Very good value. This hotel has many good dining and shopping options in the area within walking distance or a short drive. It's located in a nice area. Hotel was clean, with large rooms, and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful, with good-sized parking spaces. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, which housed a family that was a little on the noisy side for part of the evening we stayed. Otherwise our experience was very positive. While we didn't end up partaking of the breakfast services, one of the contributing factors for us selecting this hotel was the consistently positive reviews about the good quality of the breakfast food. It appeared there were plenty of hot and cold options in the breakfast area. Overall, this hotel is a great value for the cost and we would stay here again.

All amenities offered by the hotel were exactly what we needed for this trip: convenient location, continental breakfast, gym, easy parking, and daily cleaning. Kudos to the staff member in charge of coordinating the continental breakfast. He and his team were amazing.

This Holiday Inn was very clean, in excellent repair, quiet at night, a decent breakfast, a nice work-out room and very nice/helpful employees. Also a decent price. If you would like a pool/spa, this may not be the place for you as there isn’t one.

First room we were in had a water leak where a huge pool of water collected by the window so we moved to a new room the next night. Overall facility was OK. Some areas could warrant a new coat of paint and or better cleaning along the edges of the doors in the bathrooms. The women’s bathroom on the first floor was in terrible condition. Toilet seats were very disgusting and old and should be replaced. Toilet paper was not installed correctly. Had to pull a whole roll out of dispenser to even access it.

In a very nice area within walking distance. Room had clearly had pets in it previously and my allergies went haywire. Additionally, there was no hairdryer. The front desk did bring one to us when we called though. The curtains were really dirty and toothpaste had been smeared on the peephole so you couldn’t see into the hall without opening the door. The room next door was loud until around 2:00 a.m. We did not call the desk to complain thinking the clerk would hear it on her rounds but didn’t.

Great customer service from staff. Original assigned room didn’t have a working heater and there was a huge stain on the shade over the window. Staff was great and switched me to a different room that had a working heater and felt cleaner. Disappointed by stains on furniture and carpet and a few pillows had an odor so they weren’t used but overall okay and I would stay there again.

We checked in on Friday afternoon. We left and returned around 8 pm. Our smoke alarm was chirping when we returned to our room. We called the front desk and the clerk told us that they would send maintenance up. After approximately half an hour (listening to the continuous chirping), the front desk called to tell us that they couldn’t get maintenance to come, so they would move us to another room. After repacking and moving our items to our new room, we turned on the television and found that many of the channels were not available. Also, two of the reading lights weren’t working. It was late so we decided to report these issues in the morning. Saturday morning, we spoke with the desk clerk and they said they would have maintenance take care of the problem. When we returned that evening, nothing had been repaired. Also, our room was very cold even though the heat was on. My husband is battling cancer and was exhausted so the idea of having to move again was too much for him. He needed to rest. The heat never came on so we ended up sleeping in our clothes and adding an extra comforter to get warm. The heat finally came on around 5:00 am. When I spoke to the front desk this morning, I was told that they couldn’t reduce our charges because I had booked through a third party. The staff were courteous but did not ensure that our stay was comfortable nor were our concerns dealt with. We will not stay here again.

Between the Bed that was so uncomfortable it caused me a LOT of pain and was as bad as sleeping on the floor, and the lack of noise-reducing insulation between rooms with the guy next to me having a loud hacking cough all night, it was the worst night I've had in years and I got almost no sleep and was in pain when my alarm went off in the morning. Definitely not staying there again. The place was nice in every other way, but if you literally cannot sleep And the bed hurts your body, what's the point of staying there.

Wonderful stay...quiet and comfortable

I thought the hotel was very nicely maintained. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was mostly clean, the tun was a bit grubby and didnt drain very well. The breakfast was good as well.

Front desk is always amazing

The heat wasn’t working. When I asked if maintenance could come in they assured me they would fix it. Still not fixed when I returned. Asked for another room and I felt like I was inconveniencing them!

The manager Jennifer was amazing!!! She was so kind and generous and really cared about us. We were staying there because my husband had to have surgery at a near by hospital. They were so accommodating!!!

Check out wasn’t ideal, no one was at the desk. When I called to confirm I was good on check out the employee was not pleasant to speak with. Everything else was great.

The staff was fantastic.

I wanted to give a shout out to whoever was working the front desk between 9:30 and 10:00 on 4/27. There was a loud and rowdy family playing with legos in our hallway and making a commotion, and the staff was so polite and helpful to everybody in our hallway for kindly asking them to go somewhere else. I could not believe the were out there doing that so late at night when the walls at the hotel are on the thin side. I didn’t blame the hotel at all because walls are walls, but they took care of it right away so we could all sleep!! We appreciate you guys so much!!! The lady with glasses up front at check in was super cool too and when we checked out everybody was so kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and in the end I was so happy to have stayed here.

Ongoing problems with key cards. Housekeeping didn't clean for two days. Gluten free bread encased with gluten products. Receptionist went above and beyond to fix issues but these were not her problem to fix.

Great location and hotel.

What a great surprise. In town for 2 nights. Quiet hotel. Great front desk service (evening clerk was very kind and efficient). Nice breakfast and especially clean. It may seem trivial but great fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I will stay here again.

Near Orenko Station, the surrounding residential area is beautiful.

I have stayed in hotels from more Marquee brands in Hillsboro. I worked for Intel Santa Clara and I go to Hillsboro frequently. This hotel was a very classy and almost faultless experience. One thing that I can say without hesitation is that for any future stay I won't consider any other hotel unless this one is sold out! This hotel is close to Orenco Station so tons of really good dining options. It is also within 2 miles from the Tanasbourne shopping area, great for spending time.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's also convenient if you're using the light rail, as it's close to Orenco Station.

The continental breakfast had nothing that was gluten free and we had a guest in our party who has an extreme allergy (a child). So she couldn’t have anything, not even the sausage :( Otherwise the place was great!

The afternoon/evening staff treated me like a number, not a person. I did not appreciate it. The morning staff was better. The breakfast has taken a nose dive from the last time. I stayed at a Holiday Inn express. The food was tepid, tasteless, and soon cold. for 150 dollars, I expected more. I won’t stay at Holiday Inn again.

In previous stays, the breakfast was better. This trip the eggs were barely warm and bacon was in short supply.

530am breakfast on the day after Thanksgiving for us early travelers was a blessing, especially when the usual breakfast start time was 630am.

It was ok. The construction was irritating but that cant be hekped. The breakfast was lackluster. The pancake machine worked once, there was no orange juice most of the time and the sausage was like pencil erasers. The bacon, when available was good. I requested an accessible room, whick I guess was not available.
