They are under renovation. The front entrance is blocked, closed and taped off with yellow tape. The cement is dug up and walking would be hazardous. You must enter through a side door. You must drag your luggage over carpet, for there are no large luggage carts near the door. Do not buy those breakfast coupons. The Bistro approach is not good. Broken elevator, room on top floor at the end of the hall meant excess walking. A leak on the first floor necessitated turning our water off for 2 hours for that repair. Then the repairman came in our room, replaced a float in the toilet. That action causrd water to continually leak and water on the bathroom floor. The 2 overnight trip was wrought with issues in our room.

Breakfast/coffee station needs to be open before 6:30am and the bar staff needs ALOT more training and or experience. Fire pit was never on while I was there and that’s one of the main reasons I picked your hotel.

They were doing construction, and were up and drilling around 8 am on a Saturday morning. They also has drained the indoor pool and use it for storage as well as wooded the fire pit out doors in.

Hotel is doing a remodel so front entrance is closed. That is understandable, however, breakfast was suppose to start at 6:30 and help didn't show up for an hour. Had to fill bathtub using the shower because shower wouldn't shut off. Elevator sounded like it was going to stop between floors every time you got on. For $190, I expect better.

The property was very clean, staff very nice, in a very nice area. There is also alot of shopping in the area. The down side was that there was no pool or complimentary breakfast . It was listed that it was. Grandson was disappointed. But there was a restaurant and Starbucks on the property.

As a business traveler, I prefer Courtyard due to the fact that this brand doesn’t allow pets. As a person with animal allergies this is always appreciated. In addition, this particular location is across from the local hospital and is a safe place to rest. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in my room however. The bathroom had not been wiped down- water splatters on the mirror, many hairs on the counter, bathroom floor and shower floor. I stayed here to different nights during my current travels and the first stay was subpar but the second room I stayed in was well cleaned.

Property has an updated fresh design. Rooms clean and comfortable. Liked the ambient lighting and big screen tv. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning plus complimentary donuts made it super special! Staff very nice.

It was blood on the floor, Blood on the chair and ,I had to be moved to another room food on the floor ,I took pictures to the front to show at the front desk.

The room wasn’t as I expected. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. You couldn’t turn on the bathroom light at night because the fan would wake everyone in the room because it sounded like a plane engine and shook the headboard.

While on the surface the Courtyard Marriott Greenville looked okay we were disappointed in the room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was not enough chairs to sit in and watch TV. No microwave. No directions on how to use the TV remote. The breakfast bar in the lobby opened late to serve the guest, those employees were not courteous and you would think spending $187.70 that we would have gotten a free breakfast instead we paid $25.50 for two breakfast burritoes that were not good so we threw them away. Two bottles' Cokes were $8.25. We will not ever stay there again nor recommend it.

How about a Keurig coffee machine for an upgrade!! Employees were very nice and helpful though. Hotel is fine for 1-2 nights as far as location and amenities.

I'll definitely stay here again whenever I travel to North Carolina. The staff were all top-notch, super friendly, and attentive. The room was just ok. I love the King Bed suite but the layout, and television size were awkward and small. I couldn't lay in bed and watch tv because of an obstruction of sight, due to the wardrobe. The Bed should be there the sofa sleeper was, and vice versa. #room131

I asked for extra blankets and was told they didn’t have any, I was lucky to even get bedding for the pullout in the king suite. When I booked I was informed that breakfast was included. Come to find out that it’s optional and you have to pay for it. The hotel smelled funny. I will not be staying there again and was extremely disappointed for a Marriott.

The room was nice and and a lot of good features. They did not provide housekeeping or breakfast on Christmas Day and the day after. We were not aware of that until check in after paying extra for the breakfast they didn’t provide.

This was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay. The only downside was the indoor pool was not inservice, which any other time would have been a problem, but this time it was fine. Loved the room, the concierge, the lady who handled breakfast. Simply put, an excellent stay.

Don't buy the add on breakfast if you are on the go and don't have a lot of time. It's made to order rather than Buffett style, which is fine if you have the time. Coffee machine was not turned on yet and couldn't make drinks at 7:00am. Everything else was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
