The stay was nice but the value for what I paid was not the best. I felt betrayed by Hotels.com because there was a lower price by the time we had our stay. I feel that Hotels.com should have changed the price to what the price was the day we stayed. There was no pool, no movie rentals available and the remote didn't work to change the channels on the tv. So, the high price was a bit of a "kick in the knees".

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The elevator was out of order, but they sent a text letting us know ahead of time, offering us a first floor room. Checkin was fast & we got a good recommendation for local fish & chips. Breakfast was appreciated.

The place was newly remodeled so the rooms were clean an fresh. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would stay there again. It was quiet at night. It doesn't have a pool or hot tub. That was the only thing we thought we wanted but didn't really miss it.

Conveniently located off 101 and rooms were clean and comfortable - Our room was right beside the main entrance so was noisy in the morning (breakfast and check out). Front desk gal very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and bed comfortable !

Excellent rate for the weekday at the coast. Plenty of parking. Hotel could use a wider variety for breakfast. Gym needs a treadmill. The wifi was a bit tricky, but works great. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. However, the overall building could use some improvements to its interior and exterior for aesthetics. Would recommend this hotel.

We paid almost $400 for a small room that was really run down, mold in the bathroom, fixtures falling off the ceiling, huge gouges in the doors...just a bunch of things AND the man who checked us in was not very nice at all and he certainly needed to shower and use deoderant.

I thought while the property didn’t have in Timmy ways a long list of amenities that was OK, as I usually don’t use too many amenities in hotels anyway. The room was super clean and comfortable and offered a lot of space since we were there for a couple days. Everything in the room was in good working condition, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was excellent and extremely friendly.

Sadly, the rooms were dirty, with bugs on the wall and curtains. Carpet was both torn and dirty. Stray hair was found on the bed covers. Quite awful; we checked out the next morning. I was charged by both hotels.com AND by the property and will now have to sort out what needs to be refunded and by whom. Poor experience all around.

There was some unidentified mess on the door. There was also a large chunk of black mold in the bathtub on the tub spout. I have photos if anyone cares. I kind of doubt it with this property. I’m glad I only had to stay one night.

Internet isn't the greatest. It's hard to connect on a phone and or iPad. It disconnects if you stop using it for 10 mins and it's very slow speed. Had a hard time connecting it to my kids iPad. YouTube wouldn't work on it especially if I restarted everything and reconnected and disconnected everything.

We booked the junior suite with one queen bed. The photo online showed a larger room with a comfy chair in the corner. Our room was too small to accommodate that chair and did not have one. We saw the room next to ours being cleaned and it looked like the one online. Not sure why ours was smaller but it was quite close for 2 people. It was nice and comfortable and I suppose adequate. The breakfast was nice and we liked the location close to town.

The rooms were very noisy (we were on ground floor and unit above was very active most of the night) and the TV was so small the screen couldn't show the time & scores of the basketball & hockey games we were watching. Front staff were helpful and friendly.

This is a basic hotel. The rooms were small but had what was needed. As a light sleeper i did struggle with the traffic noise and the noise from the wind whistling in the shut window. It must not have a great seal.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The staff was also very friendly. We used this stay to visit Cannon Beach. The hotel was about a 15 min drive away which was pretty convenient. The only negative thing was that the TV in the room was probably the tiniest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room lol. I suggest they should make an upgrade.

Right off the highway, well lit And easy to get in and out of. The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave and fridge. The beds were firm but had nice Toppers on them. Also had a really nice continental breakfast in the morning. The price was really good (off season) and the front Desk staff were very cordial. We highly recommend this hotel!

We came into Seaside from Portland very early (11:30am)..knowing check in was 4pm, on a whim popped by the Inn hoping they might have a room ready within a few hours. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and efficient. They got us into a perfect King room right then! They answered calls right away and were fast as lightning with any requests. Every member of the team was as pleasant as could be. The bed was so cozy and a this price point, we were over the moon satisfied. Thanks ladies!

Kyle at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. I accidentally booked the wrong room for our party size, and he quickly fixed the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend this place, and shoutout to Kyle for making this stay extra positive!

Check in was fast, friendly and professional with free cookies for a tastey little before dinner snack. Room was very spacious and clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable and had the softest bedding I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! Bathroom was clean, adequate size and a beautiful shower/bathtub with lots of hot, steamy water. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, waffels and a variety of other col items.

This room was awful and not what was advertised. When we arrived the front desk clerk gave us a handicapped accessible room because quote “your partner is one of those little people.” We did not ask for or want this but he shrugged and said that’s what we were getting. The room was dirty and most of the lights didn’t work. The room was advertised as a queen bed but was clearly a twin and hard as a rock. The breakfast offered was thrown away by most guests so we didn’t even try it. Stay anywhere else but here!!!

After an hour texting Expedia and finding no help whatsoever I called the manager of the property and within 5 minutes she has solved the Expedia reservation problem. Conclusion Great place. Superb manager Doris Nytka.... But I recommend dumping Expedia.

I highly recommend the Quality Inn at Seaside if you're ever in the area and you're looking to explore the other beaches. It is close enough to the other businesses & restaurants at Seaside and is a short 15 minute drive away from Ecola State Park if you're in the mood for a hike. The staff at the Inn were extremely helpful - they are the main reason I'd consider staying at this Inn if I am ever in this area again.

Been staying here off and on the past 5 years, and it’s still consistently great: beds not too hard or soft, very clean rooms, nicely kept and comfortable common area, kind staff, quiet (esp if you have a room at back of bldg away from highway or at front of bldg on higher floors), good breakfast (limited esp in off-season, but they still do have some things for a quick breakfast). Love the prices too (esp n off-season). Convenient to both towns Cannon Beach (less than 10 min drive south) and Seaside.

This hotel is located on the edge of Seaside , on the main road and is an easy , short drive into the city center . The facility is clean and the beds are wonderful !! The price is very reasonable, esp. when compared to the bigger , fancier hotels that sit on or nearer to the beach . It depends on what you are willing to pay or can afford . After a day exploring , walking on the beach, shopping and eating at a restaurant, when I return to my room , I am ready to turn in for bed ! I don't need to spend $300 to $500 a night for an ocean view. The Quality Inn gives you a nice clean room with a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The tv is not huge . The breakfast is adequate but not fancy . Heck, you can drive to a nearby restaurant , if you want fancy ! The staff is very friendly ! I like staying at this Quality Inn . Yes, I recommend it .

The best asset is the employees. They were efficient, courteous and friendly.Quality Inns probably have set rules and food planned for guests. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts were great. Monday, no eggs or sausage Pattie’s, no hot water for oatmeal, otherwise very good.
