Great hotel! Everything is super clean, looks like recently renovated. The staff is amazing! In and out parking, close to good food! One disappointment- pool closes at 8pm and is tiny (Not like on the picture). Truly great place though!

The property has a great location. It is very close to amenities and freeway exits but is tucked away in a little nook in the woods, blocking out the noise. It is also close to downtown Seattle (driving wise). It is also very cute with the yellow exterior. I have worked at a resort before and can tell how clean a property is. This was very clean, with one exception: there was trash in the nightstand drawers. Having been a housekeeper before I understand that this would be a very easy spot to forget about, just remember it next time. Also, be aware that there is a $12 per night parking fee (early 2024). Breakfast was great. Nice, clean pool, but no hot tub. Saw a patio area with tables and a grill, assuming they allow grilling, that would be very beneficial during summer and fall. Gym was pretty good with free weights up to 50 pounds from what I remember. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, my stay was okay. I made a last-minute switch from one hotel to another, and this one ended up being my choice. I mostly switched because of the pool, but it had a few drawbacks. It closes at 8:00 PM and opens at 8:00 AM, which is a bit early. It also doesn’t have a jacuzzi. The parking lot was completely empty, and the hotel is quite far from downtown Seattle. Taking a Lyft to any location of interest in Seattle, Washington, cost $50, which is a bit steep. I don’t understand why they charge $12 for parking if there’s tons of open parking. I counted over 100 spots in the parking lot, and there was plenty of space in the nearby hotel area. So, the $12 seems like a bit of corporate greed. The breakfast was okay, with all the typical continental breakfast items. The room was a bit too small for my liking. The bed was only about 6-9 inches wide on one side, making it difficult to get off and use the bathroom at night. The tub also had some mold/black stuff above the emergency drain at the top, which was disappointing. I’ve noticed that hotels are starting to use shampoo bottles attached to the shower in their rooms, which is a smart idea. However, it also seems like an afterthought.

Parking is 12 bucks a day for absolutely no reason. It isn’t a prime location. Lots of spots. We booked the hotel online, it was on me for not seeing down below near the bottom of the listing that parking was not free, but no one at the front desk said anything at all about the parking fees. Extremely frustrating when again, it isn’t in a prime location. Very basic hotel. Front desk employees need to talk about the fees. It’s little things that irritate guests. And a 40 dollar charge on the CC, that was not on my booking receipt at all totally separate, a few days later is one of those things that will ruin an outlook on a hotel.

The good: check-in was smooth, breakfast was good. The bad: the only reason we booked this hotel was because of the advertised indoor pool. My children really wanted to swim. Pool hours are 10 AM to 8 PM. My children waited patiently until 10 AM to go go for a swim, and were kicked out of the pool after only 5 minutes because the pool was “undergoing water treatment”. I’m sorry but if the pool closes at 8 PM and reopens until 10 AM the next day, that gives the staff 14 hours to treat the water overnight and still meet their advertised business hours. Waiting until 10 AM to start cleaning the pool is just lazy and seems like purposefully not wanting to have guests in the pool area.

Was hoping to swim while we stayed. But the pool was not very big and was always packed. The one night we attempted to actually swim the chlorine was so strong it gave us both a headache and we had to leave immediately to get fresh air. The breakfast did not have very many choices and after the first day we opted out of the hotel breakfast and got fast food the rest of our stay. Rooms were clean and neat. Service was friendly. Hotel was located in a great location as well.

It was a last minute decision to go to Seattle for a weekend getaway. The price was excellent. Breakfast was great! The bed was very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. They charged $12 for parking which was not expected but normal in Seattle.

All of the guys who work at the front desk are so friendly, kind, and helpful! The rooms are clean and updated, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and having a mini-fridge and microwave cuts down on food delivery costs (they also have frozen food and snacks in the lobby available for purchase, 24/7). Would definitely recommend!

I thought I would be safe going for a Marriot branded hotel. Sigh. To start with, as I was checking in, they informed me I had to pay 12.00 to park. To park the car that was already there! Ugh. Sneaky hidden fees. That alone made it to where I would not stay again. The floors were dirty in the bathroom. They dont bother to open the trash bags, just hang them over the edges of the can. I have RA, and opening trash bags is a very painful thing. When I ran water in the bathtub, hair came up out of the drain. The sheets were poor quality. The pillows were limp. The concierge was nice, but his coughing made me doubt they're an employee-friendly company. The room itself is unremarkable. It reminded me of a retirement home in the common space. Definitely not a REAL Mariott. Dont pick this one. Might as well go budget friendlier. Wont get any extra bang for the extra buck here... just extra fees. :/

The price point was very perfect and the room was comfortable and super quiet and we appreciate that so much! The bathroom floor did not look clean and I’m not sure if it’s just stained but I felt like the carpet and bathroom floor were not as clean as they could be. Otherwise no complaints great service and thank you for a very comfortable stay. Super nice staff!!!

The cleaning crew only comes in every other day and then only to empty the garbage cans and replace any towels that need replacing. The breakfast is free but because of the quality it should be. The rooms are noisey with foot traffic and shouting until midnight. The front desk crew were very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, could use a few more options, but as things ran low, they were replaced. Parking is tight if you’re in a bigger vehicle. Would definitely stay again

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially one person on the front desk. We were out of electricity because of Bomb storm, and he helped us with the room accomodations, when we needed to extend our time and with some other issues as well. We are very thankful!

This property is walkable from the newly contructed metro line 2 and you can easily navigate to bellevue downtown and all the other places. One good thing was it had laundry machines which you can use. Would have been good if the room had some kitchen amenities

Spent a recent week here during a vacation. Great location for the things we wanted to do. Comfortable bed, clean room and a space to do a little work were exactly what we needed, and Fairfield delivered. Free breakfast was always a good way to start the day, though the options barely changed on a daily basis, but hey, it's free! Lots of dining options nearby as well. In all, a great place to stay if you're not looking for glamorous.
