There was no access to the lobby had to communicate with the staff thru a night window. A/c in the room was failing had a puddle of water in the room. The pool was closed until further notice. Overall it was really bad. Not recommend to anyone.

The pool was not functional, the room was not clean. There is no lobby area and is locked all interaction without staff is through a window. They would not even let me in the front lobby to use the microwave. Had to ask for staff to for more towels and toilet paper because no one came to clean the room. It was very convenient because it is close to everything and only 25 min to beach though. I would not stay again but would find another hotel in that same area if you go to Brownsville

We never got new towels, so glad we brought our own from home. Our bed wasn't made from one day to the next. Hotel is located RIGHT by a train track, sounds like it's outside your room when it passes by. Luckily we were already awake when it went by. That was my fault for not checking surroundings. Room smelled like fresh paint & Fabulouso. The beds were definitely not 2 queen size beds, they were full size. False advertisement for sure!

Clean, good sized room. Kinda hard to get back in the property going into Brownsville on Boca Chica Boulevard. Besides that i enjoyed my stay and would reckon anyone stay there, that is price conscience.

Rooms have no necessities they smell bad. No coffee pot or microwave. Mattresses are dirty . Sheets did look clean .. I felt like bugs were on me all night . I stayed the least amount I could in the room until my flight left

The rooms were old. Bathroom tile was very dirty in the corners and edges. Fixtures were incredibly dated, possibly from the 1950's. Bed frame was squeaky, noisy, and lacked support. Pillows were very lumpy and clumpy. I felt itchy while sleeping in the bed. Who knows if there was something microscopic in there irritating my skin. Not that it needs to be condemned. It's function is fine as a hotel. But, it should be shut down or sold and renovated. There's no way anyone should stay here until it's been renewed.
