Olumlu Yanları: Eşimle birlikte iki gece konakladık ve genel olarak karmaşık bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin en büyük avantajı kesinlikle otoparkı. İstanbul'un merkezinde yer sorunu yaşatmayan ve tamamen ücretsiz olan bir otoparka sahip olması tercih sebebimizdi. Resepsiyondaki karşılama oldukça hoş ve nazikti. Oda genel olarak konforlu; yataklar oldukça rahat ve büyük ekran bir TV bulunuyor. Temizlik konusunda "mükemmel" diyemesem de standartları karşılıyor, fena değildi. Olumsuz Yanları ve Kahvaltı: Konaklamayı kahvaltı dahil aldığım için oldukça pişmanım. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için kahvaltı maalesef vasatın altındaydı. Hamur işleri tazelikten uzaktı, sanki önceki günden kalmış gibi bir yapıdaydı. Peynir çeşitleri idare etse de genel kalite beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Ortam Hakkında Not: Restoran bölümündeki atmosfer beni oldukça rahatsız etti. Kahvaltı salonunda saç ekimi veya estetik operasyon sonrası bandajlı/sargılı çok fazla misafir vardı. Otelin hastanelerle anlaşması olabilir ancak bu durum restoranın bir otel mutfağından ziyade hastane kantini gibi görünmesine neden oluyor. Görsel olarak bu durumdan hoşlanmadığımı belirtmek isterim. Özet: Otopark ve oda konforu için tercih edilebilir ancak kahvaltı beklentinizi düşük tutmanızı öneririm.

Il servizio era eccellente camera stupenda servizi accessori ottimi molto vicino a zone ricreative e di facile collegamento con aeroporto e centro della città. Grazie per averci ospitato. Consigliatissimo anche perché i taxi è Istanbul costano poco.

The only problem we had was air vents blowing dust.The room was quite dusty even though housekeeping cleaned the room,it was accumulating on surfaces.Allergic people like me might struggle a little bit but it’s definetly a small problem.

Clean room, best staff, especially the housekeeper, and the reception team, Serap, Akin, Ahmet and Emre made this trip way easier for us and guided us through everything and helping with our needs as soon as possible. The hotel is pretty much new and clean and such a kind, welcoming, responsive and respectful staff.

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy morning, completely soaked, and was kept waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes. They mentioned that a room was available but still asked for €30 for early check-in, showing no concern for how tired or wet I was. It’s not about the money — it’s about the attitude and the way you treat your guests.

Gokce, Alpen, & Akin all deserve a raise! When we come back to Istanbul we will be looking forward to seeing them again. We have been raving to our families and friends about the unbelievable hospitality of these complete gentlemen. They are the very best hosts of any hotel in the world. Nice modern hotel. Our room had one of the best showers I've ever had, and I really appreciated the note and fresh fruit basket -- with apricots! -- in our room. Staff advised us on taxi timing to airport and helped us with some language issues. Hotel is just down a hill from a cool neighborhood that I wish we'd had more time to explore. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel and great reception staff. Rooms are amazing as well Please offer better Coffee in breakfast room. It was weak and cappuccino was just horrid Otherwise better breakfast selection needed
