The staff and service was great! However, the parking situation is a bit tricky, they charge to park in the parking deck, however, there is very limited parking, we had to park in the fire emergency areas (yellow lines) which I am sure is a violation, but we were instructed by the front desk to do so. We were not the only ones parking there, everyone that arrived later in the day was told to do the same.

Hotel has great potential, Unfortunitely, during my stay was under construction. Wish I knew B4 i booked it. ROOM was great,, but hotel is undergoing renovations. NO pool, restaraunt, laundry, ice, etc. Once the renovation is done, I would give it another try. PARKING is tight if you have a large vehicle or suv. LOW clearance, 6'6" before you hit pipes, ceiling, etc

I liked the location of this hotel. It was located downtown and we had a nice view of the city from our room. We were within walking distance of some restaurants and events. The parking garage was inadequate. They charged $25 per day for parking. Only half the parking garage was available for Hilton parking. It filled fast and they wouldn’t cover the cost of parking elsewhere. We had to make sure we got refunded the cost of parking for one of the days we stayed. This Hilton was one of the most expensive that we stayed on our vacation, and they don’t offer free breakfast. It was $18 per person, so we ate elsewhere for breakfast since the breakfast offered there was no different from the breakfast offered at other hotels. For the price, I would have expected better parking and breakfast.

While the property is nice, renovated, and the rooms very spacious, and the front desk personnel were great, but they need to work on some things: getting into the garage and then into the hotel is challenging and the printed info and the signage in the garage are sorely lacking. There was no shampoo in the dispenser (and I was already in the shower), the handle plate was loose, and a friend's room had no bath towels. They need better parking instructions (printed and verbal) and better signage (with arrows!) in the garage.

I’m a Hilton honors guest. We stayed and paid for the convenience and safety of parking in the parking garage. There was absolutely no parking in the deck and was told to park across the street. as I am a young woman I feared for my safety walking from my car at night, which is why I pay for parking in a garage. This is unacceptable .

It was an okay property. Great location. Expensive parking - $35. Bathroom could be cleaner. On the day I was checking out, I received a knock from house keeponf at 9am and after I said no thank you bc I was checking out later that day, the house keeper started asking when I was leaving. The exchange was weird and made me feel like I was being rushed.

We had a wonderful room on the 15th floor and it was extremely quiet, clean and very comfortable. The tv in the sitting room was missing, but it was just the two of us so not a big deal. Our room locked us out the morning of checkout, but front desk clerk and maintenance were swift to solve the issue. Breakfast extremely average, would probably look for another spot for the price of breakfast at the hotel.

Checked in only had 1 of my 2 rooms on file. I had to wait for 25 Minutes until a Manager was available only to learn that the 2nd room was under my other guest name which the attendant should have checked. Then no apology but did inform me that Parking was $35 per day on top of a $200 deposit $100 for each room. I was so unhappy.

The front desk person was not treating me as a paying guest. He was more like a worker at the DMV. He granted me an early check in but the bed was unmade and there were towels on the floor. I asked if I could just leave my things while they clean...he refused. He offered another room that had people in it. That was extremely dangerous for both myself and the other guest. He then said that i would just have to wait. This was a 1 hour ordeal. I had a funeral to attend and I missed it.

I had a great experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Charlotte Uptown. From check-in to check-out, Laterice and Maliek apart of the Guest Service team was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The front desk staff made sure we had everything needed, and they were always available to answer any questions. My room was clean and well-maintained, and any requests I had were handled quickly. I appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality!

The Hilton Garden Inn was a fantastic choice for me. Check in was a breeze and the woman at the front desk (Cherilyn) was friendly, kind, and helpful. Ms. Sheraline at the front desk was very sweet and personable. She went over and beyond and was the brightest part of our stay with this hotel. As far as Ebony, her customer service is very poor. She’s short patient and slightly rude. I asked for towels, was interrupted and rushed off the phone just for her to still not have towels come to our room. When I called again Ms. Sheraline was working and she had towels come within minutes and even did a follow up call to make sure we got them. She’s great.

I was very disappointed in the check in they try to charge for room that was pre paid for had to deal with that and prove to them I paid for the room to do earlier check in they wanted to charge me $50 per room for early check in after discussing it with front desk did only charge me $20 to. Check in both rooms the toilet would take long time to stop running and the ac in the room was very loud

The place was in a very good area. You could walk to everything. The building was clean. The only problem we had was that the sink was stopped up, but they fixed it right away. I did ask for an adjoining room because we had guess that came along, but they could not give me an adjoining room, but they placed us on the same floor. We did not see an indoor pool, neither did we ask, but it was something that if it was visible, we would have gone. The breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were wonderful. They were very friendly and accommodating if what we had asked for was available. The area was fantastic. All the food restaurants they had were numerous and we had a balls.

Stay was great! Definitely will stay again. Hotel was clean, spacious and easy access. The bed was not very comfortable but manageable. Suite has lots of space, bathroom is just at the entrance and not in the bedroom. Only downside is $18 charge for breakfast, otherwise great stay.

Very walkable distance to The Spectrum Center, which is why we were there. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed talking with Fernando at the bar. Flatbread pizza was awesome. Will stay there again when we visit Charlotte. Only downfall was coffee pot in room did not work.

This was the first time I've stayed at this location as I usually stay at the hotel across the street. The interior was very well maintained and the staff were all very friendly from beginning to end. I would have liked to have Fox available in the rooms so I could watch the World Series but I went down to the bar where I met Ms. Brandy and she was fantastic.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was extremely comfortable. Parking was easy, but expensive. The one night that I wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, they didn't have 2 out of 2 things I wanted on the menu. The server seemed very uninterested and never smiled. The staff at the front desk was always friendly and welcomed me in each time I walked through the door. Definitely a great place to stay, but skip dining in.

Bathroom faucet was broken, toilet would not flush, ice machine room had a water all over a tile floor, parking was an additional $35 in the hotels parking garage (hiding the full price of staying at the hotel). No one would pickup the phone at the front desk to tell them about the room issues or the slip hazard. The next morning on check out, the front desk clerk showed no sympathy or compassion when I let them know about the room issues. Not even an “I’m sorry”, or not type of comp. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Sasha checked us in, she was awesome. Also, the gentleman that waited our table this morning, 8/30 was also great! Only concern I have, I was sent a text message yesterday from Brittany. She asked if everything was okay. I responded and requested water for the coffee machine and more wash towels. I got back to the room and had neither. If this is not something that she could have resolved, she could have informed me through the message. Also, room 1003 needs new mattress. Just sitting on the beds they squeek.
