Nice,,Quite and serene place

Nice place for a night of glamping! free smores was a good touch to it . there was a fire ban so we were reduced to making smores on an electric grill but it still made my child's day. Will definitely come back again.

This is a comfortable trailer, not really a "cabin" as the name would suggest. I'm grateful to have found a decent place to stay in such a remote area, and I understand the logistics of staffing, resourcing, maintaining (etc.) any accommodation to good standards. The trailer is well-designed and comfortable, nice mattresses, well-equipped kitchenette etc. However, it is very small indeed, and I don't feel the pictures or description quite convey that. The trailer is good for couples or two good friends who don't mind clambering over each other etc. I wouldn't try to put more than 2 in there unless you're a family used to the van/tiny home life. The location is outstanding, a beautiful drive with mountain views, and a woodsy site with deer, chipmunk, owls. Some trailers have no shade, so be sure to look at a site map before booking. The distance between trailers is great - lots of privacy. If this had been half the price, I'd be delighted. But for what we paid (including a $40/night property fee for firewood which we couldn't use because of the burn ban), the value for money wasn't quite there. There was no human check-in, which might be a security issue at a remote site. The communication was via in-app messages, which was not ideal since there was no cell reception and wifi info wasn't provided in the cabin (I assume it was in a text message which we couldn't retrieve?) Overall, comfortable, peaceful, tiny, somewhat overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal cabin and truly loved its location. We enjoyed this property immensely. The cabin was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Before our trip, we had a few questions, and they responded promptly. We really appreciated their daily visits to replenish our essentials. It was such a perfect place to disconnect from everyday life, relax, and unwind without any distractions. We can't wait to return! Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable.

Couldn't get in at first, door code didn't work. Neighbor camper told us tat staff was living up the road. We made contact with first young lady that came out to greet us. She knew of our cabin and reservation, and corrected the combo problem immediately and with a smile.
