The room was nice, but my parking wasn’t close to the door. I made several trips to the room with suitcases, cat food and other items. My last trip in was to bring in the cat box and bottles of coke. By the time I went to get them - a few minutes- someone had stolen the pop!

The motel is very run-down looking and the rooms reflected this. The carpeting in my room was VERY old, and was bunching up off the floor in spots, especially near the bathroom. The lone ice machine was very old and barely functioned - this fact was mitigated by the fact that the mini-fridge functioned well. The staff was attentive - they did their best.

Ultimately it was a $60 hotel. You get what you pay for. As a heads up: I stayed on the second floor. They have no elevator access. They do have handicap accessible rooms on first floor. They also have a washer and dryer on the first floor. I booked a queen bed. The bed was instead a full size. Rooms are small. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. TV is mounted on the wall with a decent selection of channels. The place smelled like smoke everywhere even inside my room. Note: the hotel is a nonsmoking one, even no vaping. I could smell it on my pillows. I am a non smoker. Bathroom: water takes forever to get hot but pressure is good. Bathroom was stocked with two clean towels, two wash clothes, one to step on and two hand towels. No vent fan though so prepare for a steamy bathroom. Toilet fills up so slow. You get in that courtesy flush (remember, no vent), but you can’t flush again for 5+ minutes. Air works well, kept the room cool. Bedding was clean, bed was firm. Parking lot is well lit. You can park near your room so you have a Birds Eye view of your vehicle. Overall felt safe during my stay. In summary, If you are looking for a cheap place for a night or few days, a roof over your head, with a place to crash, with a warm or cool room, this is it. If you won’t be in the room much, then you are picking the right place. Staff members are really nice!

I liked the location, easy to find, just off I-75. I wished you could access the room from the car instead of parking away from the room and lugging everything in through 3 locked doors. I had to make several trips and on the last one I discovered that someone had stolen the Coke Zero that I left beside the door until I could get it.

The amenities that are offered online is not what the hotel actually has. The list is much shorter. No coffee in room the hotel is small old and smells. Im also disabled and was not able to get a room on the first floor as well as its stairs only no elevator. It by far was not the best stay ive had i could have paid the same price and gotten a better hotel across the street!! Very disappointed wouldn't stay here again if it was free!!

This place seemed clean for the most part, it was quiet…however it needs repairs SO bad! Very very run down…In room 208, the bathroom door had a hole in it, the bottom of the door was broke, the panel was coming completely off of it, preventing it from closing. It was made of very thin wood paneling, cheap thin door. The shower curtain pole was held into the wall with a piece of cardboard and couldn’t be flush to the wall so the shower leaked into the floor because the pole was nailed in sideways with a piece of cardboard to fill the hole where it was suppose to be, I had to leave with a wet head because the hair dryer on the wall did not work, and I could not get it replaced. the entrance door is peeling and cheap, was NOT secure…everything in the room is very OLD. You have directv but the remote only controls the channels, not the power or volume. The beds seem clean with the exception of one spot on one sheet….the front of the hotel has very little parking so we went out back and tried to enter through the back door entrance with our key, it wouldn’t open it, the lady in the lobby said it sticks real bad, the door was extremely old and seems very flimsy. If you don’t mind an old run down place and you are not afraid, then go ahead and stay but it’s definitely NOT worth the money. I wish I had taken pics but u can go see it for yourself.

The staff at check in were amazing and were so polite! However the conditions of the room were not the greatest. It smelt musty in the room and just felt dirty overall. There was visible dust on the night stand. I didn’t have high hopes going into this hotel, but I had read the reviews prior and they all said it was great. I felt fooled by the reviews.

For an economy stay, I was quite impressed with how clean everything was in the room, from the bathroom to the bedding and carpet ... exceptionally clean. Very friendly front desk people, nice quiet area (I work remotely and could not hear a thing while in room). Coffee was fresh and hot at 6 am. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting family at UK.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Roaches in the common area. Disgusting bathroom and mold everywhere. Other peoples hair on the walls. I wore my sandals in the room and shower. I stayed here for just about 7 hours as a stop on my way from Chicago to Knoxville. The front desk worker was very friendly and efficient, and my room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the large countertop around the sink, and it was great to have a good-sized freezer area in the mini fridge to put my ice pack for my cooler. However, the carpet definitely had some stains in a few spots, and the shower head pulled out of the wall when I tried to adjust it. The a/c unit was really noisy and scared me around 3:30 a.m. when it kicked on. I was frustrated that the WiFi username and password printed on the room key envelope did not work. Another issue is that the heavy curtains did not close all the way, and I definitely wanted them closed to keep out the bright parking lot lights and to have general privacy. I ended up using the clips on a pants hanger to clip the curtain edges so they would stay closed. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were pans of eggs and biscuits, with a pot of gravy. There was a cereal dispenser with Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. That was it for food options. There was coffee and juice, but the orange juice did not taste good. I filled a bowl with Raisin Bran and attempted to pour milk from the one pitcher on the counter labeled "milk," but it was empty. There wasn\'t a worker around, and after I waited for a few minutes, I just left and bought a breakfast sandwich at the McDonald\'s across the street.

We were quoted $75 when I booked online. When I got there, I had to pay $50 deposit, although I already paid upfront. Also had to pay $15.99 for our dog. Again, original charge for everything on the website, for two people with a pet $75 total. No breakfast. Leaking sink. Water all over bathroom floor after one shower. Definitely a slippery surface. Patches on walls, torn curtains and covering on bench. Door did not fit correctly, gap on upper left to view hallway. Noisy. Really expected a decent place to stay since they’re owned by Wyndham. My charge on my card from the website was $84. Not $75 quoted. Never again through this website and never again at any Wyndham property.

Well the 50 damage deposit was never returned to my bank according to my online banking app ,so basically lost out on 100 dollars ,but overall it was clean and quiet ,But not returning my deposit,I won’t be staying there anymore ,it’s unfortunate considering I work here in town !

I called the day before my stay to check if I had adjoining rooms and the lady I spoke on the phone with was very friendly and made sure that happened for our stay. She was also the one that checked me in and continued to be very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with dogs, and the area in the back of the hotel was shaded and grassy, providing a nice potty area that was well maintained and out of the way of passing traffic and pedestrians. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

For an economy stay, I was quite impressed with how clean everything was in the room, from the bathroom to the bedding and carpet ... exceptionally clean. Very friendly front desk people, nice quiet area (I work remotely and could not hear a thing while in room). Coffee was fresh and hot at 6 am. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting family at UK.

Hotel stay was awful. Manager was rude. Hotel was disgusting. There was a hobo sleeping in the laundry room when we got back in the second night. Our curtains in our bedroom would not shut. There were stains all over our bed. Smelled like p*** in the hallway. Roaches in the bathroom. Hotel manager charged me a 25. Dollar early, check-in fee, which I paid in cash and then charged me it again on my card and then refused to pay me back. We'll never return. Disgusting hotel. Do not recommend to anyone. Sleezy manager. If your having a problem with theft in your hotel thats your problem. I paid my early fee.

The place looks better in pics. The halls smell of weed and wet dog. They did not provide the breakfast that was on the listing. The walls are thin and we were kept awake all night long. When we called the front desk to ask if they could ask the noisy neighbors to keep it down she replied "What do you want me to do about it?" The staff is unfriendly. The place is in disrepair. Outlets did not work. There were no bugs. I guess that's a good thing.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel. Last minute availability was nice, the check-in clerk at 10:30 at night was very pleasant and friendly and even came and changed our smoke detector battery immediately upon finding it was running low. Check out was very easy, beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean as well.

To start off the receptionist at the desk was a Hot Mess, no of any fault of hers but she clearly didn’t have the training she needed to be successful, she had no help and a lobby full of guest check in took nearly an hour. The room was ok it was clean but floor was mysteriously sticky, the shower was a bit dirty but not the end of the world, the shower handle was broke and wouldn’t turn on so that was a let down, the area around the hotel smelt strongly of Weed would not recommend for kids but overall was somewhat ok for a night I guess.

This hotel is in a nice location. Parking was good for the most part. The rooms were nice and it wasn't to expensive reach was a good thing seeing as the town I live in isn't far I just didn't feel like driving home so to find a decent hotel to stay in that wasn't to costly but still nice was a great thing. The hall ways were hot due to the AC unit in the hall wasn't on. Not sure why it wasn't though because it worked. But in the room I was able to turn the air on when I arrive and it cooled the room off pretty quick.

Ultimately it was a $60 hotel. You get what you pay for. As a heads up: I stayed on the second floor. They have no elevator access. They do have handicap accessible rooms on first floor. They also have a washer and dryer on the first floor. I booked a queen bed. The bed was instead a full size. Rooms are small. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. TV is mounted on the wall with a decent selection of channels. The place smelled like smoke everywhere even inside my room. Note: the hotel is a nonsmoking one, even no vaping. I could smell it on my pillows. I am a non smoker. Bathroom: water takes forever to get hot but pressure is good. Bathroom was stocked with two clean towels, two wash clothes, one to step on and two hand towels. No vent fan though so prepare for a steamy bathroom. Toilet fills up so slow. You get in that courtesy flush (remember, no vent), but you can’t flush again for 5+ minutes. Air works well, kept the room cool. Bedding was clean, bed was firm. Parking lot is well lit. You can park near your room so you have a Birds Eye view of your vehicle. Overall felt safe during my stay. In summary, If you are looking for a cheap place for a night or few days, a roof over your head, with a place to crash, with a warm or cool room, this is it. If you won’t be in the room much, then you are picking the right place. Staff members are really nice!

I liked the location, easy to find, just off I-75. I wished you could access the room from the car instead of parking away from the room and lugging everything in through 3 locked doors. I had to make several trips and on the last one I discovered that someone had stolen the Coke Zero that I left beside the door until I could get it.

There was nothing available to eat for breakfast during breakfast hours either day. I thought for sure there would be at least breakfast choices like bagels, toast, cereal, milk, apples, bananas, and oranges but there wasn’t anything. Someone was in the hall at 3:20am talking loudly and slammed their hotel door which woke me up and I couldn’t fall back asleep again. I didn’t sleep well either night because the pillows were all way overstuffed, I couldn’t get the temperature correct in the room to be consistent, and it was not dark enough. There was a bright light on the hair dryer, red light on tv, red numbers on the microwave and alarm clock, and the light coming in on both sides of the window curtains.

Passed on this hotel to for years on my trips to Lexington. Mistake! Very clean the room we stayed in. Friendly. Enterence was clean. Breakfast could been better. But even the little things were provided like shampoo. Will stay again.

the night manager was very friendly and efficient. the breakfast was non existant. two egg patties that were bad as they made my husband sick an hour later and for the rest of our 7 hour drive home. In the bathroom there was tile missing at the front edge of the tub to the floor.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The halls smelled like smoke and were dank. The breakfast was a to-go bag. My room didn’t have a blow dryer. One was installed immediately, which was a plus. But it was awkward that it wouldn’t have one to begin with.

I stayed here for just about 7 hours as a stop on my way from Chicago to Knoxville. The front desk worker was very friendly and efficient, and my room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the large countertop around the sink, and it was great to have a good-sized freezer area in the mini fridge to put my ice pack for my cooler. However, the carpet definitely had some stains in a few spots, and the shower head pulled out of the wall when I tried to adjust it. The a/c unit was really noisy and scared me around 3:30 a.m. when it kicked on. I was frustrated that the WiFi username and password printed on the room key envelope did not work. Another issue is that the heavy curtains did not close all the way, and I definitely wanted them closed to keep out the bright parking lot lights and to have general privacy. I ended up using the clips on a pants hanger to clip the curtain edges so they would stay closed. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were pans of eggs and biscuits, with a pot of gravy. There was a cereal dispenser with Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. That was it for food options. There was coffee and juice, but the orange juice did not taste good. I filled a bowl with Raisin Bran and attempted to pour milk from the one pitcher on the counter labeled "milk," but it was empty. There wasn\'t a worker around, and after I waited for a few minutes, I just left and bought a breakfast sandwich at the McDonald\'s across the street.

Check in ~ the lady couldn’t wait to get done with me and go out and smoke the cigarette she held in her hand the whole time. My sheets had cig burn holes in them. The bathroom door had been replaced and it was too small, so about an inch and a half wide open spaces on 3 sides,( I was sharing the room.) Mold in the corner between bathroom door and tub. Sketchy area. The only good thing that I noticed ~ the lobby area seemed clean. Would not recommend.

The staff was very rude. The whole floor I was on smelled like marijuana and when I said something she blew it off saying it was a normal thing. Wouldn't refund my money because they said it was non refundable. So I had no choice but to stay.

It was a nice place but literally roaches every where and couldn’t get a refund. I have pictures of the roaches coming out of the air conditioner, bathroom, walls even across the head board. Kept all my clothes in the truck
