Holiday Inn Express & Suites Evansville North by IHG

Parking was fine. We didn’t eat any of the breakfast because of our schedule. Kudos to Felicia at the welcoming desk. She was awesome and personable, even though we really didn’t request or need any assistance from her in particular.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room and lobby were very clean. Free breakfast was great - ham/cheese/peppers omelet, scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, and baked goods. Good coffee.

The room was clean. The daytime female manager was delightful. The bed was way too hard for me; it was just ok for my husband. The bed was starting to sag. We've stayed here in the past and it was fine. However this time, it wasn't a good experience. It was too noisy for us through the night. The room above us was taking a shower at 11pm, and doing something like pacing back and forth at 1am - 2:45am. It got better after the manager went up. We got back to bed around 3:30am then. We will think long and hard before staying again.
