They did not clean my room for 2 days after I asked them to. Had to cars blocking the entrance of the hotel for one full day. 87 year old mom had to walk from where I had to park the car. Bar closed 1 hr early. Pool was not open.

Overall nice hotel. Could use some updating in the bathroom area and also have some USB charging plugs. Front desk staff was friendly and the check in process was easy. Plenty of parking. Lots of things nearby. Would stay here again when in the area.

Pretty busy area, there's a Walmart right across the street. Pretty convenient for anywhere you might need to go in Greenville NC. Highway 11, 264 Business, and Evans Street nearby. Accommodations are clean every time I've stayed here have been quiet. There's a small gym, laundry, restaurant and pool. Not really walkable to local restaurants as Greenville Boulevard is super busy and difficult to cross. However, easy walkable distance to The Greenville Convention Center. I'm sure I will stay here again.

Nice lobby area and good location. Room was standard-- beds were comfortable but the walls were thin-- heard other guests and road noise throughout the night (and I'm a heavy sleeper). I liked having a mini fridge but the bathroom was very tight and door needed to be replaced. Liked the towels, the sheets were low quality but clean and okay. Staff were very friendly. Didn't get to use the amenities (pool and fitness room) but appeared to be nice.

This is my go to hotel when travelling to the Greenville area for business. The hotel is very competitively priced and more modern/recently renovated than some of the other more expensive options in the area. Plus it’s conveniently located to the convention center and just about any dining option you could want.

The hotel was a construction site when we arrived. No mention of construction when we booked. When I got there late at night, with my 3 young children, no one was at the front desk to check us in. It was like a ghost town with tarps and open dry wall. I honestly thought I was at the wrong place. We were put in a first level room which was incredibly loud and looked into a very sketchy parking lot. I cannot believe I had to pay for that experience.

NEGATIVE: Pool was a health hazard. So dirty and cloudy you could not see even 6 inches into the water and unable to see bottom at all even with the 2 people that were in it. No smell of chlorine at all and no movement of filters as if broken. On almost 100 degree day this was not safe to be in this hot body of stagnate cloudy water. Hotel staff could have cared less when we advised them. Also would have been nice to know the hotel was being painted and most of the hotel room windows were covered and unable to see out. As well as the paint overspray on the windy day that was going all over the parking lot and not even roped off where we had to park! This hotel is very dated, beds horrible. No exhaust in bathroom or at least didn’t work. And the tub was so very slippery when showering, poor water pressure as well. POSITIVE: Near ECU.

I lived here breifly during Covid in 2020, and I just revisited this week. Its STILL undergoing renovations! But the rooms are great, clean and everyone is very nice. The hotel bar/hotel is great. The AC was just OK being on the 4th floor on an extremely hot day. The renovations seem to mostly be exterior so nothing interupted out stay just messy outside.

just ok, have stayed at many other HI expresses that we’re clean, organized and knowledgeable. On this visit, found dirty underwear inside the hideaway bed along with a mattress pad stained, full of hair and several bugs. Manager on duty said that he’d leave a note for someone to follow up but never happened. Obviously we will not stay here again

Absolutely horrible hotel and customer service After getting off a 6 hour flight we drove to the hotel only to be told we can't do an early check in because their day is 12pm to 12pm and we booked third party. Except we called on Tuesday and was told checking in around 3am when we would arrive would be half day charge only to find out we were given false information. We paid $150 for a day we already had technically booked. This booking was from 3am to 12pm. Then we were told we're going to have to switch rooms when our booking through Expedia starts. So we get up to the room the water is barely lukewarm no pressure the faucet spends we had to go ask for a TV remote that ended up barely working on a small very outdated TV, that over half the channels we're just static ,we had to plug in the fridge, the AC makes horrible noiseand barely works. The hairdryer was scuffed and sticky, housekeeping kept trying to come in the room at one point even opened the door at 830 am , And the hotel is under renovation which not only started at 7am but nowhere when booking does it mention that.

We were attending a college visit, and this hotel was pretty close to where we needed to be. We had a wonderful stay; everything was very clean, and the hotel and cleaning staff were super friendly. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a while.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location is awesome. The one comment I have is the room was dark, even with all of the lamps on. The only light in the entrance are was a light on the ceiling and didn’t project much like. Another comment I have is you can’t stream to the TV like most hotels at this level. You are stuck with the cable stations.

We were only in the room from about 12:30 pm to 8:00 am. Unfortunately we were given a room next to the elevator and it was noisy. Got no sleep. We had paid over $400 for the room because it was parent's weekend. I believe this was extremely high as a normal rate for these rooms is about $160 or so. Very disappointed and probably will not use Hotels.com again.

The mattresses on the beds are old and meed to be replaced. I lidged there 3 entire nights. My back axhed horrfrom the old inadequate mattresses. Two beds, in room borh mattresses suken in. I should have asked for a refund.

All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. From the lady who checked me in, housekeepers, ladies in the restaurant, to a maintenance worker. Good people make a good facility. I plan on staying there when I come back to Greenville.

My husband and I booked a 2-night stay with Holiday Inn Greenville to celebrate his birthday. We met Cameron at the check kn desk and he was an absolute joy! He was polite and had great customer service. We ran into an issue with our room and Cameron stepped in immediately and corrected the problem. Thank you for helping to brighten my husband's birthday even more. We have stayed here once before and so we went down to the bar. Ashley was working and is always a joy! She added more joy to our stay and my husband's birthday night! She always has a smile and is willing to help you in any way. She has awesome customer service and she makes the best drinks! Thank you both for being amazing people. If Cameron and Ashley are working you're in good hands.

This hotel was absolutely great. Pam the front manager was so sweet and accommodating when we had to move to this hotel after the nightmare we had a the Super 8 across town. She was able to get us in our room in enough time for me to get some rest before I had to work later that night. We are forever grateful

Morning breakfast was unprepared. Much of food was luke warm or cold. Had to wait for silverware. Staff was friendly and trying their hardest, but should have been more prepared. Busy weekend with ECU graduation and thousands of parents and friends in town for the event. Quite sure the hotel was pretty full and needed to prepare. With that all said a shout out to the front desk with how courteous and friendly they were. Lines in checking in, but extra staff jumped up and handled the lines.

The location was fine, parking great.. Had preordered two rooms, asked for early access, only one room was granted, waited 30 extra minutes, for the second. Slept well, all is good. Went down the following morning for breakfast, read lighted digital menu: Omelette, Eggs, Grits… Breakfast Bar was Poor-Average at Best. Omelette not available, yet advertised & not busy. Grits,& Gravy barely warm with harden tops, ran my toast through the toaster, twice, and it never toasted. The bacon was wonderful.. A+ and the taste of both grits, gravy were good, but could have been better. There is So Much Potential in that restaurant, but right now it is missing the mark.

The location was very close to our friends' house, which made the trip easy. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and the beds nice and comfortable. A/C unit was nice and quiet, which we appreciated, made sleeping a breeze!

What was promoted as table/menu breakfast was in fact a pay buffet at &13.99. The 3rd were a shade of green that turned our stomach. The waitress said we should wait for new vat h. We left in a hurry.

The staff is excellent but the facility was just not what I've come to expect from HDI. The room was okay but the mattress was like a rock, the door on the refrigerator cabinet was hanging off...just seemed in need of some TLC - the dinner food was HORRIBLE, I couldn't finish it and to gave me terrible heart burn (which I never have) and I had trouble sleeping because of it.

Nice hotel but breakfast could have been better you paid 13.95 and it wasn’t a lot that Hilton brands give you for free. My only complaint. Room was nice nice pillows and pretty comfortable bed

The check in person was friendly and process very easy. The restaurant was open until 9pm which was helpful because I arrived at 8pm. Check-out time is noon and greatly appreciated longer sleep in after traveling.
