This hotel is showing its age. The lifts are old, there is always a long wait for the lifts, many people frustrated at busy times. The room is fine. Hotel location is excellent. The swimming pool is nice when quiet, it's small. The pool bar is the sadest place I've ever seen, and never attended, it would be better to close it.

Arrived late due to flight delays, so didn't get chance to experience the hotel fully. I can say room was nice, clean, and staff were friendly and pleasant. Id like to come back to try the other facilities
