It is showing it's age. The parking garage looks ready to collapse. The elevator wouldn't stop at the correct floors. We have stayed here between 6 and 12 nights a year here but we may not stay here anymore.

This property was definitely not what it seemed. The rooms need updating. The tvs were ancient and the cable continuously was going out. We couldn’t even finish a full show without it losing signal. The blinds didn’t close to make it dark in the room. There was only translucent blinds so when the sun was up we were. The shower hardly got warm. No chance of it getting hot to any extent. Same with the hot tub. It was luke warm at best and the pool was freezing. And the parking. I have never had to pay additionally for parking. Especially when I had to park outside anyways. Initially the front desk when I brought up the additional charge for parking said “well you can write it in the review”. He did end up comping it but still Save your money. Literally pick anywhere else.

Nice hotel. Stayed here a few times now. Excellent gym equipment. Close to MOA. Railway stop to downtown is outside the hotel. Shuttle to and from airport was fast and efficient.

We had a nice stay. We booked as a park and fly option. The shuttle drivers we had back and forth were super great! Only issue was that I was told that all the nights were covered for parking while we were gone but when I checked in he told me there were only 7 and we needed 9. And that it was an extra 20 dollars a day. I wasn't charged after I showed the message I had from the hotel but it made it a little more stressful when checking in.

Very weird setup for parking. Had to pay to park overnight and trying to find the area in the parking ramp designated for hotel guests was tricky. The stairwell from the parking ramp to the hotel was disgusting. There appeared tobe vomit on the stairs, it was rusty, dirty and smelled like weed. The room itself was so hot when we got there that we had to turn on the cool air to try to cool it down. It was still stuffy the next morning. The chlorine in the pool area was so strong that it made our eyes sting. I went to make coffee in the mini keurig, which worked well,but the packets with powdered cream and sugar didnt include a straw or stir stick, so i couldn't mix it. Overall, we were unimpressed with the hotel considering what we paid.

Parking is awful and a pain to get to. The parking garage is confusing. Looks like it's gonna fall down with all kinds of support jacks everywhere. The reception area is clean and modern and the person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The hallways are dirty. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good, good pressure.The pool is huge, looks nice but i didn't swim. The hot tub is pretty but only one jet sort of worked. The hotel bar is great and the bartender is awesome!

Pool was ice cold - heater for it wasn’t working. Jets for the hot tub - only 2 worked on one side, sauna was out of order. Big beautiful pool and no one was swimming cause it felt like the a lake in the middle of winter 😢

Lots of tears in the wall paper in hallways and some in the room. The carpet was coming up with the transition from the bathroom to the room. Found previous occupant personal hygiene products in room. The bed was very uncomfortable and firm. The tub did not drain while showering very well making it hard to shower. The hot tub was not clean either.

We booked this hotel for the stay and fly to MSP Airport, when we got to the hotel the unfriendly hotel receptionist told us parking was not included and would be additional. Stay anywhere else, you can find way cheaper rooms where the stay and fly is included. This hotel was also old, outdated and fairly dirty.

Stayed for one night. Shuttle was easy and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Reception staff and wait staff in the hotel restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room- the area the room was in was dark and run down in the corridor. There were machines in the hallway making noise, it looked like they were de humidifiers. The skirting boards were torn off and some rooms had doors open. This was not mentioned when given the room. It would have been nice to have been told so I could decide to change room or be prepared. In the room I had (226 )it was mostly up to date but the wallpaper was peeling off in areas. I assume the whole area had some sort of damp or leak problem. Once in the room, the noise of the machines could be heard which I nearly went to change rooms, but as it was white noise and I was jet lagged it didn’t bother me that night. The cleanliness of the room was ok but I noticed that there was litter in the bathroom waste bin and behind a chair hasn’t been vacuumed. Food in restaurant was good. Overall a good experience but I can’t give it higher stars which is a shame.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was cold and the hot tub was very dirty. Was excited to use it but when we got down there it was very disappointing. Perfect place to stay to take the light rail.

This hotel was nothing compared to the online pictures. Our room was dirty and smells very badly. We constantly sprayed air freshner to cover the smell. The carpet in the room felt disgusting the carpet felt like it was wet and trying to dry. The toilet is so low perfect for a toddler but not an adult. Desk , table or tv stand was not wiped off. The desk clerk did ask if I would like to change rooms I advised no. My daughter room was switched due to similar issues and the second room was worst. There was urine in the shower and the bathroom mirror seem to have black mold on it. Would not recommend this hotel.

It’s a no for me. First room was on the 5th floor, no tub, just a shower and it was like a locker room shower, nothing blocking the water from going in the rest of the bathroom. As soon as I walked in, I checked the bed, pillows disgustingly dirty and hair was noticeable in multiple places on the bed! I’ve added photos. Front desk relocated me to 3rd floor, room was bigger, view of the front of the hotel. Why not put me here in the first place! Snow storm my first night, NO TV SERVICE AT ALL. Y’all gotta do better, we 2023 - stop relying on antennas on y’all roof! Parking is only on top level, no cover which was unfortunate during the snow storm, they did not ice the lot, I slipped on my way in the day after the storm. To top it all off the final receipt charged me for “3rd party code” $80!!! What!? I’ll pay the $10 a night for parking but $80 for something the front desk lady had no idea what the charge meant. No ma’am. Never coming back.

I love how close it was to MOA and the tram. I enjoyed seeing the planes take off but the i could hear other guests through the walls. Especially during the night.

The gentleman who checked me in was very rude and not vary talkative. I was in line and he decided to help to other individuals and it took forever I along with 3 others were getting frustrated because he was chatting away not having any consideration for the people waiting. He could of asked for more assistance. So when i approached the desk I began to spek and he cut me off and asked for my ID in a rude manner. I was already tired from my trip and waiting in line for over 20 minutes so I let it slide. My experience was great nice hotel I would definitely come back but hopefully to some nicer help.

The two men who worked the night of my check in were not professional and very rude. I tried getting help with their security cameras so I could see what cab dropped me off because I left my cell phone on the cab. The elder male worker refused to help me.

The service was a little rude from checking to breakfast. When check out it was better and the cleaning crew really nice and good service from them and very friendly. When checking in the guy who was at the front lobby was not helpful at all. When I asked for details on how to get to the floor he just pointed to the elevators. Did not said what floor or what time was breakfast, I know there is signs after going tho right the building. He did not say a word, like where to park or how to get back in. We just follow the signs. The building is very clean though.

The hotel lost power for over 12 hours. Regardless of what the staff was saying it was absolutely a hotel issue, as we were the only building without power. The staff was not helpful. This happened from 8pm to roughly 9am the next morning. There was no heat, no extra blankets provided, no offer of compensation. Terrible service!!

I came to Minneapolis to see a Twins game so I selected the Crowne Plaza because I have stayed there before and it's proximity to light rail. It was easy to get to the airport, the Mall and Target Field. The staff was great the room was comfortable. My only issue was there were no outlets near the bed for a phone charger. The breakfast was good, the bar (and bartender) were nice. I thought about using the pool but the smell of chlorine was strong. I'd stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff, especially front desk very kind and helpful. Was in town for a concert. The blue line metro is a 2 minute walk from the front door and took us to and from U.S. Bank Stadium in 20 minutes each way. Will definitely stay here again for any musical or sporting event in Minneapolis

We had an unplanned stay caused by a blizzard and the hotel couldn’t have been better. We called for the free shuttle to collect us and it arrived in about 5 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were comfortable too. We had pre booked our breakfast and had a huge, delicious, a la carte breakfast, served by a lovely waitress. It was huge value for money. We travel through MSP regularly and will stay here in future if we need a hotel near the airport.

The hotel is in need of massive upgrades and a good deep cleaning. The pool area is very large, odd to get to, but very outdated and just looked and felt dirty. The rooms are very small, outdated and dingy looking. They need to deep clean the hotel rather than surface cleaning. Restaurant for breakfast was good, staff was very kind. It felt very different than the hotel, it was clean and had a nice cozy atmosphere. To sum it up, hotel is mediocre, needs to be upgraded and cleaned.

Upon entry there was nobody at the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop was never open, and the lady in the restaurant was rude like I was bothering her so I left. The room was ok but was not ask described on the website. The parking lot is hard to navigate so having to pay $10 a day is a bit much.
