The rooms were cleaner than the lobby and the hallway, so that’s a win. But the lobby and hallways were disgusting. You could see the dust piled up. Every carpet was stained beyond belief. But the bed was comfy enough for a last minute hotel booking due to an airport mishap. Also of note, the hotel shuttle operates between 6am and 9:30, so you might be stuck ubering.

Very good shuttle service both pickup and return. Fairly good breakfast, pretty basic but good. Hotel clean except hall carpets which needed cleaning. No ice machines were working. Checking and check out was fast and easy. Staff was pleasant.

When I came in the Lobby for the first time it was hot. The AC wasnt working on the 1st floor including the Lobby and reception said its been a month since it has not worked. I couldnt wven use the gym. The pool was closed due to back up inspection as well. The carpets in the hall ways was filthy like no one cleans them. Also, the 2nd day of my stay my key stopped working for my room so I had to get them activated again. The 3rd night, my key didnt work again so I had to walk to the lobby with a bunch of items I was carrying. I was pissed! The 2nd elevator near the Lobby only worked for 1st, 2nd, and 6th floor...so after my key was activated again...I had to walk all the way to the otherside to get it fixed. I kept waking up with bug bites so I for sure knew they had bed bugs. This hotel should be banned from Expedia. Shame on Expedia for hosting this hotel to stay in. The pictures isnt what the place looks like. Beware!

I choose this property to take advantage of the Airport shuttle only to be told it didn't pick anyone up until 5pm and did not take anyone to the airport until 0600 am. My flight was leaving at 0600 so I had to be there 2 hours earlier. It was too late to cancel my stay and find other accommodations for I ended up having to find private transportation. They should specify time of shuttle.

Arrived at this hotel for a weekend celebration and used the airport shuttle round trip. Very convenient. Took advantage of the breakfast offered as well daily. One of the elevators was not working properly and the front desk male agent reported not having access to the password for the computer in the lobby business center while there. Unable to use computer due to this problem. Don't offer a business center if you can't give your customers access.

The room was moist! The walls had mold and mildew on them, the carpet was stained and the smell was overwhelming. Even the drain in the shower was broken and just laying in the bottom of the tub. I can't think of anything nice to say about this hotel.

I wish I had taken a picture of room 120… the entire left side of wall by window is covered in mold.. carpet so filthy I refused to take off shoes. We requested new room. Ceiling was splattered with something.. figures in bathroom rusty. Smelled moldy. It really should be closed. I didn’t check reviews as I should have because my mom had stayed at a La Quinta and it was late so I just went with it… I did t have money to lose and go to another hotel or I would have. I took my phone light and searched for bed bugs and roaches after looking at the reviews once I checked in… I was curious about other experiences which were just as I found them to be. The surroundings sketchy…(I asled the desk clerk if it was safe and she said as long as we stayed on property. Lots of addicts around perimeter )…entire hotel filthy and smelled.. carpet and walls… honestly had I not had my dogs I would have slept in car. I laid towels on floor for my dogs to sleep on.. The hallway carpets were disgusting and stained. The bed wasn’t bad to sleep on but very small. The walls, bathroom and built in tables had stains/dirt marks everywhere. We could hear everything through the door, so loudly that it sounded like people were in the room. The dog across the hall barked throughout the night.

So my stay was decent but first I thought my key didnt work but was told I had to turn the door knob up versus down. Ok no biggie. Finally got in the room and turned on the TV and it didn’t work. So they put me in a new room. After a very long day having to move between 2 room definitely sucked lol. And the rooms are decent but it is an older hotel. So, it is what you pay for.

The carpet in the room was very dirty and needed a good shampooing. I recommend ripping out the carpet and putting in hardwood floors or tiles. The room smelled, dirty carpet and prior customers smoking in the room. The beds were comfortable and the night staff very helpful, daytime not as much. Breakfast okay.

Friendly staff, very clean and safe, easy parking. TV does not much in the way of channel selection. It's a captive Dish network with minimal channels and will not permit Netflix, Disney Prime or other popular apps. Very uncomfortable having to sit without good TV.

This property is not up to LaQuinta standards we expect. No air conditioning in lobby area, they had several fans and portable air conditioners running trying to give relieve to the staff. Everything was well worn with stained carpets. Dreaded what we would find once we got to our room. But surprisingly the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is showing its age.

The staff tried to be friendly, but you could tell they were bored. Our room was tidy, but had a lot of deferred maintenance - paint, flooring, etc. No one came to empty trash or clean the bathroom. And when we couldn’t get regular TV on the screen, staff was no help. Unless Roku is your streaming provider, you wouldn’t know the volume control on the handset was on the side…apologies to our neighbors as it was really loud until we were finally able to figure it out! Bed was comfy so that helped. We usually live La Quintas, but this one needs some TLC!

Staff was a bunch of kids. Had issues with my key card several times. Had to bring it down to be reset at the lobby. Rooms were clean but the mattress was old with a big dip in the middle. Common areas of the hotel are dingy and dirty. Pool was close because someone crapped in it. Would’ve been nice to have a discount for that because I planned on cooling off as it was 100 degrees outside that day. Will not be staying here again.

Overall my stay was okay. It was sad that there basically was only carbs for breakfast (waffle, bagel, bread, muffin, cereal). There was a pancake maker thing, but it was out of order. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. One of the elevators didn’t go to two of the floors (it did go to my floor). Though they say the property is smoke free…let’s just say it didn’t smell like it. The room was okay, but you can really start to tell the age of the hotel from the outside, as well as the hallways. Also the ice machine didn’t work on my floor.

I called the hotel directly to see if they had a shuttle service. I was in need at the airport. The Front desk was not at all professional and he answer the phone with “yeah hold on”. . after about 12 minutes, he came back on the line. I told him. I needed a shuttle to be picked up. He said it was past the shuttle hours of operation. Nowhere on their website does it say they have certain hours for shuttling. He was very combative when I asked for a refund since I obviously wasn’t going there because I had no way and their shuttles weren’t running, his response was you’ll get your money back and he hung up on me.

The staff was very friendly on all shifts. The room was very clean, you could tell they take pride in customer satisfaction. The beds were amazing for comfort. Nice outside grounds for relaxing. The Breakfast was always fully stocked with a great variety. Will definitely stay there again.

I like they allowed me to check in early. I was there three days and not once was my room cleaned nor fresh towels and linen. Hotel was very dated. Walls are too thin. I could hear hear everything going on in my neighbors room. Had to call security twice because of the noise. They do not place a deposit hold they actually charge your card then reimburse the fees. Still haven't gotten my reimbursement.

The customer service was great, everyone was nice and they had a free shuttle to the airport which came in handy. It was the cleanliness of the establishment onto why I’m leaving a bad review. The carpets look dirty, old and stained so bad. I saw roaches at the front entrance and vending machines. The tub in my room wasn’t properly cleaned. The lobby was so hot,no Ac where they kept the food so the food looked gross. There was food on the carpets in the lobby when I came in and same food was there the next day. Customer service was great but they need to revamp the hotel. I wouldn’t book another stay here.

Although we had a rough check in no fault of hotel we did not have a “actual bank” Debit card. They do not accept PayPal, cash App, One Bank, etc. It has to be a card from a bank you can “walk into”. Overall the stay was comfortable, locations was a way enough from heavy traffic but close enough to get to anything you wanted in uptown.

The room was on the opposite end of the hall from the reception desk. The key would not work in the outside door near our room. We took it to the desk. We were told sometimes the key works and sometimes it doesn’t. This makes it really difficult to re-enter the bldg if you are unloading or reloading your belongings. The location of this hotel is near the airport. While we never felt in danger the area did not enable a secure feeling.

I booked this hotel because of the price and that it had a fair amount of 10/10 Expedia reviews. I’m not sure how or why they gave it 10/10. The room wasn’t bad, but the hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting. Area didn’t seem too safe with a fair amount of homeless people around. We only stayed on night on our way south. Breakfast was ok and the coffee was good. We ate at a local beer garden that was good. Would not stay there again.

The facility was badly in need of decorating/refurbishment. The walls needed to be painted and the carpets needed to be replaced. Everything in the open/communal areas was old, stained and needing replacement. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were modern. The only thing wrong with the actual bedrooms was carpeting. Hotel is not being maintained in communal areas, but bedrooms are maintained well, but need new flooring. My biggest complaint is one member of staff who checked us in on our arrival. We arrived on June 18th in the afternoon and this lady at reception was just hostile. She was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. She was indifferent to our requests for simple things like more clothes hangers, a working hairdryer. We were very disappointed to discover that the swimming pool was closed...no apology. She was very abrupt and unhelpful and inefficient. To be greeted by someone so hostile actually made us feel unsafe there. We decided to leave. We stayed because other accomodation was not available and we were treated well by other staff the next morning. Unfortunately, we had a cockroach problem in our bedroom. Not unusual in hot climates, but dirty flooring isn't helping. This hotel has the potential to be really good. The beds and linen were spotless. The food was good. The rooms were modern and clean. General maintenance is a big issue: flooring and walls and furniture in communal areas. That receptionist needs to go!! More details available on request.

The breakfast was honestly terrible, the bread and some items looks and taste old and not fresh. Besides the food, the room and the hallway had a “special odor” like some one was smoking but not cigarettes… Waiting the elevator takes several minutes because the friendly people from the cleaning use the same elevator to move their cleaning cart and they are stopping on every floor, so the customers has to wait for 4 or maybe 5 minutes to reach the old and dirty elevator. We won’t stop in this hotel any more!!

The room was indeed spotless. It had every amenity I could have asked for. Breakfast was ok for what it was. The gal keeping track of the breakfast bar was right on spot with making sure it was clean and well stocked. I didn't need the room cleaned so i cannot comment on the maid but the room was spotless upon arrival so i am sure she is quite capable. The location was excellent.

Saw ants around breakfast food area. I also saw a big cockroach in a hallway. Carpet was very soiled and dirty. One of stairs ways smelled urine.There was no hot water during our stay, so we couldn't take a shower..Bed was very squeaky and sagging in the middle. Waffle batter dispenser was not working properly. Coffee at the ding room has lots of coffee grounds. Pool was closed and closed off gazebo. We felt like the hotel was worth my money. It was one of the worst hotels I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
