The stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. With that being said, I was taken back by the $30.00 a night parking fee. I only stayed one night as I took my car to Newark airport and parked there during my trip. I can see charging guests who leave their car at the hotel while traveling, but not when a guest is actually staying at the hotel.

Close to the Newark airport. Shuttle to airport a bonus and very prompt. Outlet mall with a large food court about 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel shuttle system from 8WR is inconvenient to the airport. Two of the three elevators for this property were in operative, so we use the service elevator. The bistro and bar have limited hours of operation and they were slow to get it staffed fully when all the guests were standing in line 12 deep, waiting for service. Not a great experience.

Everything was fine apart of breakfast. When we took package from Expedia it says parking and breakfast include. When we reach there then receptionist does not known anything. And she add charges of parking when I showed her invoice then she said ok I make parking free but breakfast will be only two person free and rest need to pay. Which make me really annoyed. Then she asked some one and said no break fast we have to pay. I showed her invoice but they did not give us breakfast free. Service was really slow and no communication.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool, which my daughter asked for when vacationing. Everything was exceptionally good. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff were friendly and very professional. I would definitely stay there again….10 stars

Clean large room with couch, desk w/ chair, mini fridge, TV with streaming capacity, clean bathroom, bistro/bar in lobby serves food until 11pm, easy parking, and close to airport (but couldn’t hear the planes). As a single woman I felt entirely safe the whole time.

Easy to find - very clean and surprisingly quiet with all the plane activity nearby. Our room thermostat didn’t seem to work well, we like it cool and set it lower but it never seemed to change temp. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back again.

This hotel stay was fantastic!! I usually don't book at Courtyard Marriotts, but I will consider doing so. The location was excellent & the staff went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was nice & clean. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

I was doing computer work in my room and got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint. Yes I had the TV on level 8 out of 50. They said there was yelling. Hmmm I was traveling alone. It was not after quiet hours so people really need to get a grasp on things. I suggested I stay on the phone with the front desk and they send security up to verify the noise and where it was coming from. I travel to that area often for business. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rooms were clean, staff good. Disappointed the bar was closed one night. We had to evacuate the premises for a fire alarm at 10.30pm one night while three engines attended to a small kitchen fire. Waited outside for an hour but it was all done in an orderly fashion with no complaints. I will stay again at Marriot Courtyards

Staff are friendly. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Roar of planes is noticeable. Food is not so great - dry hamburger, not very pleasant tables. Our bill was 75 for 3 for very little food. Needs a make over in this area. Of course there is delivery but not such great choices. Would not return unless there was better food facilities despite the good room.
