Needed a budget hotel for a weekend lacrosse tournament with young kids. I canceled another hotel because the pool was closed. I booked this one after confirming the pool was open. We did not expect much, but we were happily surprised. The room was clean, the pool was great, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was amazing. We got everything we could have hoped for at a budget price. We will gladly go back again.

For the price you can’t beat it. They gave us a good room on the end and was pet friendly

Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. I was able to park right in front of my window. Parking lot has alot of activity at night, with people talking on the phone. Didn't bother me too much.

People working there was nice and the room was nice and clean

This was easily the most disgusting room I’ve ever been in - dirty, smelly, and roaches in the bathroom area - nasty ….

This property has good potential but is neglected, at first we thought it was set up nice and private but opened the room and were very upset, walls were extremely dirty and hadn't been washed in a long time, carpet didn't look vacuumed and the couch was stained and looked like it came off the side of the road, there were items on floor from previous guests that should have been seen while "cleaning", the toilet had stuff on it like it wasn't cleaned the tub was terrible. As we stood in the room and we had uncomfortable feeling. We stayed there long enough to look online and find another place to stay and left within 20 mins. Would not recommend to anyone. I am not a picky person by any means but this was terrible.

Surfaces weren’t clean. They only had smoking available, which was ok, but I didn’t expect there to be ashes on the counters from past people staying.

Check-in was easy. The front desk lady was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. I recommend the owners check behind the housekeeper. The rooms are not as clean as they could be. Although I bring my disinfecting cleaner to every hotel I stay at, not all customers do that. I suggest the shower curtains be washed or replaced. I recommend the hotel because what I experienced are minor issues and the hotel can change in the future.

The place is good for a quick 1 night sleep and hit the road in the morning. The rooms could use a deep clean. The walls in the bathroom were gross. The chair in our room was filthy and the room smelled moldy, we rented 2 rooms the room the kids (21&23) stayed in smelled a lot better I didn't really look closely at anything in that room other than for bed bugs which neither room had thank God.

Although the bed, toilet, sink, and bathtub seemed clean enough, I don't believe that the walls have ever been wiped down nor areas around light switches cleaned. There were many streaks of some type of stuff that looked like it had been thrown or spilled on the walls and ran down the wall. The front staff was very nice, but I won't stay there again.

So dirty I was disgusted. Linens were clean . The drawer edges thick with dust as was light wall plates. Between bath & room clearly full of debris. Shower knobs broken , orange juice watery. No lids on coffee cups, drapes broken . Back of door filthy & more

I'll start with the good. Staff was very friendly and check in/out were handled quickly. The location of the hotel is convenient and it's fairly quiet. From the outside the grounds are well kept. The downside to this property is that it is in need of some renovation. Though nothing in my room was broken the tub dripped all night and the sink was very slow to drain. The walls were dirty and could have used a fresh coat of paint (although it appears there are already about 20 coats of paint on the wall). The beds were not of great quality but they didn't make any annoying noises and slept ok for the night we were there. The rooms themselves are dated but not really in disrepair. It appeared that they were doing some renovations on some rooms, maybe they just had not gotten to the one that we stayed in yet. The weather strip around the door left about a 1/2 inch gap allowing the cold air from outside to draft in and sunlight to shine through in the morning. All of these things are minor and pretty fitting for the price paid. It's a cheap place for a 1 night pit stop on a trip. I wouldn't recommend it for more than that.

Hotel is about 15 minutes away from the University of South Carolina Campus. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Just not a lot of choices for restaurants.

It’s was a overnight stay to get rest from 10 hours of driving slept good and comfortable

I enjoyed my one night stay. Peace and quiet.

Although the hotel was outdated, I was comfortable during my stay. The refrigerator worked well and the room was spacious. I liked having a room at the end of the building. The property was quiet. I would consider staying again for the price.

The power was out due to the Hurricane Helene. All I got was an email saying the reservation was confirmed. Get to the hotel and people were standing outside. Nothing from the hotel.

Failure to notify people whether online or otherwise that the power was out on the premises.. People were arriving expecting to have a safe place to stay and ended up leaving with no other place to go because of availability of rooms elsewhere due to the storm

Its an ok place to lay your head for a night. But some of the rooms are a very long walk to breakfast if you can even find where to get breakfast at.
