. i'm not sure why, but the remote control was very sticky. Ugh! I slept fully in my clothes on top of throw blankets I brought myself. I used my jacket to cover up. The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were flat. When I arrived, the lobby was wide open and there were all kinds of nefarious characters hanging out in the parking lot. I stood in the lobby for ten minutes, waiting for somebody to come check me in. I arrived around midnight so I made sure to call when I was 10 minutes away to let them know. I was coming and they still couldn't make it to the front desk.

The cleanliness of this room was horrible. There were stains, mold and mildews on the curtains. The refrigerator was old & outdated with broken handles. I probably would have dealt with all of that only because I needed a place to stay due to unforeseen circumstances, but the room was already occupied by the roaches which Hastened my departure.

Room was dirty. Towels were dirty. There was a huge piece of meat rotting in the freezer. Bathroom did not have hot water. Curtains would not cover up completely leaving me to tape it to completely block of peek from the windows. I have a feeling that the room was not cleaned before giving to me.

This was the worst experience ever with a hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel in time and wasted money. I should've know when pulling in, and seen the sketchy people and prostitutes standing outside,that this was gonna be a awful place. Second bad sign, roaches, LITERALLY!! The manager didn't even have the courtesy or grace to respond to the multiple attempts from Expedia to cancel AT LEAST half the charge NOR return my deposit fee yet! Smh. Then manager have the nerve to look at me like I'm crazy when I said a suite at a typical hotel like the Marriott and Hilton suites, are ACTUALLY suites, and fit 4 people and has a couch, Or when I asked about the hair on the towels, or mentioned the potential for bed bugs. Because if there's roaches there DEFINITELY bed bugs, nor apologize . On top of that,n the walls are paper thin, and the people in the next room was having a party . Now I'm waiting on somebody to have a heart and return my money and at least my deposit . I have full pictures of the room as well

The room was clean but it didnt have the bench in the shower like it showed in the pictures for the handicap room, blanket was paper thin, has a kitchenette but no dishes, noisy, & the front desk guy was hitting on me & wouldnt stop looking at me like i was a piece of meat.

The hotel was tucked back down a road. The front staff was helpful with checking in and explaining where the elevator and room was. The room was very basic.It did have a full refrigerator, kitchen sink and a two burner stove as well as a microwave. It was comfortable although the bed was a little firm for my liking. The next morning there was an altercation in the hallway Between a male and female who stayed in the room across from us. It was kind of scary but when we told the front office they said they would call police. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed,which was somewhere to sleep after we saw a concert

As soon as I showed up there was 4 cop cars in the parking lot and someone in cuffs. Ppl standing outside like it’s a hangout place smoking and drinking. Only one host working and it took about 30-40 mins to get checked in.

This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The doors at the entrance were wide open, dirt and debris from a renovation were scattered all over the floors in the lobby and hallways, the room smelled like mildew and weed, the faucet in the tub ran all night and the area was not the best. Numerous homeless people on and near the property, and there were multiple gunshots throughout the night. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

Please know there were vagrants/homeless people around the area. I felt very unsure of the area for me and my pet. I stayed at Extended Stay in Chantilly, Va the night before and was uncomfortable with that location but this area was very concerning. I had to pass on the registration I believe I paid an extra $9.00 in my original request just in case I had to cancel. Please comment. Thank you

I had car trouble at the airport so I kept the reservation. If I had my car I would’ve left IMMEDIATELY! Roach in the bathroom sink, dirty toilet, and the microwave wave had a funny smell. I called during work hours to Inform them my plane was behind and would check-in late and never got and answer. So after the late flight, car trouble, and the no answer. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so in go checked about 3:00. Never will I stay or recommend there again.
