The hotel staff was very nice, and the room seemed clean, but it was very old, dated and basic. The bed was uncomfortable and had four small pillows. The room was very expensive because our stay was during the High Point market, which is par for the course, but it was disheartening to spend so much for such mediocre accommodations. The elevators were old and a nightmare. Not sure the inspections were up to date.

The property worked fine for our stay. The staff was friendly. We didn’t realize the restaurant attached is like a bar/club spot on the weekends and was packed out with hardly any parking on Saturday night.

The pictures are definitely catfish vibes the rooms are old and not well kept. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hold a phone conversation. The chair was tattered in my room the gym didn’t have any working equipment yet there were boxes in the hallway (in the way) with new treadmills. I would not recommend

The lobby is nice as is the breakfast. The rest is very bad. Elevator broken, rear elevator very rickety. Stairways feel like a prison. Walls worn, the room was comfortable but not super clean. Furnishings worn, odd smells, bathroom shower faucet and rod falling off, furniture beat up and no door over refrigerator cabinet. Crappy area next to a crowded bar. No parking and dangerous lot. Vines, weeds, wires. Clearly they want your money but only at a little inconvenience to themselves.

The hotel was nice, and the staff was ok for the small interaction that I had with them. My only issue was once I returned from the concert, there was very limited parking. Only because the attached restaurant/bar, was the only place open that late.

This was the worse experience ever. We were not able to use the pool because of a private party they had a dj and the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep or do work. The front desk were no help and I couldn’t get a manager. A dog pooped in the hallway and it was never cleaned up somebody stepped i. It and tracked it down the hallway. They had a lot of junkies and prostitution in the back parking lot. I have asked the hotel for a full refund and am waiting for management to contact me. I love to use your services when I’m on vacation but you need to vet the properties better. The carpet was also filthy and nasty

Pool was NASTY! I let the front counter know how I was upset at the fact I booked this specific hotel for it's pool, for it to be nasty and green. The ladder was broke. Cation tape on everything. The hot tub was not working and caution tape on it. Hotel was decent but super upset about the pool. My kids was heartbroken. (I tried to attach a photo of the pool but it won't let me attach any pictures.)

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having free airport shuttle and free parking.I paid for my stay when checking in and the lady that checked me in said I would be charged a daily rate for parking Sunday until we returned Wednesday. The airport was farther away from this hotel than I thought and since i am 75 and have a hard time with night driving in a new place I asked if the shuttle could pick my husband up when he arrived at 11:55 pm. And she said all he had to do was call when he landed.But when he called the front desk a different lady said she didn't know anything about this and the driver was on another call! Earlier I had gone back to the desk to clarify about the parking and a different person was at the desk and said the parking was indeed free and I should not be charged! He also said to just call 30 minutes before i needed a shuttle. But the lady on the phone just now said the shuttle only leaves for the airport at 30 minutes past the hour and picks up at GSO on the hour only.In other words my husband won't be brought to the hotel until maybe 1am? and if we want to use the shuttle we have to leave the hotel by 5:30am even though we don't need to be at the airport until 6:30am. No time for breakfast!It's a nice hotel but not the best for airport travel with such confusing and conflicting info! I previously had a better experience at another hotel that was closer to GSO. We decided not to bother with the shuttle in the am. Easier to park at the airport

Room 419 , Nov 24-26th 2023. Wife bitten by bed bugs and had severe allergic reaction. Took days to get ahold of management, and was lied to several times about the room being clean of bugs. Warned hotel staff of the issue and they still rented the room out to other guests.

There were 2 huge cockroaches in my room and my faucet dripped the whole time. It was also disappointing that the pool is still under construction as it was that way when I stayed a year ago. The hotel has gone down a lot in the last year. A little embarrassed as I brought my whole family this time.

This place is extremely run down and many things in need of repair. Just felt dirty all around. Housekeeping leaves the doors to their rooms open so all you see is heaps of dirty laundry and trash. Breakfast can only be eaten in the tiny dining room and they say “dont forget to tip” for zero service, mostly empty food containers, and a 92.5 sanitation rating. Entire first floor smells like weed.

It definitely was a jet 2 holiday. The front desk area will trick you into thinking the place is nice. You get to the rooms and you feel like you are with the street walkers. I had a bullet hole in my window. When I first arrived someone one left dishes on the wall outside my room so I thought in the morning the staff will clean in it. House keeping was there the next morning cleaning rooms but left the dishes there. I complained to the front desk and they said it will be moved. The next morning as I went to check out it still was there with food and all. I made sure I shook all my belongings out. It was the worse

The hallways had carpet that had a terrible odor, and the room was very dirty. The wall by the bed was filled with thick dust, the carpet on the floor was smelly and dirty and the bathroom had stains on the toilet and was dirty and smelly.

My bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. and what appeared to e mold in the grout of the shower The shower head was hanging out of the wall. the floor felt really dirty. The TV had a weird glitch in it where every time I turned it on it was full volume and I am sure it woke the neighboring room. Even after I turned it all the way down - it would be loud again the next time. One day they cleaned the room, the next they didn't.. Overall the room was very rundown and seemed like they didn't care you them anymore.

I gave it an okay rating because as I was there for business, the WIFI did not work hardly at all in my room. Very important element that is necessary for travelers on business. All the other details were fine. Maybe give your WI-FI a good renewing/fixing and it would get a better rating.

The hotel is in great need of updating. The carpet is permanently stained and needs to be replaced. TV in the room is smalled. Woke to loud music outside at 2:30 AM. Breakfast was the best part of the stay and it was average.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Greensboro to be close to the airport, and to be able to get a very early morning shuttle. In my haste to catch the shuttle, I left an envelope with a large amount of cash and jewelry in my room, and realized my mistake as we were approaching GSO. Once I exited the shuttle, I confessed to the driver what I had done and asked if he could please go to my room, find the package and mail it to me. I gave him my address and went into the airport, trusting that the driver, JJ, was trustworthy. After leaving me, apparently he immediately called his manager, who went to search for the package, found it, and secured it in the office. The asst manager, Zoey, called me later that day once I had arrived at my destination, and had also sent me an email confirming their find. Zoey and I collaborated on my best option, which was that I should obtain a mailing label and insurance from UPS and they would get it sent back to me the next day. I can’t tell you how grateful I was for JJ’s quick reaction and for Zoey’s honesty, expediency, and communication with me, putting my heart at ease, and saving my grandmothers’s, and my, wedding rings and other miscellaneous jewelry.

We asked for towels at 8:15 am on Saturday 8/16 morning. We were told the laundry facilities did not open until 9:00 am which was fine. When my wife went to get the towels she was told they were in the dryer. This was an inconvenience since we had to move our daughter into her dorm. I didn’t find the latter out until 10:00 pm that night. I went to the front desk and ask for the manager’s name and the attendant refused. I asked the attendant for his name and he refused. Reporting them to the Wyndham corporate office.

Hotel was okay. As far as service when it came to towels, washcloths was not good. Asked receptionist for towels and wash clothes, because they only gave us two wash clothes and two towels, when it’s was four guest all together. Receptionist stated that we had to wait till 9 AM for housekeeping. When housekeeping arrived at 9 AM we still did not get wash clothes or towels. Housekeeping stated that they did not have any more washcloths. I had to go out and purchase them.

Guy at check in was rude after telling me my room was 2 queen room when I booked a king bed room, he stated it was Hotels.com fault, I said how is it the websites fault if it said rooms are available but they aren’t sounds like the hotel gave the king rooms out to others, then he proceeded to get rude with me saying he was going to refuse my reservation and contact the website to get a refund this was at 11:30pm, I took the room but just wondered why the room I booked wasn’t available. Room was comfortable not quite at all, plus the power went out so no ac or anything, not their fault but just added to the frustration. Others customers at check in desk were complaining about their rooms not being clean and not having towels

First they gave me a room where someone was already there, I walked to upstairs because elevator was not working, whenever they gave me my correct room the sink of bathroom was dirty, the second day my key room didn’t work and I needed to walk all the way down to get the key activated to open my room

The property was suitable for my 2 night stay. Didnt have the breakfast we checked in late and was not waking up at since to get it. When we finally went down Monday morning around 8 food was basically finished. The only thing out was scrambled eggs...potatoes...sausage..bananas..and bread. There is a bar next door, gas station at th3 corner, Walmrt, Oldnavy, Kohls, Top Golf all in the area.

The hotel was economical and served the purpose. The area is “o.k” for a one night stay but the police were there in the parking lot settling a dispute. Also the dumpsters in the back have people congregating and smoking around them at all hours. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean with some age on them. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was decent. Overall for the money I can’t complain but would choose this for more than a quick trip.

I've stayed at several Wyndham Gardens and this has to be the worst. Hotel was fairly clean but is starting to show its age and needs some maintenance. Other hotel guests were very noisy and kept us up. Breakfast in the morning was presented well but the food was BLAND. If I stay in the area again I will look for a different hotel.

Breakfast was outstanding. Hot buffet had eggs bacon sausage roasted potatoes grits muffins coffee juices fruit cold cereals. Had connecting rooms which we needed, bathtub which I wanted, cell phone charging devices in several places. Loved the lotion, goat milk soap and shampoo I could still take. Loved the “Wolfgang Puck”coffee you could take with you. Only draw back was mattress was uncomfortable for my back and our bathroom sink did not drain. My connecting room was perfect for my 85 year old Mother in law. Very clean establishment! Very happy over all.

Rooms were loud with party going on next to us, the restaurant is an overcrowded bar with a $10 per person cover and very rude armed security. The beds were also uncomfortable. But the room was reasonably clean, all amenities listed were present and the desk guy was super nice.
