Having three restaurants on the property was excellent.

The staff was very nice and a convenient location While the infrastructure is there (onsite rental car, onaite & walkable restaurants, nearby shopping, plenty of parking, etc.), the effectivity of day to day use falls short of my expectations for the Hilton brand. Obvious maintenance issues (one person in our group got stuck in the elevator), during our two night stay there was no hot water as it was only luke warm, and our key card kept deactivating.

Great location. If you don’t have a car you can walk to restaurants, gas stations and even shop. Only downside this time the hotel only had one elevator available.

Bar and bar food was great. Beds super comfy and staff was very friendly.

everything was good except had only one elevator working with seven floors we were lucky we were on 2 floor so we used the stairs.

From the moment I checked in, I felt uneasy. They only had one elevator working at the time of my stay. I had to carry my one year-old up the stairs to the fifth floor. Unacceptable. The carpet in the room filthy.

The hotel is located off of highway 55 getting around was easy. The pool and workout area were decent and the bar had decent drinks.

1. Elevators: two of the four elevators were out of commission the entirety of our stay. Staff did not disclose this at check in. We found out as we waited with a cart to take luggage to our room for 15 minutes. When checking out, i waited for 20 minutes for the elevator to take my luggage cart downstairs. When i didn't have luggage, we used the stairs which were very dirty and moldy. 2. Our room: Upon arriving in our room, I went to the bathroom and picked up about 20 long hairs off the floor. I then walked into the sleeping area and found some sort of red and clear gelly substance stuck to multiple places on the floor. There were two chairs - one was tattered and the other had stains all over it. The beds came with 3 pillows and each one was so thin your head sunk to the mattress when using it. I had to use a pillow from the stained chair which smelled. This seemed unacceptable for $175/ night. 3. Pool: we booked this hotel bc of the outdoor pool which looked nice online. When seeing it in person, we quickly noticed that there was a black mold-like substance growing on the sides of the pool. When diving to the bottom of the pool to look for goggles we had dropped and couldn't see due to the murkiness of the water, we found massive clumps of this black mold along with a large amount of water toys that had been dropped and lost to the murky water. There were also a large amount of missing or loose tiles. Pool furniture was all stained and/or had cigarette burns.

Pool was closed due to maintenance and no one mentioned this prior to arrival and we called two days before to confirm the room. This would have been the time to tell us the pool was closed. That was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Additionally, my children who are teenagers were told that the coffee in the lobby was for adults only and were not allowed to get any.

I arrived with a boat in tow and the receptionist said to park in a specific area and it worked out nicely. The parking area was really well lit at night, giving me a chance to get some well needed rest after traveling. The room was very nice and just what we needed to wind down after a few days of traveling. My complements to the staff!!

Please dont book here. This hotel is not only in need of some extensive renovating but some houskeeping tips as well!! There was brown/red stains on my toilet, hair all over the bathroom, there was even a chip left on the floor which cleary all showed signs of the prior guest and poor housekeeping services. Definitely does NOT MEET Hilton standards. Lobbh is beautifully decorated for Christmas but once you get past that...its downhill.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere in the lobby and there were no luggage carts available so an employee went and found one for us to use. Check in was easy and they offered keyless options for the room. Me and my girls did not arrive to the hotel until after 8pm. The room appeared nice when we went inside. The only downfall was that when my daughter went into the bathroom to shower she yelled and there was a roach in the sink.

The property was far over priced for the accommodations. It smelled of urine on the elevators and everything in the hotel was old and rusted. I will file a formal complaint with the Hilton organization. The rooms smelled like mildew and the bathtub had rust as well. Horrible.

The cleanliness is beyond atrocious. Dirty linen, stained floors, stained sofas, sticky residue on furniture.

I will begin by saying the staff was lovely! But the quality of this hotel is terrible. Do not be fooled by the beautiful entry/lobby. The room was disgusting. The toilet seats are so worn that they have a bad texture. Lastly, the staff need a morale upgrade. This property seemed to be short staff and it was felt as the lines were long and staff was very unfriendly.

There is no free Wi-Fi, getting out of the Hilton parking lot is impossible due to heavy traffic in both directions, not that many options for food in the area, and the room was not all the way clean when I checked in. The pillows were small and hard even when stacked up, making it difficult to sleep. No issues with the staff.

This was a nice hotel about 30 years ago. Service was excellent as was the food. That said the Hilton Standard is questionable. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Chairs everywhere are old and peeling. Poor lighting and drab. Wish I could’ve stayed in the 90s it must’ve been something

Great location, area shops and restaurants easy accessible. Don't like noise from showers, sinks, bathroom, etc from neighbors within the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was clean and welcoming. The walls were thin though, so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the halls.

2/5 My front desk associate Carmen had amazing service. I booked two rooms and the key to the second room didn’t work. Carmen came upstairs and called maintenance to fix the door as it needed rekeying. The hotel— that’s the disappointing part. There was an old lingering odor! The hotel was outdated, not sparkling clean and the bathroom had visible water damage and chipped fixtures accompanied by pilling wallpaper. Since this was a last minute book I stayed in the Jackson,MS area to cut down on travel. Overall 2/5 hotel experience.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room

The hotel stay was good overall with customer service receiving the highest ratest. The hotel is outdated and could benefit from updates to the bathroom and hotel room. Air condition unit was also not working to his most optimal level. This was my first time staying at this Hilton.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous

I left my watch by accident and didn’t notice until I was already hours away heading home. The staff here found it and coordinated a return that worked for me. Above and beyond

I have been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. It is currently 1:25am and staff is not sure if I will have a room available and if so no ideal on when. WORST SITUATION EVER! You couldn't make this up. Tired and ready to get some rest for an event early in the morning after driving five-plus hours. Refund is definitely expected

Easy parking and great location , if we are ever back in that area they are our number one choice

Overall it was a good stay things are just starting to look rundown and a little dingy not to mention most of the businesses around it have closed due to safety.

It’s conveniently located right off the interstate. There’s plenty of options to shop, eat, get gas etc all within walking distance.

Many unsatisfactory and unsafe I did report to Hilton no General Manager on site to deal with issues. Only 1 elevator working ( unsafe), kitchen out of food, cups (2days),no room microwave, no hot water for bathing, no vending machine in designated areas…this is not the service expected at the Hilton chain hotels !!! Terrible trip.. waiting for elevator up or down 20 minutes…with full hotel ….. I am asking for an adjusted rate or refund .. and a call from someone in hotel management …. The foyer was cold, could have put heaters at the door to counter cold coming in, caused the bar and dining area to be cold. Also for such an expensive place, could have offered breakfast, nothing there.

Hotel was awesome. Great people, great staff, great food, great bar!

The front desk staff were so an accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and we have an awesome drink in the bar!

My stay was perfect. I got the rest i needed. Enjoyed my breakfast ebery morning. Waitress in the restaurant was amazing. She was friendly and attentive all while managing to work alone. My overall stay was great.
