Overall great - breakfast was not good, we only went once during our stay. The hotel could do with a pool but nothing can be done about that - also it does need a bar for at night - that could be done in the breakfast area.

Hanoi was our first stop in our 3-week Vietnam trip and we are happy we chose the H Hotel to stay at. The property was well-maintained and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Hotel Manager Ms. Caryl who was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, activities and sharing helpful tips about the city. Ms. Caryl was very communicative as soon as we placed the booking and was always available to answer any questions or just to welcome us back to the hotel after a days outing. Thank you! The included breakfast was great and again, the staff were always very welcoming. The location is very central within the Old Quarter and near lots of dining options with convenience stores and laundry services nearby. We would recommend the H Hotel and would return during our next visit.

This was a great stay - the hotel is very clean and comfortable and perfectly located right in the center of the old town. The staff here is exceptional - so kind and incredibly helpful. Sebastian at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations for things to do, see and eat, booked us reasonable priced transportation to/from the airport, stored our luggage overnight while we went on a Halong bay cruise, and overall made the stay a pleasure. The bed in the room was comfortable and everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in the heart of old quarter. It was clean and the family room was really big and spacious. Rooms were sound proof which made the sleep comfortable. There is no window or balcony to look outside but it didn't bother us at all. Buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh. Our receptionist Sebastian was very helpful in booking our tours and buying the Sim.

Hotel com excelente equipe de recepcionistas, muito gentis,educados e sempre solícitos para ajudar, mesmo nao entendendo o meu idioma que é português. O hotel é novo,tudo extremamente limpo, bons lençóis de cama, piso novo. Porém o hotel pecou em economizar vidro do box do banheiro, ao tomar banho o banheiro fica todo molhado juntamente com o vaso sanitário.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. There’s a very nice “Australian” cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had. The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities. The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong. Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a range of other items. You can order eggs or omelettes - the only thing I would like to see is breakfast pho. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was very helpful in all aspects of my touristic visit to Hanoi. Especially Sebastin who was informative, classy and compassionate. H Hotel is a beautiful property with beautiful rooms and gorgeous marble bathrooms. Very enjoyable experience indeed.

The room was just as pictured! The staff were all super friendly and provided great recommendations on local food to eat. The hotel is located on a busy street which menas it's super convenient to walk to most places, but it may be too noisy for people who need quiet to sleep. I personally loved it here and would book again if ever in Hanoi.

The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time.

Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel and all the staff at reception are awesome. Special compliments for bellboy Leo who was so sincere, friendly and hardworking! Only minor gripe was that the older female server at breakfast was really grumpy.

All the staff were super helpful and kind. They really take the time make sure you’re comfortable and provide recommendations for things to do and restaurants. I loved that they remembered my name and even my breakfast preferences. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. All staff were so nice and helpful! Especially Sebastian at the front desk. His hospitality was up beyond. Everything r walking distance. We only took a grab taxi to Sky Lotte observation deck which only cost about CAD$3 one way.

Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. There’s a very nice “Australian” cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had. The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities. The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong. Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a range of other items. You can order eggs or omelettes - the only thing I would like to see is breakfast pho. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Stay at H Hotel! I had the pleasure of staying at H Hotel twice—once at the beginning of my trip to Hanoi and again after returning from Ninh Binh. I booked the Elite Studio both times, experiencing both the balcony and terrace options. The room’s décor was stylish and modern, and everything was impeccably clean and spacious. For the quality you receive, the price is incredibly reasonable—one of the best options I found while searching for hotels in the area. Overall great - breakfast was not good, we only went once during our stay. The hotel could do with a pool but nothing can be done about that - also it does need a bar for at night - that could be done in the breakfast area.

Lovely hotel and all the staff at reception are awesome. Special compliments for bellboy Leo who was so sincere, friendly and hardworking! Only minor gripe was that the older female server at breakfast was really grumpy.

All the staff were super helpful and kind. They really take the time make sure you’re comfortable and provide recommendations for things to do and restaurants. I loved that they remembered my name and even my breakfast preferences. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in the heart of old quarter. It was clean and the family room was really big and spacious. Rooms were sound proof which made the sleep comfortable. There is no window or balcony to look outside but it didn't bother us at all. Buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh. Our receptionist Sebastian was very helpful in booking our tours and buying the Sim.

My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism. l'd stay again for the staff alone. The rooms are modern and cleaned well. Daily breakfast. Some wear and tear is showing in the rooms water spots/ Suitcase scuff marks but overall very pleasant stay! Rooms: 4 | Service: 5 | Location: 5
