The room was nice and had everything we needed. We found a big roach in our room as we were packing to leave. Friends in another room found a big roach crawling up the wall the night before. That sort of freaked us out. The fitness room smelled horrible of mold/mildew. It was so strong it made our eyes water, too harsh to workout in there so we just walked around the shopping area nearby and the mall across the street.

Impressed!! We all need our own space so the 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. Nice modern decor, everything in good working order, lovely breakfast, pretty outdoor heated pool. Love that you can walk out of the hotel onto a super upscsle promenade of nice restaurants & shopping open late!

There is no hot tub, FYI. The reason we booked here is for the hot tub and it got filled in over a year ago. The staff said they have yet to change the signs and the pictures online. We had to switch rooms because my fiancé with macro hearing, could hear the Elevator, although I could not. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, and switched our rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated, although not sure why they chose to paint the outside of bright yellow. We ultimately ended up really enjoying our stay!

The hotel and room were fine, but the elevator went out when we were there, we had to walk a very long way to get down to the lobby. We were told if we had made the reservation directly with the hotel we would have been given a credit for the inconvenience, but since we made the reservation through Expedia, we would have to ask you for money back. Can we talk about that??

Not a very good stay - the front desk staff was completely disorganized. The key to our room kept having to be reset. I also went down to the lobby to get 2 bottles of water and asked the front desk staff if I could put the charge on my room bill. They said that was fine. Then they called my room at midnight asking me to come to the lobby to put a credit card for the $5 charge. I already had a card on file and they said that wasn't good enough they needed another card. Pretty gutsy to call a guest's room at midnight and demand they come to the lobby for a $5 charge. When I went down there they acted like they could care less. The bathroom shower also had hair all over it and it wasn't cleaned very well when we checked in. There was smeared toothpaste on the wall near the sink. I would not stay here again!

Great stay in a lovely hotel! Super comfortable with plenty of room in my King suite. My only reason for not giving it full stars for service is because we only had our room attended to one of the 4 days of our visit, which may be the norm everywhere now! I don't travel much.

Very close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, easy to drive around. Beautiful area, beautiful homes, nice staff. The only issue we had was the bed was very old and squeaky. Overall great place to stay.

There was a loud humming noise most likely due to us being on the top floor. I assume it was the air conditioning unit but disturbed our sleep a little bit. The staff was wonderful and polite. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view of the shopping center. Besides the slight noise we loved the room and amenities.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful area with shopping and restaurants. What I found less than professional was the front desk's unwillingness to order me a cab to the airport, despite the fact that I am not a US resident and have no Uber service on my cell phone. In this regard I was left to fend for myself and call different cab companies. Other than that the hotel was an excellent choice.

I enjoyed the hotel and our room was comfortable. Our check in did not go well. We booked on Expedia and paid in full. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. It took them over 40 minutes to find it. The woman at the front was so kind but it was very nerve racking . The manger said absolutely nothing to us about what happened and just walked away after she located our confirmation. The front desk woman said this happens a lot with Expedia reservations.

We use this hotel a lot and find it very convenient to our favorite restaurants and shopping in Southpark. We can walk to the Palm Restaurant in a minute or so. We rented a suite on the to floor last time and enjoyed it very much. Great living room area. Bedroom was big too.

GREAT location for shopping and dining. Several restaurants literally right outside the front of the hotel. Souther Pecan, PF Changs, etc. South Park Mall is across the street with very high end shops (Gucci, Rolex, Travis Matthews, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, etc). Free breakfast and valet parking.

This is a nice property located with a shopping area just in front of it. Parking coming in each night was close to capacity. Rooms are spacious and clean. I prefer a firmer mattress but no real issues with the bed. The ladies do a wonderful job in the mornings for breakfast....good job ladies !

Great location, easy to walk to nice restaurants and shops. Hotel very clean and well kept. Staff friendly. The only negative would be the breakfast buffet, very basic as they usually are. Wish they could have higher quality of food. Would stay again and enjoy a nice breakfast out.
