The hotel was beautiful! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! They have a restaurant on the property. Gorgeous swimming pool that's only open for the summer!

Séjour de deux jours. Hôtel finalement bien placé, même si un véhicule est nécessaire. On descend dans le centre de San Sébastian en 10 minutes. Tarif un peu élevé, mais c'est le cas dans toute la ville. Par contre politique de suppléments un peu exagérée. 30€ de supplément par jour pour mon chihuahua, je n'avais jamais payé autant. Plus un supplément pour le parking, on passe à presque 300€ par nuit. Rapport qualité/prix moyen, de ce fait. Mais globalement, très bon hôtel.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Man muss ein wenig fahren zum Zentrum, mit Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Bus haben wir nicht genutzt. Auf der Straße gab es genug Parkplätze kostenlos. Im Hotel war es auch ruhig. Das Frühstück war toll, es war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Den schönen Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da er um 19 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Da waren wir noch nicht zurück. Die Betten waren gut, aber recht hart. Das einzig Negative ist das Bad mit der Glaswand zum Zimmer. Was sollte das denn? Man will doch den Partner nicht auf der Toilette beobachten.. da hat man keine Privatsphäre. Es gibt zwar eine Schiebewand zum Abdunkeln, aber die hielt nicht mehr so ganz vor den Lichtdurchlässen. Das fanden wir nicht schön! Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt dort! Empfehlenswert!

Lovely clean and modern hotel with secure parking and dog “friendly”. Staff were fabulous and were very helpful. Only eating option if you have a dog is room service (which I did) or leave the dog in your room (which I didn’t) Dogs up to 20kg allowed in hotel.

This hotel shouldn’t be rated with4 stars. The staff in the hotel were not professional in any respect. They were unorganised, unhelpful at reception, provided poor service in the breakfast restaurant (leading us to a table and then giving it to other guests), and where do I start with the makeshift bar. The hotel is not near any other amenities so you would expect to have a permanent bar but instead the put a temporary bar out in the reception area which is not permanently staffed, so to get a drink you need to ring a bell and wait to be served. They close the bar at 11pm. We arrived back from dinner at 11.05pm and asked for a drink and despite the reception area being busy we were rudely refused service despite our polite request. When we arrived they were hoovering the reception area and seemed unprepared to deal with incoming guests. The hotel is relatively modern and in a residential and quiet area with good transport via bus into San Sebastian and could be much better. It is particularly let down by their staff at all levels from management down who are simply not up to the job.

Mooie ruime kamer. Heel goed ontbijt. Goede parkeervoorzieningen. Gemakkelijk met de bus naar het centrum, 15 tal minuten rijden. Leuk zwembad, maar gaat pas rond 10:30 open.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό! Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και άνετο, με σύγχρονη διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης ήταν ασφαλής και εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Το πρωινό πλούσιο, φρέσκο και με πολλές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Ιδανική επιλογή για όσους επισκέπτονται το Σαν Σεμπαστιάν — σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά!

Excellent établissement, le confort de la literie et propreté sont au rendez vous. La décoration tant dans son parti pris et sa réalisation sont d’une grande qualité . L’atmosphère est ressourçante et la restauration est gourmande à souhait.

Todo muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones súper cómodas, la limpieza fenomenal. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones, en general, muy buenas. Acceso sencillo en bus para llegar al centro de San Sebastian.

Started off with not having the room i asked for(two seprate beds) a month before and then being told there were no rooms available with two beds in the entire hotel. Even though i asked a minth ago to let me know if the two beds werent available a month prior that i would make other arrangements if so. It took them a bit but when another front desk person got involved a room was found. Was happy they took care of the problem by shuffling beds in the hotel but it shouldnt have been an issue from the beginning. Nothing in the hotel was free or complimentary. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby. We were given gross instant coffee in our room and no refrigerator to put any of our own items in. At a certain time every night our rooms and the hotel smelled like sulfuric acid or rotten eggs. It was so weird. The housekeeping lady kept pushing our beds together every night to make one bed and we had to separate them every night. Very annoying to say the least . The experience was not what i expected at all for rhis type of hotel.

The hotel was outstanding. Service was excellent. Staff were super, particularly Zarika. Transport to San Sebastián was easy and cheap via local buses which stopped around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is the WiFi. It’s really poor, so if you need it for business, then make sure you have an alternative means of connecting. I found WiFi coverage in San Sebastián poor.

Lo peor de todo sin duda el personal. Todavía estamos esperando tomar un café. En teoría cierra el servicio 23. Pues bien a las 2240 picamos al tiemble 3/4 veces de las mesas de cafetería. A las 23 indicamos que no ha venido nadie. Nos dice. Que está cerrado. Me se canta el personal que no entiende que ellos cobran de lo que se factura y que si no se factura ellos van a la calle. Por lo demás muy bien.

This hotel shouldn’t be rated with4 stars. The staff in the hotel were not professional in any respect. They were unorganised, unhelpful at reception, provided poor service in the breakfast restaurant (leading us to a table and then giving it to other guests), and where do I start with the makeshift bar. The hotel is not near any other amenities so you would expect to have a permanent bar but instead the put a temporary bar out in the reception area which is not permanently staffed, so to get a drink you need to ring a bell and wait to be served. They close the bar at 11pm. We arrived back from dinner at 11.05pm and asked for a drink and despite the reception area being busy we were rudely refused service despite our polite request. When we arrived they were hoovering the reception area and seemed unprepared to deal with incoming guests. The hotel is relatively modern and in a residential and quiet area with good transport via bus into San Sebastian and could be much better. It is particularly let down by their staff at all levels from management down who are simply not up to the job.

Séjour en couple, hôtel très propre, avec une décoration et le design des chambres et des espaces communs très soignés et qualitatifs. Un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet vraiment très complet, avec un personnel a vos petits soins. Un personnel accueillant et souriant. Hôtel hors du centre ville, mais lorsque l'on vient en voiture c'est très pratique car il y a un parking ainsi que des places de stationnement dans la rue. Le bus 28 ou 17 permet de se rendre dans le centre ville en 15 minutes, cela était très confortable. Je recommande++ !

Sin duda volvería a repetir todas las veces que vuelva a San Sebastián, como queríamos tener coche era la mejor opción ya que no hace falta contratar el parking ya que hay aparcamiento por fuera suficiente. Algún día que quisimos bajar al centro sin coche, la línea 28 es super cómoda te recoge casi al lado del hotel y te deja en el mismo centro. A 10 minutos del centro en coche y a 20 minutos en autobús. Un hotel en una zona residencial muy tranquilo, con un personal muy amable, desayuno completo. Qué más se puede pedir? La mejor opción sin duda para elegir.

Petit séjour en famille pour décompresser. L’hôtel est vraiment bien. Très calme avec un personnel à notre écoute pour répondre à chacune de nos sollicitations. Petit déjeuner très copieux de et grande qualité. Restaurant de grande qualité. Seul petit mais tout petit bémol les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine. Créneaux vraiment cours. Sinon je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Vi rejser ofte og havde selvfølgeligt store forventninger til San Sebastian og ikke mindst til dette 4-stjernede hotel. - Vi valgte hotellet blandt flere og især grundet parkeringsmulighederne. Med dem blev vi ikke skuffede på trods af den lidt dyre døgnpris på samme. Hotellet er nyt, pænt, velholdt og dejlig rent og receptionen velbemandet men med baren og restauranten er det en ganske anden sag! Der er simpelthen alt for få personaler til at man som gæst ikke føler det umenneskelige kaos det må være for de få som forsøger at betjene gæsterne her. Hver morgen var det simpelthen ikke muligt for det stakkels personale at nå at tømme borde, tage imod gæsterne og fylde op oveni at restauranten virker for lille indenfor (det regnede mens vi var der så terrassen var ikke i spil) til den belægning hotellet har - det samme gjorde sig gældende den ene aften vi valgte at spise i restauranten hvor én eneste personale både skulle tage imod ordrer og servere. Man fik helt ondt af hende trods hun var både smilende og professionel og gjorde sit aller bedste - I baren er det nøjagtig samme ‘situation’ og i de timer hvor der er mange kunder svært at nå en drink og betaling selvom man har sat en hel time af - det giver unødig stress og et stik i hjertet at se at personalet skal løbe rundt mens de mærker utålmodigheden stige. Det grønne kig til naturen som hotellet har fra terrassesiden er smukt og beroligende, og vi håber hotellets ledelse vil opnomere deres headcount’s for samme inde.

Out of 7 cities and an 18-day trip across Spain, this was the absolute worst hotel experience. The staff here are completely untrustworthy. We hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door immediately after checking in and never touched it again. Yet, the night before we checked out, the sign was gone, and we found that a cleaner had entered our room. Shockingly, the front desk denied that the sign was ever displayed—without even checking their security cameras—and blamed us for the incident. Since we left laptops, credit cards, and other important valuables in the room, we had to involve the local police to file an official report and investigate. Paying a premium price of 300-400 euros a night during peak season for a self-proclaimed '4-star hotel,' you would expect basic privacy and honesty. Instead, this place provides zero protection for its guests, acts completely cowardly, and dodges all accountability. Our request from the start was very straightforward: let us look at the hallway CCTV between 1:40 PM and 2:40 PM to see who took the sign down. We just wanted the facts. But the hotel went from making excuses to delay us, to outright refusing to cooperate after they watched the footage themselves. Absolutely disgraceful. We had no choice but to report this to the police. Stay away and beware.
