I had a club lounge room, check in was fine. The rooms don’t have desks which I had not checked prior to booking, so this is my mistake, as I was working. It only has a folding table with a bench window seat, so the whole time you are sat in your room you have your back to the view and are looking at your room, I asked on 3 occasions if I could have a chair for my room, so that I could sit the other side of the table and look at the view but unfortunately this was not possible?? The club lounge is quite basic compared to many hotels I have stayed in, the staff were nice, but the food and drinks were very limited. Also lots of families in the club lounge, which as a business traveler I find unusual and really did put me off wanting to take food from the buffet. Also no day room available on check out, the only option is to use the one toilet/ shower room that is for the pool users directly next to the pool, so it’s far from ideal. The pool itself is lovely and there are plenty of towels and beds available! The hotel location is great, you can walk to most places.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :)

Dieses Hotel besticht durch seine tolle Lage. Wir konnten quasi alles zu Fuß erreichen und haben lediglich für Sentosa Island ein Taxi genommen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Pool im Hotel und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Marina Bay Sands. Lediglich das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Hier gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Aber dieses Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Good location - rooms small - clean but a little tired. Only one restaurant - pool bar not in operation. As a result - Quite a few younger guests taking their own 4/6 pack of beer to dink in the pool. Fine but of that's not your sort of thing or you have young kids - might not be a great experience

We booked a triple room, which consisted of a queen bed and a rollaway twin size bed. The twin bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was a small room, and we barely had enough space with all the luggage. The bathroom was mildewy and smelled like urine. We had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Staff were very good, attentive and courteous. This was the third hotel we stayed at in Singapore during the period. We found that our room at the Grand felt damp. The pillows felt damp and the quilt felt damp. We appreciate the weather in Singapore is humid but this was the only hotel of the three that we had that experience. We are seasoned travelers and work the air conditioning and temperature control where we can. The location is great and service was great. It was the room that was disappointing. Maybe the other rooms are fine but we were disappointed with the room.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 5-star hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. My partner and I were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the service provided. Upon our arrival, we appreciated the welcome gesture of fresh fruit. However, our experience quickly took a turn when, during our unpacking, a staff member repeatedly knocked on our door despite us indicating we would answer shortly. This disruption was bothersome but not the main issue. Later that evening, after a long day, we discovered hair and a brownish stain on the bed sheet when preparing for sleep. This was unacceptable. I attempted to contact Housekeeping and the Front Desk, but to no avail. Eventually, I reached out to Guest Relations, where I found the representative lacking in empathy and only offering a new bed sheet without an apology. When a staff member finally arrived, he offered me the new sheet to change myself, as he had not been instructed to help further. I expressed my discomfort with the stain, emphasizing that any discoloration, especially brown, is completely unacceptable. This experience on our first night significantly impacted our stay, and I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

The hotel is close to City Hall station (very walkable). Appreciated the check in staff finding us a room early as we had experienced a gruelling flight from London. The room was spacious and user friendly but not a fan of roller blinds in shower cubicles as they went too far down and sat in the water retaining moisture. This probably added to the musty, mouldy smell that hit you as you entered the room. I’m sure this would be a problem for a lot of places considering the humidity and heat in Singapore. Breakfast was average. The layout is confusing and the options are basic but enough to get your day started. House keeping was very helpful and promptly provided extra tea etc when requested. Great location to base your stay.

Where to start? This was probably a great hotel in some past era. And, with what is visible, at least, Grand Park is doing what is needed to keep rhe facility and rooms looking clean. // But what made this a less than stellar stay was the moldy/mildewy smell in our room which is almost certainly tied to years of condensation in the air condition system (which doesn't smell like it has been cleaned). --And, though I appreciate the effort to be environmentally conscious and avoid plastic water bottles, the water purifying unit was unacceptable given how dirty the tap water feeder tank looked. (Was this ever cleaned??) // --Lastly, not cool (literally or figuratively) that the AC has a mind of its own and decides when to be environmentally conscious at the expense of the inmate--I mean, guest.

I give this hotel 3 stars. It’s misrepresented. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means or standards but they advertise themselves like 5 star. No real lobby. Check in is on the 3d floor. Not the smoothest process I must say. Soundproofing is bad. You can hear every door being shut and every person to walk by in the hallway. This will keep you up I’ll tell you. Ac- below average. Light controls are funky and not convenient to use. Bathroom is weird. Really. Shower is very small. Glass walls off the bathroom (weird as well) can be covered. No real door, just a slider. Bathroom space is not really isolated from the room which is not convenient at all. No outlets in the bathroom for the hair dryer etc. it’s a strong 3 star and weak 4 star hotel I must say, definitely not a 5 star. Gym is very small but did the job I guess only because I was the only one there. If you are booking it just know all this and be ready to deal with it. If you are- it may be a good deal but if you aren’t and have high expectations- you most likely will be disappointed.

For the price you paid you did not get breakfast and crammed into a little room with the two extra beds. It was fine since we just stayed the night but any longer and it would have been frustrating trying to move around.

Upgraded to a junior suite which had a massive shower - best hotel shower we've ever used! The gym is well equipped but tiny so avoid peak times. Funan mall nearby which is excellent.

Great stay, friendly staff and excellent concierge service. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of food options in the area and walkable to most city neighborhoods and parks.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :)

Room was lovely & large, comfortable beds , only drawback was lack of place to put your clothes on or a place for your suitcase, bathroom also lacking hooks for hanging clothes/towel. Hotel was clean, and easily accessible.the watch person/staff member downstairs, was extremely helpful and professional, providing service with a smile. The only thing which spoilt the stay was the breakfast, very confusing, not organised, things in different places, variety of healthy savoury options limited, no halal options, hard to locate anything, small plates to add ur food , making it difficult especially as the small food locations scattered around, plus tiny glasses, needs reorganising big time/staff don’t understand when u ask basic question's around needing something

room is clean, staff service is good and location is very convenient but finds aircon temp unable to be controlled and it seems to be auto set no matter how i change it room temperature can be 1-2 degree cooler but otherwise a nice place to stay and will recommend friends to stay here

Thank you to the team at Grand park City hall for making our stay so effortless. We only stayed a short 2 nights but despite this> the team at reception and concierge offered impeccable service. Thank you for helping create surprise and delight M&M moments for our 8 year old (Adam at Concierge) and for the beautifully packed breakfast box at 5am. Also special mention to Nazri for his help in making our short time visiting even more memorable with great suggestions to improve upon what we had planned.

Location is great, and breakfast was really nice with so many options. Unfortunately, reception kind of ruined the start of our stay- there was a wedding event held at reception area and we felt lack of service from the staff checking us in, she didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was or where you can find other facilities and such. But her colleague next to her was able to inform the other guests that was checking in next to us. I was expecting 5 star service and booked this to celebrate with my family, but left disappointed. Although the lady on check out was very lovely. Others may have had a lovely experience in this hotel, but due to my experience, I would not want to come back or recommend this hotel.

Super convenient location, next to a couple of malls and a MRT. Gym is small, and the pool is not so great for swimming. Room service was pretty bad (non existent some days), and the reception folks seemed disinterested. I wouldn’t stay here again given the number of better hotels located in the area

Clean room, very comfy, good location, great sized bathroom, but did found hotel didn't quite live up to 5 star expectations - queuing at check-in with no one there to greet or provide refreshments after flight, breakfast queue and some disorganisation. Stayed in 4 star previously in singapore a few weeks earlier and that felt more like 5, whereas this was def more like 4 at a max, in some ways a bit below so I was a bit disappointed. Stay was good but wouldn't recommend to friends or family and wouldn't stay again, so not that good.

We were very happy with the Grand Park City Hall and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore. The hotel is in a great location close to train link from the airport and very walkable to all the main attractions. We had the club lounge which was really great and the pool area also a welcome benefit from the hot humid days.

Beautiful hotel in a good location, however not sure on value for the price compared to other options. Staff amazing. No 24 hour room service or mini bar. Watch out if you arrive after 9:30pm no food or drinks available at the hotel.

Alles in Einem war es ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer hatten eine perfekte Größe, man hat sich nicht eingeengt gefühlt.Nur das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eintönig und hat wenig an Auswahl angeboten. Besonders Herr Ismail war sehr hilfsbereit.

Breakfast was poor in terms of quantity and in general a limited selection of food. Staff at breakfast was not really friendly, they all seemed to be very stressed. But worst of all, there were no more coffee beans on our 2nd day, so all available high end coffee mashines ran out of coffee and they couldn’t offer any cappuccino anymore. Certainly not worth a 5-Star hotel….

Dieses Hotel besticht durch seine tolle Lage. Wir konnten quasi alles zu Fuß erreichen und haben lediglich für Sentosa Island ein Taxi genommen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Pool im Hotel und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Marina Bay Sands. Lediglich das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Hier gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Aber dieses Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s located pretty close to Clarke Quay and an MRT stop. The service was excellent and the food was good. We had access to the lounge which made the stay more comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is if the food at the lounge buffet was hotter. Everything that came directly from the kitchen was the right temperature! I have stayed here in the past and look forward to returning!

This property was lovely. The reception staff were excellent and welcoming. The only down side was the breakfast where it was quite chaotic. This was not helped by a confusing layout with different foods all over and similar types of food separated. Lack of bowls, teabags and milk too. Overall though a great stay (breakfast a minor thing).

On arrival to our room we thought it smelt stale and musty but we didn't request to move rooms (I wish we had). On the second night we got into bed to find the bed crawling in bugs, we called reception who sent staff to inspect, they agreed we needed to move rooms immediately. The hotel management agreed to a late check out and free laundry of the clothes that had been on the bed during the day. When we returned home we found the hotel had charged our credit card SG$441.23 for the laundry, we did not authorise this charge and to add insult the hotel are claiming that pest control found no evidence of bugs despite the hotel staff witnessing the bugs and taking their own photos. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
