Staff was great, room was very nice. I was in room 103 next to the rear exit and the door was never shut or locked. Yes, i would pull it shut and when i would come out the door would be open again. Remember this hotel is next to a big Pilot gas station with tons of overnight parking within 50 yards of this door. So anyone traveling through could walk right in. Smell of weed being smoked was very obvious, i know the hotel can't be everywhere or control some people. Just making you aware it was there, so dont be surprised. The TV didnt work with YouTube or Netflix. The biggest problem was while i was watching YouTube on my phone i hear squeaking noise in the bathroom and out from under the door comes 2 mice chasing each other right at me. Now, i am not afraid of mice, but that is not a good sign when they don't care about humans in the fully lite room. I have a service dog and he is trained not to chase anything, but had he been any other dog that refrigerator and area would have been destroyed. I did tell front desk this morning when i checked out. Fix those 2 big issues and the hotel would've gotten a bettwr review.

This is a hotel that is not ready for prime time. It appeared to be thrown together without much thought. No closet for hanging cloths (just hangers on a hook), toilet paper holder was mounted so close to the toilet that it was in your lap when using the toilet, door to the room did not latch or lock, breakfast was very limited and on check in, we had to wait 10 minutes for the desk clerk to return even though he knew we were there to check in. There were also very few parking spaces because of construction. This hotel does not do much for the brand.

Hotel is right next to a truck stop. Nothing else around. Breakfast was awful. Side access door to my room didn’t shut completely so huge security risk since anyone could walk in. Found two live ants in my room. Skip this hotel if you can.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Disappointed there is no exercise room or pool. Only nearby restaurant is McDonald’s, however lots of great restaurants in Flagstaff.

I did like it was outside of town but its in the center of a major truck stop so you could hear the trucks pulling in and out all night. The only food nearby was a McDonald's and Subway so not much there. The only ice machine on property was not working anf the breakfast lacked in a good amount of areas.

Ice machine broken. Obviously had been for some time. Walked to the gas station next door for a bag. Fortunately we had a cooler with us. The side door would not open with our key when we returned. Breakfast was average. Check in was fine but the guy could have expressed some sort of enthusiasm/interest in his job and our being there. We did like that it was off the beaten path, quiet and clean.

The hotel was recently renovated. The price is reasonable. It's an easy access location by the 40 highway. The Pilot gas station is next to the hotel. However, the ice maker didn't work during our stay. The parking lot was dark and hard to see at night. The freight trains passed by with train horn for few times during the night. There are no restaurants or shopping plaza around the hotel. It is about 20 minutes drive to Flagstaff for the foods and other shopping. If arrive at night, I would suggest to stop by Flagstaff or Williams for foods or something else before go to hotel.

Stayed one night while moving across the country with my family. Guest laundry was accessible after 9pm cut off time, but came in super handy for us to catch up a bit. One negative is the standard 2 Queen bed room is pretty small, but works well for 1 night. And a big downside is the parking lot is TINY. While driving a U-Haul with a car being towed behind, parking was difficult. Luckily we are here during the week when it’s not busy, but I could see the parking lot filling up fast if it were a weekend.

We stayed one night and our room was very big, but the bathroom could have been more clean. There was hair all over the floor. Breakfast shouldn’t be called like it, its more like getting a little snack on paperplates. Overall it was to expensive for what we received.

We were given room 231…half the room did not have electricity so the lamps were out, the AC was out, and the fridge was out and smelled like rotten meat. Then we were quickly placed in room 226…it smelled like BO and some kind of mildew. We tried opening the window but whenever the AC stopped the mildew smell came back really strong and the musky smell. Then we tried to connect to the internet but that wasn’t working too. The bathroom was dirty and my fiancé started getting itchy, so at that point I’d had enough. We just left. I drove us back to Scottsdale that night. This is a highly-“rated” hotel but it was terrible. Terrible experience. I want my money back.

The room was a bit dirty. Moldy looking around the shower. Paint missing on the wall in the bathroom. Toothpaste spray above the sink. Carpet needed a vacuum. A couple lights were out. Toilet paper holder flipped around and dropped the paper on the floor. I asked for a handicap room and was told the 2 queen rooms didn’t come that way although it let me reserve online. My mom has mobility issues and needs hand rails. We didn’t get any. I found a few bugs in the bathroom in the morning that I let the front desk know about.

Carpet had foreign debris, a fingernail, coins, lint, stains. Bathroom had hair and something sticky stuck on the ground. A towel had dark brown stains. It was very noisy, could hear people talking, lots of loud footsteps. Lighting is unflattering and cold white illumination.

Mirror by the door was not clean and either the room had been converted from smoking or guests have definitely smoked in the room, smoke smell. Clerks checking us in and out were very nice and helpful. Didn't eat breakfast, but the coffee was mostly water.

For being as new as it is, the hotel’s front door was broken, my room a/c unit was loud and ran constantly, the tv was nice, but static ruined anything we tried to watch (it was on all channels). Breakfast was definitely the worst I’ve ever had at a Best Western. The desk person doubled as the breakfast attendant. She tried, but it just seems the hotel was not being kept up on a material level.

We booked a king with the bunk beds and it was a very large room. Great for families. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was the road noise and train noise. Otherwise it was great.

Easy access from freeway. The tv had poor signal. Didn't work half the time. 9am breakfast is over. At all the other breakfast in motels are until 10am. Nosey . The check in guy was so blah blah.

We stopped on the way to family for Christmas. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean and quiet. on the way back it was the same excellent service. The staff remembered me when I checked in going home. They asked about my Christmas holiday with family. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the breakfast service. It was the worse Best Western breakfast I have seen and had. They were out of a lot of things. Also, it was repeat of options every morning. There were no fresh fruits the whole time. The lady who took care of the are was not very friendly and cleaned things up before time was up, and didn’t ask if we wanted anything before she took things away! She was grabbing things while my mom was standing in front of them. It was disappointing, that we ended up grabbing breakfast somewhere else, we have never done that before.

Front desk staff did not seem to want to be there, content to sit and watch Tv in the lobby. Very small rooms but solid for the price. There was one group of loud young men hanging out in the parking lot, but they left before it got too late. All in all, stay was satisfactory and would consider again if the price was right!

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned one time. We called the front desk 3 separate times to make sure our room was cleaned and it never was. We had to beg some maintenance guy for clean towels on day 3.

The bathroom and room were a little small. The hotel was listed in Flagstaff but was 14 minutes back east on I40 from Flagstaff, which was frustrating as we were headed west. It was quiet, and breakfast was okay.

I did like it was outside of town but its in the center of a major truck stop so you could hear the trucks pulling in and out all night. The only food nearby was a McDonald's and Subway so not much there. The only ice machine on property was not working anf the breakfast lacked in a good amount of areas.

The hotel was recently renovated. The price is reasonable. It's an easy access location by the 40 highway. The Pilot gas station is next to the hotel. However, the ice maker didn't work during our stay. The parking lot was dark and hard to see at night. The freight trains passed by with train horn for few times during the night. There are no restaurants or shopping plaza around the hotel. It is about 20 minutes drive to Flagstaff for the foods and other shopping. If arrive at night, I would suggest to stop by Flagstaff or Williams for foods or something else before go to hotel.

Loved this property between Downtown Flagstaff and Williams. Made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was really clean. Beds were comfortable. Has mini fridge and microwave. Subway and McDonalds are walking distance. Family and kid friendly.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the breakfast service. It was the worse Best Western breakfast I have seen and had. They were out of a lot of things. Also, it was repeat of options every morning. There were no fresh fruits the whole time. The lady who took care of the are was not very friendly and cleaned things up before time was up, and didn’t ask if we wanted anything before she took things away! She was grabbing things while my mom was standing in front of them. It was disappointing, that we ended up grabbing breakfast somewhere else, we have never done that before.

For being as new as it is, the hotel’s front door was broken, my room a/c unit was loud and ran constantly, the tv was nice, but static ruined anything we tried to watch (it was on all channels). Breakfast was definitely the worst I’ve ever had at a Best Western. The desk person doubled as the breakfast attendant. She tried, but it just seems the hotel was not being kept up on a material level.

Easy access from freeway. The tv had poor signal. Didn't work half the time. 9am breakfast is over. At all the other breakfast in motels are until 10am. Nosey . The check in guy was so blah blah.
