Property was very noisy. Hall ways to rooms dirty / not vacuumed. . Work on second floor started early morning. Pool area was non usable and in total disrepair. The property continues to advertise pool as available.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a few issues with our first room, staff was friendly and quick to get us into a different room. Hotel is quiet and perfect for families. Pool was closed but was able to use a pool close by at a sister hotel, inconvenient but I’m glad they had another option. Overall good stay and I would definitely go back again.

It is a minimal-service hotel, but has easy parking, very spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast, pleasant front desk staff. Not a charming location, but very convenient to shopping and freeways. The pool was closed, but it wasn't pool weather, so not an issue.

The room was impressively furnished, and very clean. The service was great as far as we needed it. Parking was convenient, and I paid $28 after tax per day to park at the hotel. The pool looked nice and clean, however, my girlfriend and I never made it down there. We used YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV, and it was awesome how the TV could swivel around. Our kitchen area had a couple stove burners, which I did not see in the listing and it would have been nice to plan cooking meals with them. The kitchen area was great, nonetheless, the full-size fridge has a little icemaker in the freezer. Overall, I was very, very happy with the room and I look forward to coming back from our excursions every day.

The property was nice. Our suite had everything we needed so no complaints there. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s with every hotel. The pictures of the pool area is a bit deceiving. The pool area and pool itself is very small.

Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. There were some areas that were showing wear and stained. The hallway carpeting was very stained and some the the trim in the kitchen and woodwork in the bathroom was very scratched up.

Everything was going fine until the second day when we noticed some black stains on the bathroom wall. The wall covering was loose so I peeled back a corner and the wall was covered in black mold and small clouds of mold dust drifted to the floor. We were moved to another room where we found socks in the garbage disposal. These were both issues that could have, and should have, been discovered by hotel staff before we arrived. The fact that there was no offer to comp at least part of our stay for having put us in a room with mold infestation and the inconvenience of having to repack and move to another room says a lot. It's either a problem with the property policy, staff training or possibly both. Nice rooms, decent property in a good location, courteous and friendly staff, all ruined by some serious maintenance oversights. Oh, and the property is undergoing renovation which should probably be stated at the time of reservation. Let's hope they're doing some mold mitigation in the process.

Usually love Marriott hotels and the comfortable and clean hotels. This property was not that. This hotel had mold growing in my bathroom, carpet unclean and old in the hallways and an under repair unusable pool (which they did not disclose at the time of booking-picture showed beautiful pool). Would never stay here again. The only saving grace was the front desk people were amazing human beings and very friendly.

Great location. Very roomy. Comfortable. The ac was very noisy. It was either on, blowing directly on us in bed, freezing us, or off and we got so hot. The room was never a good temperature. Every time it came on while we were asleep, it woke us up because it was so loud, then so cold.

We've stayed at this property for two Christmas weeks when visiting family in surrounding communities. It's so easy to access for them, the area is quiet, safe, with lots of little coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are nicely laid out with a small kitchen area (full refrig, dishwasher, micro and stovetop), big seating area with pull out sofa if you need the space for kids. Lobby area is good for meeting up with visitors. The staff kindly set up a gift wrapping table with tape, scissors, paper and boxes last year and this year which was super helpful. Staff are helpful and cheerful. Overall a very good experience.

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable our room was. a nice size kitchenette and sitting space with couch and chairs. King bed was very comfortable big television that swiveled from the bed to the couch area. The room had a desk and a walk in shower. Loved this room. The breakfast was very nice with a large selection of breakfast food and fruits..coffee was very good.

The staff at the hotel was lovely. In particular, we received help from Casey at check-in, Ryan for a room change and other requests, and Kate with the extension to our stay. We also a lovely chat with Jane and Caroline checked us out. The dining staff at breakfast kept the food supplied and continuously cleaned up any messes made by the hotel guests. Our first room was quite noisy, which was not good for a family member recovering from surgery. We appreciated how Ryan quickly facilitated a room change to a quieter part of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The hide-a-bed was not as comfortable, but the staff provided extra comforters, which helped. The location is good, an easy walk to downtown Burbank, where there are many restaurants. It is also very close to Ikea. Parking at the hotel was easy.

My daughter got married nearby and I had to work the entire time. The room was perfect for my laptop and extra monitor. the desk was plenty big enough to hold all the hardware. Plus, I loved having to not go out for food. Huge refridgerator and they even produced a large drip coffee pot for me!! Got everything accomplished both for work and wedding preperation. They even created wedding bookings for all of the out of town guests. They were so accomodating to all of our needs.

This is our 4th year/time staying here & we love it. The staff is so pleasant and helpful at all times. We stayed again for a week and have no complaints. Breakfast spread in morning is great and plenty of options for adults & kids. Love that you can walk to restaurants, mall, movie theater etc. it’s so convenient and I always recommend them to everyone that asks. Thank you again for a great worry free week.

I like this property very much. I was impressed at the room for there was a small stove, large refrigerator, large microwave dishwasher. It had everything a person may need for bringing in cold food I was especially proud of the complimentary breakfast which was very good.

Pro: Close to Burbank downtown and to the restaurants; 15-20mins to Universal Studios. With fridge, microwave and kitchen supplies (not yet great for cooking but great for warming up leftovers); with free breakfast and parking Con: breakfast food is not refilled timely and tables were not cleaned. I stayed 4 nights and breakfast experience was similar. Peak time there was not enough tables. Worst day was Christmas Eve at 8:40am all the hot items, coffee, hot water were all out and no replenishment (I left at 9:10, maybe they came later).

The free breakfast provided was invaluable. My family was in a rush to get to Universal Studios Hollywood so this was such a time-saver. The staff was so warm and welcoming to boot. The location was also close to the park so we were able to get there in short order.

Great place to stay but the breakfast isn’t very good. I’ve stayed here often regardless of the lackluster food and just eat breakfast elsewhere. Highly recommend as a great place to stay, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast has deteriorated! Cereals obviously bought in bulk at Dollar Store. Hot offerings the same (scrambled eggs, tough sausages links/patties or prepackaged breakfast biscuits). Only the coffee was acceptable. Cleaning only every other day, though this seems to have become “industry standard”, is unacceptable considering the prices charged. In room advertised happy hour was nonexistent (do it or remove in room card)! All in all we will probably be looking elsewhere for lodging when traveling!
