The room I was initially assigned was noticeably unclean and had an odor. The furniture (particularly the loveseat) was dirty and worn. When I reported my dissatisfaction with the room, the staff was receptive and gracious. I was transferred to another room that was satisfactory. The room amenities were limited— although there was a fridge, it was without a portable microwave. A microwave was available in the hall which was inconvenient. Overall, the staff was friendly and hospitable.
