TV speaker did not work - beds were comfortable. Room was a little small. When we told them the TV did not work they tried to say we did not knoew how to operate it. The speaker was blown - I am sure they will not fix it. Some else reported a fight where the people had a fight outside their window and the people broke the window of their room. Breakfast was sad - we paid for breakfast elsewhere.

Property is unsafe. Rooms are clean, but have a strong odor of smoke in non smoking rooms.

You get what you paid for. Room was clean. Very dated. Breakfast was continental. No coffee maker in room. Nothing great, but it was ok.

The hotel is fine for off the highway, sleep and go. NO water pressure, shower was sad.

Hotel definitely needs some repair, such a Furnitures, doors Ets. But room and bedding staff was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has just cereals. We left to have breakfast somewhere else.

In general, a good place to stay during one night while traveling. The heater was turning off every time it reached the temperature that was set, so the room got cold during the night. Decent breakfast.

The desk clerk was not friendly and a bit on the rude side. The floor was dirty and the light switch for the bathroom was faulty. The ice machine wasn't working either. Over all not a good experience.

This place is very rundown. There was even a couple vehicles sitting in the parking lot with flat tires. Hardly any water pressure. And while I was in the shower the morning of check out staff actually came into my room to strip my sheets. Do not like the idea of somebody walking into my room while I'm in the shower.

Furniture was damaged — hole in chair, huge scratches on dresser and table. Bare floor, no carpet. Very strong musty smell.

Staff was friendly. The evening clerk was still learning so I was charged again for my stay, however the morning clerk took care of it immediately by following up on my review before I even had to ask and followed up with the closing clerk so he was aware from now on as to what to check and not check. Cleanliness-wise, that was probably the cleanest tub I have seen in a long time. The linens were clean and fresh, and you could tell they took care of what they could to make the stay enjoyable.

Our sheets appeared dirty. We are concerned that sheets may have been reused or otherwise inadequately cleaned.

The staff was rude, and the place was absolute disgusting. Burn holes in bedding, stains on walls, and knife marks in lampshades and in headboards.. Checked out right after checking in and still waiting for my full refund.

Was not impressed with the property what so ever. There was urine puddles in the stairwell along with cigarette burns in all our blankets. Garbage and debris everywhere throughout the property. Gentlemen in the room next to ours was continuously smoking weed making our room smell as well as the walk way. Staff left a half bottle of shampoo on the counter. Reminded me more of a crack hotel than an Econolodge. Very disappointed.

I was hopeful, but disappointed. We had to changes rooms because the first room we were assigned was dirty. It had not been cleaned, just beds made. Ew. The check in clerk was nice enough to me but was so rude to any male person who walked in. It was so bad it made me uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold, we were told there would at least be fresh fruit, there was not. Oatmeal bars and cereal. I will mark this place on my list to never stay again.

It was an older property but clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The property was convenient to Lexington / Interstate and surpsingly was very quiet.

Property was decent for a low coat room. The only problem was dirty floors.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure. The only issue we had was noise from upstairs occupants. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Stay was great. Matresses were a little stiff. If you have any back problems. Look aroumd first.

The rooms looked nothing like the picture they have on the internet.. atleast not the updated pictures they look more like the old pictures.

It was perfect after traveling 13 hours. The room was incredible. The bed was comfortable. Loved our stay.

Stayed there after a hospital procedure. I was ill and they were very rude. What should have been a relaxing stay to recover turned into a stressful few days. They can definitely treat their guests better, kinder and not be rude.

Hotel staff was very very rude and very unpatient on checking in and checking out very terrible overall service

Due to a cancel flight I was able to get the hotel to switch my booking to the following night. When I arrived at the airport I found that my flight coming into Lexington was going to be delayed approximately 2 to 3 hours. I contacted the hotel to let them know that I would be arriving between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. Upon arrival I was knocking on the door and got no response. I then had to phone the front desk which I could see from the front door and it rang about 40 times. Then all of the sudden the front desk staff got up from behind the desk where they were sleeping on chairs that were put together like a bed. He answered the door in his socks. He then couldn't log into the computer to get me my room. Eventually he called his manager. Then I got into my room only to find that it was a smoking room when I specifically requested non-smoking because I have asthma. There were no other rooms available for the night so I had to stay in this smoking room. I was very disappointed in the process of checking in the issue with my room. I did not have time to be finding another hotel at 3:00 a.m. when I had to be back at the airport at 11:00 a.m.

Our room was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable. The house keeping staff were friendly and polite. Check in & out was quick and easy. Would stay there again.

The staff was very rude. Was there for medical appts and they treated us as we were doing something wrong. Very short and rude. In your business.

The staff here are amazing and you can tell they care about the guests and try to do as much as they can to make sure your stay here at the econolodge is the best it can possibly be! And, Lavonda is a very caring and sweet lady she is so helpful and you can tell she likes her job unlike some hotel front desk staff that are rude and unacommodating!! And Also for all the people who are in here saying this hotel is nasty and has so many roaches and yadda yadda... Well it's like this ANDANY Hotel that is cheaper priced 50-70$ a night is going to have some issues because unfortunately the lower priced hotels get some unsavory people who come stay and they bring roaches in their stuff and things like that and then they also destroy the rooms by putting holes in walls, doors, and also burn holes in bed sheets and burn marks on the tubs and toilets and counters because these people don't care about no one but themselves and they also don't have any respect for themselves or anyone else for that matter so this is why you get these reviews that the hotel is. Ad but in reality I saw less than a handful of roaches the time I have been here 3+ days and counting and you can tell the owners and staff are doing everything they can to keep the problem from getting worse and trying to get rid of them completely because if they weren't there would be roaches by the millions here and THERE DEFINITELY IS NOT!! the people who are saying that are clearly disgruntled guest!

Great place, very clean, easy to access, and wonderful staff who were very helpful when I accidentally left my bookbag in the parking lot they attempted to contact me immediately and got it shipped to me asap.

The desk lady was very friendly. It was fairly quiet and comfortable enough. It was a good stay for a quick night during our travels.

Just old ppl sleeping out side in there cars. There is a strip club close by not what we thought it was at all definitely not a 8.2 motel

Room was so old. Bedding had burn holes in it. Bathtub had burn marks on side. Furniture in poor condition Breakfast was lacking at best.

I liked the overall cleanliness. The continental breakfast was a joke. You need bagels and fruit.

We were exhausted from 15 hours on the road. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Two minor quibbles: the tub didn’t have a plug so no bath, and breakfast was minimal. But the price and location were what mattered most to us. Would stay again.
