We have stayed at Hotel Zico at least twenty years. The continental breakfast is good. The underground parking is secure. The Steven's Creek trail is right next to the hotel. The trail has a tunnel under El Camino to a nearby grocery store.

Nice place but their systems are messed up. Arrived but no front desk person available, Had to do a video conf. check in. They had my registration but no room assigned. I was stuck until a staffer came by and manually found a room. Also, I ordered breakfast in the dining room by QR code but the system said that it couldn't do in-dining room service. Good news was an EV charger in the garage. ALL hotels should have that. Please clean, comfortable and visually pleasant. Only issue is their tech is messed up.

Although property right next to freeway, sound from it negligible from room. Great interior and exterior design for a quaint and cozy property with Mediterranean colors and styling. Property could use more parking spaces. Garage closed on me and outside lot was filled. Also property location a bit tricky to go in and out due to its location so close to freeway exit ramp.

amazing little hotel! has all the conveniences - fridge, microwave, great coffee at breakfast, gym AND it's right next to the Stevens Creek trail which is amazing if you want to go for a walk or run. Also right next to - walking distance - to a big shopping plaza with all kinds of stores. five stars!!

Parking lot gets full quick. The underground parking locks up before nine so you cannot get in if you dont make "lights out". At night, staff hides within and you have to speak to the attendant through a web cam.

This is a nice property. It is priced a little lower than other motels in the area. The rooms are adequate, the bathrooms are nice. It is very tricky to find the entry driveway on your first time here. Be prepared to do a few loops around the interstate on your first time. The continental breakfast is nice. Staff is friendly. Exercise room is small, but I enjoyed using it. There’s quite a bit of traffic noise here, but I think that’s the trade-off for the slightly lower price.

Great value. I'd like to see a few more items in the breakfast buffet. Kitchenette is also great! Underground parking has a 9 pm curfew for entry -- would have appreciated 10 PM. TV service is poor -- pretty much over-the-air channels. Would appreciate the ability to stream anything on my phone to TV.

It was a great property with great staff. Biggest downside was the room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom was dirty and the walls needed to be washed. And the bathtub had old hairy soap bars on the top edge of the bath/shower combo. The breakfast was very minimal. Definitely not worth it if you are looking for a breakfast. Beds were comfy and clean. Tv is very small with very few channels. Again amazing staff at check in and check out

Room, The carpet was very dirty and had very visible stains spots, it smelled of damp, and the ceiling at the entrance to the bathroom looked damp. There was an armchair and a desk chair which also showed stains

Everything was excellent with the exception of one thing. I was hoping my room would be cleaned on Saturday but returned and it wasn’t. Other than that it was a great experience.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were so taken with the staff and the beauty and amenities of this hotel, we chose it again. We had only stayed one night then. This time we stayed two, and we were surprised to have no housekeeping services to replace used towels, take away dirty dishes, and replace coffee pods. We saw no notice that housekeeping would not take place for ecological purposes, or we would have understood. Also, the elevator to the parking garage was unpredictable, It just seems like it's not quite up to our previous experience here. But we would probably still choose it again!

We arrived really late. We had to use the kiosk that check in. This went pretty smoothly. However, the room we got smelled of smoke really badly. Even though it was non smoking. We had to switch rooms. We booked two rooms. The other room wasn't very clean l. We found pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Definitely not a great way to start our stay.

Hotel is very old. Door does not latch well, wooden cabinet/doors all have different level of damages. The worst part for me is the smell. It has this kind of smell when the room has been humid for too long without good air circulation. The whole hotel has the same smell including the lobby area, which is not a great experience.

We returned from a long day at Stanford cancer center to find our bed unmade and dirty towels still on the bathroom floor. When we called the front desk, we told they only had housekeeping one day a week (who makes up the rooms when guests check out?) and we needed to take the dirty towels to the front desk, where the clerk made sure we only received exact replacements for the ones we brought up. The towels were like the cheapest ones from Costco, not something that would be stolen (unless the guest had a meth habit... tweakers will steal anything). Otherwise, it's a pretty decent hotel, but I'd recommend staying on an upper floor so you don't hear someone tromping around. We stayed here in the past, but it was only one night, so we didn't encounter the towel Grinch.

The hotel really needs a renovation. Dark rooms with smell.

I have stayed her a few times for work over the years. This past trip solidified the following: 1) Poor repair/cleanliness: the rooms have not been well taken care of. The carpet and bathroom laminate looks very old and dirty. Doors in bathroom look liked they have not been cleaned and lights/surfaces generally felt sticky. One of the rooms I stayed in previously had a huge rip in the carpet. Pillows are uncomfortable. 2) Virtual check-in: Wasn't a big fan. Took longer than would otherwise and did nothing to make me feel more safe. I think I'm done staying here to save a few bucks.

The property was pretty and relaxing. The continental breakfast was yummy. Not that it can be helped but the entrance to parking is a little confusing. The pillows need to be updated, they were flat and uncomfortable. Also the wifi kept going in and out.

Overall a good place to stay for business trips, the only thing is that the rooms are not very sound proof, I can hear the shower running, foot steps from upstairs.

The hotel was cute but the ceiling was thin and we heard every step above us. Unfortunately the neighbors above we very active and it kept us up all night.

The property itself is nice, but the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Also, the walls and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything from all of your neighbors. I couldn’t sleep here either night.

The property was clean and cute. The chair in our room had a big rip in it, with a pillow covering it. I asked the front desk about it, because I didn't want to be held responsible. They were already aware of the rip. Check-in after 10 pm was with a kiosk, and a person on camera, which was rather awkward. Our room was very clean, and I loved the outside patio. The bed was odd, as it seemed to be a pull down murphy type bed. I was told, it was a test room. Overall, it was fine for our last -minute reservation.

Everything was almost perfect. What we didn't like was the light that came in through the blinds at night. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and it's very bright. Putting blackout curtains in addition to the blinds would really help.

The breakfast was good; the delicious breakfast burrito had the fluffiest eggs and the bread selection was adequate even if I didn't see any muffins or sweets. The bed was comfortable and the parking garage was full of light. There was no closet in the room so I had to hang my clothes on the door hardware. The door to the bathroom was supposed to roll or slide along its track but when I found out how much force it took to move the door I opted to leave it open.

The furniture looked dated, carpets were dark that made the room very dim. The bedding was bad, the pillows were real skinny and uncomfortable.

Management needs to dump the Remote Staff Check-In Kiosk. It is terrible, unwelcoming, and horribly inefficient. I waited 20 minutes while people fumbled with the tech and the online operator couldn't help from far away. HIRE REAL STAFF AND PAY THEM TO BE YOUR AMBASSADORS. If I am forced to use the check-in kiosk again, I will never return.

I liked the atmosphere it presented and the front desk was always gracious. Lyft struggled to find it since it was right beside an entrance ramp that GPS told them to take, not Zico's fault. I did agree to 3 day room servicing and they came every day past 4:00 when I was in the room, an annoyance. All-in-all I would stay there again.It was far enough off the road for tha cars to sound like wind.

I liked most everything, but that computerized check-in with some man in Malaysia? Impersonal, off-putting and unnecessary.

The staff were very kind and accommodating when I shared with them I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness with the rooms I was in. They were so understanding and provided a room for my sister and I, and it really made a huge impact in our trip being amazing. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay and I also felt safe leaving my car parked outside. If you’re looking for a quiet, easy place to stay with staff that care about your needs I would highly recommend staying here.

Slowest checkin ever. Horrible service. 1 group in ftont of and atill wsiting 15 minutes later. Never again!!!!!!

The hotel was clean and easy parking but service was lacking. Arrived at 3pm and was told our room wouldn’t be ready for at least another hour even though check in was at 3pm. No apologies were given from the young man at the desk but I was given a 10% discount after asking since the room wasn’t ready and I had an event to get ready for. Once in the room 45mins later, my partner needed to use the iron, but there wasn’t one available. There was an ironing board but no iron. I called the front desk to request one and was told to come down to the desk to get it. Once down there the same young man had no idea what I was talking about. I explained I just called and spoke to someone about the iron and his response was “it wasn’t me”. So again I asked for an iron. I was given one but then told to bring it back down when I was done lol. Interesting experience

How can you run a hotel with no staff in the middle of the night. Super unsafe When we 1st got there we walked to the unmanned front desk and we hear a voice by the front door we walk to a computer kiosk to speak with a man from the Philippines to check us into our room. We get our keys and grab our bags and head to our room. At this time I still have yet to see a physical staff member The room was ok not clean to my expectations dirty floor pealing wall paper. The air would not come on in the room we tried both controllers. I walked out to the front desk to try and locate someone still no one to be found so I had to wait in line for the computer again. I went back to my room and a gentleman came to the door to fix our issue. He said if we have any other issues he would be there until 11p I had no idea he meant no one would be there after 11p Around 4a our upper neighbors were very loud crashing things around stomping on the floor keeping us up for over an hour. There was no one at the front desk to complain too. In the AM we needed 1 more towel my husband went to the desk to request another and let them know about the noise at night. Still no one at the front desk 2 people were waiting for the breakfast to open mind you breakfast was stated and up on the wall to be open at 630a at this time it was 7:13a I called when I found this out and a woman from the Philippines answered the phone she said no one would be at the hotel until 9a or 9:30a. I want a refund poor experien

I had a good experience during my stay but the management of the charges was terrible. They charged me $50 for a reservation guarantee saying that it would be refunded at check-out and so far I have not had a response or any assistance from the hotel in my contacts.

We’ve stayed her several times. The location works well for us. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Shoreline Amphitheater.

Clean and easy to check in. Attentive staff. They always accommodate my room request. Comes with continental breakfast and good coffee. Hidden gem! Hotel with good rates, access to freeways, and near food and 24-hour Walgreens. Can walk to Sutter Health and a number of food options although it’s a busy road.

Its a cheap price for a good hotel the location near the highway makes it hard to reach but its a decent place to stay and probably better once construction finishes

Quiet and great location.

The place is gorgeous! The only downside was the traffic noise while you were outside, on the patio. But the price and location to my event was so accessible that it made up for it. Plus I could not hear the traffic in the hotel room so we had a nice stay. Thank you

Location was very convenient to shopping/dining across the street. Room very comfortable, nice rain shower head in bathroom. Happy there was small fridge, coffee machine, and microwave in room.

The hotel is under construction. Lots of noise from upstairs and the next room. Terrible breakfast...

Everything was good at the hotel, except for the continental breakfast. It was very basic and didn’t have the standard breakfast items like eggs or sausage. If the breakfast could be improved, I would rate it higher.

Stay 2 nights over NFL Sunday playoffs…ESPN on tv did not work both nights along with other top channels to watch like TNT plus others. Continental breakfast was a joke! Pictures on web page shows eggs, waffles, and omelette…web page also says “made-to-order”omelette…what they don’t tell you is you would have to pay for all that!!! So you get juice, 2 types of cereal, small muffins, toast or oatmeal. That is not a continental breakfast…fyi!!! If you want “only” quiet bedroom…no tv and no breakfast…this is good! I was very disappointed on this place! Go Niners!!!

Rooms are big. Well equipped. Good price/quality ratio Hotel needs renovation. Breakfast contains only cereal and oatmeal, selection can be better

I stayed here many times over the years. Their breakfast has dwindled from a delicious buffet with bacon or sausage with eggs and potatoes, waffles, along with yogurt, cereal, fruit and muffins to basically coffee, a few bananas, cereal and some bread and bagels. Don't call that a breakfast! Up your rates and serve an actual breakfast!

The hotel itself was good. The only thing I did care for was the breakfast because their oatmeal looked watery and nasty every day.

The hotel has a great Spanish/ Mexico thing going. I really liked it. I felt like I was on a beach vacation. The breakfast was good and free. Great value
