Do not stay at this property! I had my 2 young children, my husband, and MIL stay in this hotel and the first night, our truck got broken into. A window was broken and valuables stolen. When the police came, apparently this has been "happening for awhile." multiple young kids loitering around the property and even were "friends" with the staff. the kids slept in their cars and smoked weed all night. my family and I had previously stayed at this hotel last year and it was great; that is why we chose to stay here again this year. never returning, the food was decent, staff is okay but clueless, room was dirty with fritos underneath the pull-out couch. don't waste your money!! stay somewhere safe! lesson learned.

Beds were real comfortable . Nice walk in showers. We hated that the pool was closed.

Hotel itself was clean and convenient. However, our truck was broken into in the night as well as another truck parked close by toward the front of the hotel. They recommended parking in the front of the hotel for safety of our trailer we had with us, but yet we’re not helpful in getting camera footage or very concerned. Disappointing

The check-in was very slow as a room was not ready at 3:10 when we arrived. Staff (Ms Q) was excellent and helped in getting things resolved. I think the technology had not caught up with the reservations. Sadly it did take over an our to get a room. Luckily I am a patient person when traveling. Staff was also helpful in helping with the temperature controls in the room. The timer for the parking lot lights was not functioning. We arrived 2 of the 3 nights to a very dark parking lot. I think this is very unsafe.

The construction made it extremely dirty. I wish I would have known ahead of time. I think the actually site should give a discount for the conditions. The actual room was awesome.

The Hotel is being renovated 6 and 7 floors are not available. Elevators are being use both workers and guest. No Hair Dryer in the room. Breakfast was great and coffee was always available up front in the lobby.

Everything was nice except the milk dispenser in the breakfast area had black mold all over the area where the milk comes out of the machine. The machine was not working either. It made me wonder how dirty the rest of the hotel was.

Upon arrival we were told that the new system they had was causing some problems, no worries. Then I was almost charged an extra $196 even though I already paid my room in full. I thankfully was not. Room 403 was clean until we saw at least ten stink bugs along the window and flying around the room. We requested a new room and the second room had a deal cockroach, finger nail clippings and dirty bedding (dark brown stain on a pillow case) . We requested another room which looked cleaned upping inspection, until later that night when we went to take a shower the tub would not drain due to a huge mat of hair just sitting in the drain. I brought this issue, along with pictures, to Expedia who then in turn was in contact with the site management. We requested a partial refund as all the rooms we had stayed in either had bugs or something was obviously NOT CLEANED. We were denied a partial refund which I find ridiculous and poor customer service. Especially since we provided photographs of said issues. This hotel needs to work on better house service and customer service. I didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever eating any of the food this hotel provided since two out of the three rooms we were in had bugs. If your hotel rooms have bugs and are obviously not cleaned, guests should be able to get a partial refund. Will not be staying here ever again.

Roach in bathroom and the tub was not cleaned correctly

The very first night in our room when i got ready to go to bed i saw a roach crawling. We were able to change rooms after shaking out all of our clothes and suit cases. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lady at front desk at check in was great and friendly. Rooms were good. Carpet should be removed. Bathroom was spacious and shower was nice. Liked that the showerhead was high enough for taller people. Nice location too. Bed was comfortable. One of the few times I wasn’t woken up from loud noises outside or from the hall.

The rooms are not sound proofed, we were constantly woken up through the night because of outside noise. The room also said it slept 5 guests but clearly only set up for 4 - lacked adequate linens, pillows, etc.

Staff was very friendly and check-in was a smooth process. Breakfast staff was really courteous and on-the-ball. Good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Minor construction still on-going at this property. There was a lot of traffic noise and it was heard throughout the night. I had to run the a/c to stifle the road noise. The only complaint was the hotel only had ONE luggage cart available for a seven story, 100 room hotel. Not acceptable for a Hilton property! Go the extra step and make things a little easier for your guests.

Check in clerk was very delightful… created a feel good impression.. didn’t go straight to the room, went to dinner came back later went in room and it was 2 Queen beds not the King I had in my confirmed email. Went back to desk and the not so very pleasant clerk that helped said she saw on her computer where the assistant manager had changed it. No more King beds, she said Expedia just picks King not knowing if they have them, all though I acted as if I was going to book it and it showed King bed available. They emailed me to tell me the hotel was under renovation and something’s would not be available, but can’t email me to tell me I don’t have the room I requested… I would’ve cancelled and booked somewhere else to get what I paid for. Beds were comfortable, but found small screws on the floor in the room. 3 spread across the room.. quiet location. When checking in the not so friendly clerk was helping another gentleman and she was also not so friendly to him, wish I knew the names, because the first clerk I dealt with was Fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Rosalyn, at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Property was nice. Sheets did not fit the bed. Kept falling off. Air conditioning unit was terribly loud. Breakfast was on par for a small hotel offering. Pool was nice.

I booked a king room with jetted tub. After a 12 hour drive from NY to Charlotte, my wife was looking forward to relaxing in that tub. However, when we arrived we were informed that all the tubs had rereplaced with showers. I was not informed of this when I booked the room. I would have stayed somewhere else otherwise.

The room i had the shower didn't work. When i called the desk a guy came up right away but couldn't fix it. Apparently it waa a new faucet in the shower that wasn't installed correctly. I was transferred to a new room which was a suite. This room had a large jacuzzi tub. My son wanted to use it but the jets didn't work. I didn't bother calling bc i didn't want to switch rooms again. The staff was very nice and attentive m. The rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is the bathing facilities were not fully functional. I feel they did the beat they could to rectify the situation. Other than that i was happy with the stay.

I rarely review hotel stays. I just care about a clean room and place to sleep. This is a lovely hotel. It's clean, the rooms are well appointed, great location and nice amenities. No complaints. However, it appears the hotel launched new check in / transaction systems and did not properly train their associates on how to use them or troubleshoot issues & offer work arounds. The employees also could use a refresher on communicating with guests. When I arrived, there was a very nice young man who tried to get me in my room. This was around 11pm on a day that began at 3:30 AM that morning. It took over 30 minutes to check me in. There was some issue where a screen kept resetting & kicking out my reservation. He was unable to create a key card. Even a call to IT support didn't help. I asked if he could somehow override the system so he could get me a key. He said no. I'm sure he's a good employee but he did not talk me through issues. I had to continually ask what was going on. In brief, a cumbersome and awful check in experience. He did however give me a really nice upgraded room. Kudos. In the morning, I wanted to buy a diet coke. I asked a different attendant how much? "$3.50". So, I put down $4. She said, "Sir, we dont take cash". Then, she repeatedly had system issues charging my room. Now I'm really frustrated. I finally just put down my $4 & left. She had the last laugh. When I got home, I saw a $3.50 charge on my card so I paid $7.50 for a softdrink

Property charged me more that I was quoted through Travelocity even after they spoke with an agent over the phone. The person who checked me in was also rude and unprofessional about the whole situation and should not be in hospitality or customer service

Exceptional staff!

Guest services was great, breakfast was terrible and the breakfast attendant was rude and cussed and fussed about everything.

Although we did not know the property was doing renovations we were warned of the hours of noise and given a discount for our next stay. Thankfully the noise must have started after we left each day because we never noticed. The staff was great and so friendly. Kyle checked us in and was very pleasant. Mrs. Pat who runs the kitchen was amazing. She was beyond friendly and helpful. She greeted you happily each morning and could often be heard singing while doing kitchen duties. Signs of someone who enjoys what she does. The food was delicious and we have plenty to chose from. Upon checking out we were each given a bag that contained a snack, a water, earplugs, a shower steamer and an encouraging stress squeezer. Renovations or not I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Oh and how could I forget to mention the room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. No complaints here. Book today!

My boyfriend and I arrived very late after experiencing a flight diversion to a nearby airport and driving from Greensboro airport. After making the drive to Charlotte, we learned our Charlotte connection was bumped to early the next morning, so we decided to find a hotel room last minute. Despite the phones ringing off the hook, Shawanda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. We were so exhausted and stressed out, but she reassured us that everything would work out. She put us in a great room where we were able to get a good night’s sleep. She was still there the next morning and greeted us as we departed for our early morning flight. While the room was great, it was Shawanda that made our stay exceptional. I’m so thankful for her hospitality. She’s truly a gem!

The staff of the hotel were not nice and they seems not care guests need

First when we arrived the sign stated after hours the doors would be locked and that we had to use the phone in the vestibule to reach the desk. It said to dial 0, I did multiple times and nothing happened. I was getting ready to use my phone to call the hotel when my husband pulled on the doors and they opened. We were arriving at about 10:30 which I did note in my reservation. When we arrived at 10:30pm we were told there were no rooms available even though we had a reservation. I said I had a reservation and was told it's first come first served. After staring at her computer for about 10 minutes she managed to find us a room. The 2 ladies working the desk in the morning were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good

The breakfast attendant was grumpy and snappy. They ran out of plates and hot food at one point. The hot food was replenished but they had no more plates at all. Hotel was clean, modern and comfy.
