Need to get some luggage carts. I have stayed here nearly 30 times and there is never any carts. My wife ask the cleaning lady if there was any carts and she couldn't locate one.. She offered to help my wife carry in her luggage. I thought that was very nice of her to offer. But this is the Hilton. Not the motel Six. I think most people expect much better so quit being so cheap and buy some luggage carts for your guest to use and be the Hilton you use to be.

The property looks like a remodeled embassy suites. The door was stuck to my room and hard ti open. Dinner was delicious and expensive. Thought breakfast was free but was charged. Staff friendly and accomodating. Great indoor pool next to a well equipped gym.

I wanted to get in the pool but if I had to describe how it looked in one word "tainted" is the word that comes to mind. If you have lots of luggage good luck on getting a rolling cart. Bed pillows were wonderful. The bed itself was almost as hard as a wooden board. The pullout sofa mattress was better than the king bed so we slept on it after the first night. There was a really strong raw sewage smell outside,especially at night. The one ashtray provided outside was overflowing all 4 days we were there. Some nights we could barely stand to smoke outside due to the sewage smell, so we chose to smoke in my new car instead that I had vowed I would never smoke in. The room itself was nice but the air only halfway worked when it wanted to. We had to constantly turn it back on even though it was on high fan and in the constantly on setting. If I ever go to another NFL game in Charlotte, the Hilton Airport will be the last place I would ever stay again. When I checked out I didn't say a word because I was not asked about how my stay was. Don't make the same mistake I did. Choose a different hotel.

The restaurant and room were great! The blankets were not 5 star, but I am not expecting what I have at home. The location was great! The common areas were clean and welcoming! All 5--- the shuttle was a 1, needs a change. We waited over an hour at the airport and had to find our own transportation. On the way back to the airport they had overbooked the shuttle and it created a time delay and awkward situation.

The hotel itself is very nice and close to the airport. All good. However, getting the van to come for pick up from the airport was awful! I called 4 times while waiting in super cold weather for 40 minutes. Bad job Hilton. It was bad enough that I’d think twice about staying there again.

Room had a few issues: shower handle would come off in my hand when turning water off/on, sticky substance (with short hair attached) was on shower tile from first day to last, and batroom exhaust fan didn't exhaust much.

the bedroom 905 was very dirty, spider web, curtain broken, sheets with holes and we found hair or whatever in the bed. The AC are very dirty behing the door. I have pictures that I took first big disapoinment in a Hilton.

We were very pleased with this hotel. From the moment you walk in, it smells fresh and everything is crisp and clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly! Rooms are very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

The room that we received was dirty there was trash behind the door and the shower doors kept sliding seems some type of mechanical error and the shower floor was horrible stained (need some bleaching) for $169.00 night room this was unacceptable. There was trash in the hallway on our floor when we arrived and when we left. Seems no one serviced the surrounding areas. The bed needs replacing because the middle is sinking and the sheets were dirty with stains. Dusting would also help because my allergies were at an all time high. I really wish I didn’t have to stay here but due to flight cancellation I had no choice for a last minute stay. The staff was very help and did their best to assist with basic hygiene needs. I thank them for their kindness and understanding because my wife and I were frustrated with the travel situation.

The food and the employees were top notch - but the room itself was dirty - bathroom not cleaned, sheets stained, dirty towel, milk in the fridge (not spoiled just weird), stains on ceiling and the carpet was extremely stained. I stayed in the room bc I had fully unpacked and cleaned as I went but very disappointing for the price point.

Great location. Check in and out was super fast. Everyone was very nice. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Great separate living area. Great restaurant inside hotel called city park bistro. We eat there twice, staff were amazing and food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Room 202 was terribly noisy, sounded like pipes and machinery clanking all night long. Bed needs replacing, it was like sleeping in a bowl. Oddly designed floor plan - room had an inside window looking onto the landing area for three elevators, also very noisy. Restaurant had only a limited dinner menu due "to a problem in the kitchen." I'm a Hilton Honors member but this hotel was not up to Hilton's usual standards.

Super disappointed, considering the price I paid to stay here, this hotel was terrible. Both the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed, they kept sliding open and banging into the wall. Then the AC didn’t work properly, it wouldn’t go below 70 degrees, woke up at 1236am covered in so much sweat that I had to go take a shower. Beds were hard, sheets were maybe starched, as ours were so stiff. Pull out sofa had stains on it of maybe blood, feces? Parking a nightmare as key cards wouldn’t work to get you in and out of parking, kept having to push the assistance button. (Everyone I saw going in and out had this problem). Front desk stated they were booked when I checked in so no point in asking for a new room, plus it was for only one night, but yeah never ever again.

The air isn’t working. It’s hot in the room. The air won’t go lower than 72. The front desk said there’s nothing they can do except change rooms or let us come get a box fan. We have 5 people in two rooms but only one fan. Half our people are asleep already so we can’t change rooms and the way she explain how it works, it may not be any cooler in that room. We had to go all the way and get the fan ourselves and lug it back. I’m very disappointed in our stay.

Some of the staff was rude (night front desk) who did not represent the service Hilton offered. We payed for breakfast and did not get service from restaurant. We waited 1 hr and were told the forgot to order/burned our food but multiple people got served before us even we arrived previously even when we told them we had a plane to catch. They only acted when got the attention of the Hotel manager. I am very disappointed I picked this hotel for my family. The only person that was up to Hilton “experience “ was the driver of our shuttle who pick us from and to the Charlotte Airport. He deserves to be praised for the way he treated us. He was really nice to us

Our check in was horrible! After a long travel day and flight delayed 5hrs. We called the hotel to tell them we will be arriving late and they say “ok no problem see you later”. We were dropped off from the shuttle and arrived late 1100pm. The front desk lady said oh we have your room away and do not have any other rooms. Now keep in mind we have two children with us and have to be back at airport at 6am connecting flight. Everyone is tired and would just like to sleep. I said excuse me we have had this reservation for the last 3 months. She said well yeah they over book sometimes. We are putting you at another hotel. I was very upset. She we get back on shuttle to a new hotel get to the assigned room and the room was never cleaned by house keeping. Had to be to another room. So dysfunctional and poor customer service. I have stayed at Hilton chain hotels before in other states and never had an issue. Not sure what happened at this one in Charolette. I will never stay here again. Poor customer service too. Everyone acted like they didn’t care. Except, one persons the lady driving the airport shuttle for the hotel. She was very nice and we made sure she was tipped well. For her kindness and speedy transportation to the new hotel we had to go too.

Room service took an hour and 15 minutes for potatoes and fruit. Next day heat wasn’t working I am anemic asked to leave get money back refused by staff Stayed but left before morning and called fro bellman and never arrived. Went down stairs they were all hanging out. Called back said they were busy advised I had just come from downstairs. I was there with a group of over 200 people Horrible

Reginald was at the front desk Friday night at 10:15 when I could not find a parking space. A big event was in progress and he walked the parking lot to stand in a free space until the arrived in my car. Over and above service for certain! Excellent!!!!

The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable. A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat attitude, even at the end of the night when the restaurant was closing, made our dining experience that much better. Thank you to the team for making my stay exceptional!

I’ve stayed at many Hiltons and this was by far the worst managed, difficult to deal with facility I have encountered to date. The staff was rude and had no idea what they were doing. Charging me for parking added insult to injury.

Location is great if you are mobile, but few dining venues near for families. Great Hall (type) reception, bar and dining area. Easy access to all places/rooms throughout. Complete set of fast, working elevators. Although it was an overnight stay waiting for a flight to Germany, it was very pleasant. I would definitely book longer stays at this Hilton.

This hotel was great for the weekend in town. I enjoyed the lobby very much... nice vibe. I never really hang out in hotel lobbies but this one invited me to. We ordered the wagu burger and chicken sandwich from their resturant and both were really good. Property is quiet at night, has a quaint pool and is a quick ride downtown. The staff here were very inviting and nice! I love the communication via text. The room was comfortable, cute and clean. This hotel has a mobile feature that you can use as a keycard, controls the TV and lights i believe. Their shuttle to and from the airport is also very convenient. They will also hold your luggage after check out if you want to explore the city before leaving town. If I am back in town with my children, I will stay here.

They nickel and dime you for everything ....12$ for parking and the "free" breakfast is only from 5am-7am! It costs over 100$ for a breakfast at 9am that we thought was free because that is what was advertised. Also, we took the shuttle to Bank of America stadium and was promised a ride home. When we called for the ride home, no one was available and we had to spent 95$ on an Uber to get back to the hotel. This hotel made a lot of promises but underdelivered.

Very poor experience. They offer room service which is why picked the property. Tried to order off their QR code. Did not work. Tried my room phone. Did not work. Tried to phone hotel main line. Went to reservation desk. Had to wait on hold on hold to get a real number. Called and was finally transferred to room service. Ordered a chicken entree which arrived in a paper bag with a cheap plastic fork that broke with my first bite. Awful. Restaurant manager was great and brought me a sandwich with a real plate. Staff was all great but this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had in while. I specifically picked this place because they offered rooms service which is rare. Would never stay here again. Seriously, do better.

Overall, my stay was good. However, I did have one disappointing experience and one issue. I was disappointed with the breakfast and its cost - It was similar to what most hotels offer as a complimentary breakfast, yet i was charged $59 for myself and my wife. Additionally housekeeping entered my room around 9:30am without knocking or announcing themselves, which was concerning.

The hotel itself was very nice. Way fancier than I expected it to be. Rooms were nice as they had a sitting area and a bedroom. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Expedia shows $8-16 per person and breakfast ended up $77 for 3 people. The food was NOT worth it as it was basic stuff you get anywhere. We noticed the night before for dinner their ribeye for $42. They price gouge because there is literally no where to eat with 2 miles of this hotel. If you like wings check out Chex it's worth it. Oh also the hotel has $5 bottle waters in the room knowing most people flying in won't have means to get drinks. Just bad business in my opinion
