If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I checked in around 2:15 PM on July 18, 2026. My cousin and I got ready for a concert and left for the evening. When we returned around midnight, we were shocked to find roaches crawling throughout our room—on the bed, the walls, and the floor. The room was completely unsanitary, and there was no way we could stay there. We immediately packed our belongings, checked out, and drove 2.5 hours back home, arriving around 4:30 AM. It was exhausting, frustrating, and completely ruined what should have been a relaxing overnight stay. A clean room is the bare minimum guests should expect when paying for a hotel. This experience was unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund. I hope management addresses this issue immediately so future guests do not have the same experience. Management has not responded to me receiving a refund. Management has not reached out after I called and spoke to two front desk representatives. They have been very rude and not trying to give me a refund. One front desk representative said they have a 15 minute policy if I did not like the room, I would have gotten a refund. That’s insulting. I didn’t see any bugs until that night!

Got 2 rooms for family. One room bugs were painted over. The other room had small roaches crawling in bathroom and window sill and along ac unit. After cleankng up a leaking cooler, we discovered the floor was filthy. Paint job had drips everywhere and the bathtub had some sticky adhesive residue and just looked nasty. Bathroom door didnt close easily and was pulling apart while opening. No dishes or pots/pans to use and no mention at desk if we could ask for.

Booked our stay because it seemed like a bargain based on the info and photos in the listing. However, some info is inaccurate, and the photos of the interior are NOT how the hotel looked when we arrived. The mix of odors from cigarette smoke and cleaning solvent throughout the hotel gave me a sore throat and coughing fits. It appears that some people live here long-term. There were a few loud domestic incidents that could be heard in the hallways. Based on actually staying here, very surprised to look back and see so many positive reviews on the listing. Traveler, beware!

Due to the Chris Brown and Usher R&B concert better hotels were sold out of rooms. As a last resort this hotel was awful. The air conditioner was letting off a mildew smell something awful. And there were pest. Overall don’t go

The property was absolutely disgusting. The photos provided on here are not accurate, it is not the same property. The smell of the place was awful, there was a hole in our room wall, there was filth on the walls. This place was atrocious, I went and bought new sheets and cleaning supplies to be able to stay here. I will never and I mean EVER come back to this place.
