Checking was a breeze supervisor checked us in and was super nice and informative! Bed is like a cloud! Absolutely love it! Pool area is a little cold but not too bad! Will for sure stay again. Food prices are a bit high but for essentially room service that is expected

The property is under construction so there are things stacked up in the halls in the parking lots I could smell the dust in my room from the construction We had to sign a waiver regarding being quiet etc mainly because there were kids there for hockey. Well the kids were running up and down the halls all night so that wasn’t being enforced. Overall the whole place is in need of a makeover which they obviously are in the process of doing. I would stay elsewhere until it’s finished especially for the price they are charging while this is in this condition

Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax).

Very nice landscape in the backyard and convenient parking. Location was also convenient to reach many places in short time. We had a small issue with toilet water running all the time and we had to fix it from inside the tank.

I have stayed at this Courtyard Marriot in the past and had good experiences. This time I was very disappointed. My room was not clean: sink would not drain; used linens left in bathroom; bathroom toilet base was not clean; spots on sheets; and empty plastic bottle under radiator. I am aware that these are difficult times for all businesses as far as getting help or not having enough help. I let the front desk staff know when I checked out of these issues. Also the elevator and hallways were very cold. I expected my stay to be as good if not better as my past experiences.

The HVAC unit was not functioning properly in my room. It was 67 degrees in the room, 40 degrees outside. FREEZING! I made a complaint with management, I was offered “complimentary” breakfast. This is absurd. My family & I suffered from this inconvenience and all they had to offer was breakfast, preposterous!

I booked mt trip at the last minute and was able to get a nice and clean room. The bed was so comfy. They seem to have nice amenities, I didn't take advantage of them all. There's a Starbucks on site but not fully functioning; they didn't make Frappuccinos.

We had an appointment at Temple University and we're coming from Pittsburgh. We just needed somewhere to stay for the night and this place did not disappoint. For the cost of a night, you get the most comfortable and cleanestroom and bed. The grounds are beautiful, right in the heart of Valley Forge. I actually wish we were staying the whole weekend!

I was there in a Saturday night so my experience may be different this. A weeknight. Near a highway which can be noisy at night with cars racing into the early morning. Also had a room next to me with kids screaming and carrying on late at night into morning. Mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t care. Breakfast closes ends at 10am, which seems a bit early for a Sunday morning when many guests sleep in.
