We loved the layout of these rooms for a family of four on a weeklong trip. It was nice as parents to have our own space. The kids slept on the sleeper couch. The only issue we had was that cleaning service was unpredictable. The free, happy hour and other amenities were great.

Nice hotel. The made to order omelets are particularly nice at breakfast. I would have liked more healthy options though. The sofa bed squeaks with movement, as you might expect, and unfortunately isn’t really shielded well from noise echoing throughout the atrium if you try to go to bed at 10pm. Parking is manageable, but felt somewhat tight, which one might expect for free parking, but this one is paid for. Laundry is $3.50 per load for each of the washer and dryer; we decided to wait until we came home. With that said, I’d still recommend this hotel to others. The room (1 King bed with a queen sofa bed) is otherwise quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the dining table and kitchenette sink. There are many nice restaurants in the area, and the Bellevue Botanical Garden was also nice to see. We used this hotel as a base for a day hike trip to Mt Rainier the day before flying home. While we didn’t have a particularly special view, being on the fourth floor was still nice.

We love staying at the hotel, however having to pay for parking and not being able to find parking a couple times we had to park across the street, so very unhappy with that. Not saying we will not be back, but will probably look for more options in future travels to the area.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the provided snacks. Breakfast was good but very crowded. The gym was very well equipped. This is a family-friendly property but may not for everyone as it is an open-atrium and the sound carries even on the 5th floor. The hotel was easy to access from the freeway and a quick trip to Seattle and Bellevue.

Staff was friendly and made themselves available. Gym was small with no water and no disinfectant wipes for equipment, limited equipment. Nice to have laundry on the same floor as my room. Breakfast quality was just okay compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve been to.

I was very disappointed with our stay, the room was not clean! When we walked in the restroom there was black hair everywhere!! On the toilet seat, on the floor and in the tub! We also found what looked like a part of a cookie maybe? In the restroom floor. When we pulled the blanket off the bed there was a huge stain!

Everything was great with the room and breakfast, but we never could get housekeeping to clean our room over the 3 night stay. The first morning the staff started to clean but left the room mid way and left our sleeping pillows on the floor, trash full and they never came back. We thought maybe we needed to up the tip, so we did that. But when we left early morning and came back at night housekeeping never came and never cleaned the room. We called the front desk and asked what happened and they apologized but no offer to clean the room. We got a trash bag full of clean towels and was pretty much SOL.

We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms weren’t cleaned on any day. When we called front desk or room service from the room, no one answered the phone. When we checked in they gave us a wrong room key. When we reached the room it did not open so we had to go back down to the front desk. Then they gave us key to another room.

Terribly disappointed found foil ball in my bed between sheets. Didn't look like sheets had been changed. Called the front desk and an hour later they sent someone to change sheets on bed. Earring, not ours, was on floor between the beds.Guess floor hadn't cleaned either. I would like an adjustment on my room fee.

Location- 20 minute drive to T Mobile Park. Convenient- mall nearby, a few restaurants near, swimming pool, free large breakfast, evening free snacks. Rooms easily fit a family of 4 with the living/bedroom setup. CONS: Getting older/a little run down, TVs often don’t work well, couch bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, pool is on the smaller side and often sports teams stay here so the noise level can get high and pool space isn’t enough when that happens.

PROS - Hotel is spacious and room layouts are great. Really love the option of having the bed separated from the living room with a pull out sofa bed and mini bar area with a fridge and sink. 2 TV's for each room. The free breakfast was better than average with a made to order omelet section. Lots of seating in the common areas and restaurant attached to hotel for easy lunches or dinner options. CONS - Hotel is older and shows in some areas, the grout around the tile in the pool needs redoing. The ceilings have popcorn on them, the windows are single pane and with the freeway being close by it is easy to hear cars passing by or people speaking outside. The pull out sofa bed mattress is very thin and springs can be felt just with a surface touch. No Smart TV's in the bedrooms, no option to stream movie apps or plug in steaming devices due to lower internet speeds.

The room was clean and the staff courteous, but there is an issue that needs to be corrected. Their cable system does not have a programming guide and there is no printed guide provided. We called the front desk and they sent a tech up, who explained this has been a problem for a very long time and that nothing can be done about it. We don't know why the front desk didn't just admit that when we called instead of sending someone to our room. We have stayed at several Embassy Suites Hotels recently and this does not appear to be a problem at other locations.

This hotel has no sound insulation at all. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit with two queen beds and could hear everything happening in the next room, including their phone conversations, even though they weren’t being particularly loud. The elevators are incredibly slow, and they always seem to take turns being out of service for maintenance. Be prepared to wait if there’s a line at the front desk, as only one of the three computers there actually works for check-in. Additionally, the TV channels have a two-second delay when switching, which makes channel surfing very frustrating.

The restaurant onsite is really just a bar. Although it’s Bellevue it seems like this once vibrant area is in decline. Fast food is close by. The tvs are not smart tvs and we could never get the one in the living room to work.

First let me start off by staying, the two employees working the front desk the evening I checked in were by far two of the best individuals I have ever worked with when checking into a hotel, and I stay in a lot of hotels. They were just great!

The hotel lost power. In addition to not having any power, there was no heat, no hot water, no cell or landline service available and no internet service either. I couldn't get in touch with anyone since my cell had died using the flashlight since it was pitch black in my room, couldn't order an uber to leave because there was no internet service, couldn't even call a cab. I had gotten in late and had hoped power would be restored by the morning. It wasn't. The staff did the bare minimum in the morning for breakfast- they left a bowl of bananas out. No water, not even boxed coffee. The staffs attitude was disgusting. The male behind the front desk was actually saying things like "that's your problem," "not my problem," "that's on you" when being asked by guests if they should book somewhere else if there wasn't an update of power being restored, if they could get help order a cab, etc. His rude, unhelpful responses were his go-to and it angered many guests, including me. I'm surprised that a major hotel chain doesn't have a plan in situations like this. No generator, no flashlights, no power banks...nothing, except a terrible attitude by disrespectful and ignorant staff. I'll be returning to the Pacific Northwest in January and I won't even consider this hotel again.

The check in receptionist was terrible. We arrived a few minutes after 3pm so about an hour before official check in time. The lady said our room wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. We took a litter tour of the hotel and decided we would use the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. The lady at the desk said we couldn’t use the pool until our room was ready. We then asked if we could get a phone call or text when our room was ready. At this point the receptionist call housekeeping and asked about any rooms that might be ready and there was a room we could ch city into. All this run around for nothing. Very disappointing.

I have booked two queen bed toom ( paid accordingly) . First time any hotel called to re-confirm the room needs two queen. Despite confirming front desk gave room to other person. Worst , front desk didn't update system and gave same room that was occupied by other . I went and tried to enter and key didn't work.

The room -suite is large and decor is fresh. The hotel is however not exactly close to Bellevue city center - about a 15 min drive or 2 hour walk. A pretty basic breakfast buffet is included. and there is a small shop for snacks, soda, beer and wine. Some cost cutting guy at Hilton must have decided to cut down on amenities there were no glasses in the room so we had to drink wine out of the coffee cups. All in all though, - if all you are looking for is a good nights sleep, this place works.

It was nice and near shops and stores. Easy access to the freeway to get to Seattle or major destinations. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and busy. We loved the restaurant in yhe hotel, the waiters were friendly and the food was fantastic. When we come back to WA we plan to stay there again.

We traveled as a family with kids and had a really great stay. The hotel and the room were very clean and maintained well. The customer service was really good starting with front desk to the staff at the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were awesome too including free breakfast (which had good variety), manager’s reception (including snacks), swimming pool with spa and we even got free parking. Highly recommend it for everyone.

Warning others: I decided to spend my Mother’s Day with my four children in Seattle for Nat Geo Live and an overnight stay at a hotel. A hotel I thought I could trust with quality control at the least. We were enjoying the complimentary breakfast until one of my daughters asked me, “is this mold?” My children had already eaten several by this point. I immediately brought this to the attention of front desk staff. After speaking to management, I was offered nothing more than a simple apology.
