We waited over an hour for a shuttle despite making 5 phone calls inquiring as to when the shuttle was arriving. We did see the shuttle once in the hour fly by 3 lanes away. We selected this hotel after flight was cancelled speobecause it was close by and offered limo service. Ended up paying $20 for a cab. Grrr…..

Was not impressed by being charged $9.32 per day just to park your vehicle in the parking lot. Maybe if it was for Valet service but you literally pay a fee to park your car in the parking lot of the hotel. That’s a first for me. Overall customer service was great at the lobby desk and at the lobby restaurant and bar. Food was 7/10. Only other comment was it felt a little hot and stuffy in the lobby area but that could have just been me. Also the free Starbucks coffee was nice but I declined to pay $21.00 for the breakfast buffet. Most hotels the buffet is free and you only pay for menu item breakfast.

Unfortunately our stay was well below our expectations. Our room was super dated, mini fridge loud, tv worked half the time and the pool was disgusting. It was hazy, you couldn’t see the bottom and trash floating. The photos in the hotel post so not match reality. Breakfast was expensive and was basic and lackluster. We won’t be back.

It was okay overall but for the price I feel like maybe not worth it. The restaurant was very expensive. The hot tub was not working to the point they have a wooden cover over it, the swimming pool was freezing so would’ve been nice to relax in the hot tub. The staff was friendly. I personally think the hotel was pricey for what you get.

Airport shuttle was on time but be careful, it fills up quickly. I just made it on with my bags on my lap. Elevators were quick and restaurant was great. I highly recommend the chicken caesar salad. Waitress was wonderful. I travel a lot and she is the best waitress to date. Only minor complaint is no lobby coffee prior to 6am.

Old and dated rooms, needs a very good vacuum and face lift. The corridor was very dirty. Our neighbour's TV and chatting kept us up, as the rooms are not sound proof. Staff are great, room service food was ok. Only good thing was the convenient location to the airport for a quick stop over.

The hotel is nice and comfort. Very beautiful ans elegant environment. On my arrival on the 7-12 I was informed breakfast is served until 11 am. When i arrived on Saturday morning at 1030 since I had a zoom meeting until 10ish, the hosting was very unpleasant with her attitude. She told me I couldn't havw a buffet breakfast since the staff was getting ready for lunch. I only could order from the menu. Surprised I asked her why i was informes that thw breakfastwas until 11 am. She didn't like my question and was unpleasant. A customer arrived shoetly after me around 10:45 am, and she was very kind and help him to get the buffet breakfast box. Feeling unwelcome? I GET UP and canceled my order, and I told her I was canceled since she let others served breakfast when she was very specific that the breakfast buffet was closed. Trying to justify that i could get box to go buffet after ahe specific said BUFFET WAS CLOSED. I felted discriminated and welcome, so i left.

We stay frequently because we have our motorcycle in a storage nearby but this time the room that was right next to us was almost having a party and at 3am I had to call to front desk literally begging that plse to check and tell him to stop the noise. The incredible thing is that the noise continued until after 4 in the morning and we could not rest.

Breakfast paid was terrible . Powder eggs, overcooked vegetables, all hot food (Which it was not hot or warm ) look like overnight food . Very bad. Front desk never offer to give coupon paid already for breakfast. Had to go there to ask for it and then they question if we paid . Should show in the reservation and at the time of check in give to the guest without asking. No accesible drink machine only in the 8th floor. For 269 dollars the night I will expect those services . I have been in less expensive hotels same area better services .

Everything was good with the exception of the dinner. It was the worst food I can remember ever having. Generally, Sheraton's hotel food is always good but was surprised at how bad the chicken scallopini was. The chicken was a thick, hard piece that the knife could not cut, and the cous cous had absolutely no taste. I'm pretty easy when it comes to food but....... so sorry but I had to let you know.

Nothing special. Hotel seems tired. Rooms also. Smells stale. Not very good amenities or even places to plug in phone charger next to the bed. Shower didn’t shower, was just like a large tap. Tub didn’t drain so ended up standing in a couple of inches of water while taking a shower. On the plus, the shuttle and location are very convenient and the shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly, even at 6 am.
