ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Richmond West

Dirty floors, I checked into the hotel went downstairs the next morning informed the front desk of the floors were dirty. They told me it would cost $15 to have housekeeping come and clean. The unit is also a certain element that hangs around this building. Looks like it might be welfare or Section 8 tenants. Please avoid this property if you’re looking for something cheap you can find better at TRU or Springhill suites. The staff was a bit ambiguous. There was no hospitality. Very depressing.

I didn't have any bedside lighting or any at the desk. The bed was so low to the floor and the mattress was the worse I've ever been on. Terrible experience

Amenities, cleanliness, etc were fine. I booked for one

Room was clean. Staff was amazing. The walls are just really thin and there is no carpet on the floor.

Place is kinda dirty, the beds are extremely uncomfortable as well
