Holiday Inn Greenville by IHG

Comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms could use a little updating.

It was a good stay, the bed was a little hard, but overall a great experience.

Staff was amazing, forgot the guys name at the front but he was super helpful and kind. The room I stayed in had a good bit of dust in it due to whatever reason but wasn’t a deal breaker. Other people staying in rooms nearby seemed to come in and out a lot as I woke up throughout the night just hearing doors slam .

Hotel is under renovation but that was not shared when I made the reservation. I arrived at 5pm and was not given a room until after 6pm because "the cleaning crew clocked out at 3:30 without telling anyone and there were 175 guests staying that night." When I finally got into our room, the bed cover had hairs on it and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Multiple staff members were rude and unhelpful.
