We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and quiet. We were greeted with a hotel social hour featuring complimentary beer and wine, as well as a Mac & Cheese bar (a very nice touch). Apparently, they host this event on Monday evenings. The lobby was warm, cozy, and decorated for fall. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The courtyard is lovely, and the pool looked clean (although we unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy it). It is right next to a cute sushi restaurant, and we enjoyed our breakfast - definitely above average for a hotel breakfast. I appreciate the efforts they made to go above and beyond.

The surfaces in my room were sticky- not cleaned. The pool was too hot and hot tub too cool. There was a sexual offender that entered the hotel as I was coming in at 9:00pm. Security had to chase him. There was no syrup at breakfast an hour before the breakfast hour ended. I was overall disappointed

The rooms were very spacious for our big family. All rooms comes with a sofa bed and kitchen. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed. We enjoyed the pool even though it was cold and the hot tub was perfect temp. The work out room had everything you need for a good experience. At night you could sit in the court yard and grill, play bean bag toss or simply enjoy the waterfall. Safe was very professional and friendly. The breakfast every morning was amazing due to it being buffet style. Great hotel and will definitely stay again.

This is not for the staff at all. I was greeted with a smile and kindness at the front desk so the staff was great! Check in process was easy and fairly straightforward with no issues. When I got to my room the smell instantly hits you in the face and it smelled horrible. The carpet was extremely dirty and smelled of disgust. It was so dirty so disgusting my kids didn’t want to go to sleep in the bed but when they did they just played their clothes down and slept on top of that and we checked out first thing in the morning. We didn’t want to wait for the late checkout we left at 5am instead. Again this isn’t a negative review on the staff because they were amazing but if I could make a suggestion it would definitely help to make sure that rooms could use a deep cleaning and touch up the rooms better.

I found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was not amusing. Only one of the burners on the stove worked - the small one. I stayed for 3 days, and nobody cleaned my room or took out the trash. Which I guess, if you think about it, explains the cockroaches. It is a beautiful property, but I think the maintenance has slipped.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Mold on ceiling. Toilet seat too low. No grab handle inside shower for handicapped folks. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent hotel for a traveler needing a full kitchen in the room (fridge, dish washer, microwave, stove) plus tableware & silver. The added perk of a complete breakfast (with fruit!) and three evening meals was really appreciated. This location was well maintained, room was clean and well-serviced. Highly recommended.

Property great, unfortunately for our family situation we prefer a door between the bedroom and sink are of the bathroom. Our room did not have that so was not as private, etc. when washing up, blowing drying hair, etc. Hot tub not working during visit, ugh!

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. Took the time to show me where my room was & the best place to park. The breakfast attendant on the other hand, was terrible! The waffle batter handle was loose & exploded on me not once, but twice. I waited for her to come out. Hoping she'd replenish the muffins, yogurt, OJ, berries & other items that were completely empty. Finally i waited by the kitchen door & watched her eating herself. She looked bothered that I was so "bold" to come & ask for help. Explained what happened, & she shook her head in a very slow "no" motion, AS IF I had caused the mess. I hand gestured that the valve was totally loose & that I had to tighten it b4 getting her. Breakfast experience was TERRIBLE, 0 out of 10. (Hair in shower, pool had crud floating on top of water). Other than that, I was very happy w/ room & front desk employees. I worked at Marriott, San Ramon CA & at Dolce Conf Center in NJ, so know what to expect in a hotel w/ this rate. Breakfast was superiorly under par.

Everyone at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everybody was friendly nice from the front desk to the workers. The maintenance housekeeping I will definitely go again and Brittany was a sweetheart at the social.

We had an issue with the heat in our room. The customer service staff was very responsive to our issue and sent out a rep to fix it. When they realized they could not fix it, they rectified the situation with a new room at no cost to us. They went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Traveling solo with 2 kids under 2 years old and needed to check in early. Ms. CJ and staff made the process so easy! From providing an accessible room on the 1st floor to adding 2 cribs and even offering to assist getting our things into the room. This really made the stay, but I cannot leave out the fact that the place was clean and well kept, the included breakfast was great and had lots of selections and I slept like a baby once my babies were asleep!!!

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Hotel in Ballantyne, North Carolina, and had a very decent experience overall. Would have given it 5 stars but it seems they have people hanging out in their side parking lot at all hours of the night....we left for the airport early and didn't feel all that safe with some of the stuff we were seeing...hotel was nice...area was nice....but a bad element hanging around after midnight made us feel uncomfortable.

We found this hotel to be all we had hoped it to be. Its proximity to 485 made it easily accessible with restaurants and places of interest close by. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and Talisha helped our check-in go smoothly. Our spacious suite was clean and met all our needs. We had a little extra time one afternoon, so we enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio setting to do a little relaxing ing the sun.

It was ok. We were made to change rooms after our first night. They moved us to a smaller room that was not a suite and was a huge inconvenience to us as we were both working remotely. Only offered a $51 credit which was disappointing. We were there for a total of 7 nights and I doubt we will return there. Breakfast was subpar at best. Some of the staff had attitude and did not seem approachable.

The property was amazing. The facilities and amenities were fine. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The French toast and link sausages were over cooked. The waffle maker wasn’t working. There was no juice for the kids. The boiled eggs were rubbery.

Super convenient to expressways to get to Charlotte and SC destinations. Room with kitchenette was great- well supplied. Big frig. Saved us a lot of wasted time eating out. Bed was comfy and clean. Housekeeping was completed timely when requested. Loved the Happy Hours M-W. Good wine and fun appetizers. Lady helping there and at fort desk we’re so nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very good for a buffet and always hot. Gas station right on a nearby corner so we could fill up before returning rental car. Nice little store for extras in the gas station. I have to say this stay was superior to our stay the month prior at the Marriott across the street.

Wanted a waffle, but only one machine and many people waiting on line for it. Coffee horrible, had to ask for milk. No cream. Place needed to be tidied up after people have breakfast.
