This facility at first we thought it was ok just to rest but I was completely wrong. The locks looked as if someone tried to break-in (the bolts were even loose). I was so scared to sleep here that I literally barricaded the door. Very dirty as in dust, mold, stripped wall paint and separating ceilings as well as the floors. The only best thing about it is the parking. You get parking right infront your door basically.

Parking was very easy-next to our room, very easy to transport luggage from our car to our room. The staff was courteous. It was an older building but clean. We had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, as well as a pull-out sofa bed that we didn't expect. The only issue was that our room was cold when we got there, and we had to turn the heat on, but soon it was warm. Everything I expected for the price. This is my go to hotel when I visit Seton Hill University.

The property has been in the area for decades with minimal renovations to the entire property. The units have been painted recently but there was a walking hazard toward the bathroom. The metal used to keep the carpet in place was raised and I almost cut my foot had I not been observant. The TV offerings permitted one local channel only as the others did not appear. I did not mention anything to management as I was only there for one night and the check-in experience did not make me feel welcome. I felt uncomfortable when my Driver's License was photocopied during registration. Once again I did not say anything as I did not feel as though I was able to at all. Did not take part in the breakfast as there is a Burger King and McDonalds very close to the property. If you need a place cheap, for one night this could work for you. I don't really recommend it.

The room smelled overwhelmingly like stale cigarettes, I understand it was a smoking room but it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room everyday for years. There were cigarette burns all over the otherwise very dirty furniture, including the bed. The sheets and blankets also had some questionable stains on them. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t seen a broom or mop in quite some time, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running the whole time. For what I spent on a room, it wasn’t worth it. There are nicer and cheaper places to stay in Greensburg.

We immediately left and did not stay. Terribly stained mattress and pillows. Signs and smell of bed bugs.Bedspread lumpy. Furniture in room old and worn. Absolutely horrendous.

I was very disappointed as the room had dog hair on comforter and cigarette burns in sheet and couch. Didn’t look like anything was wiped down or cleaned. The sink wasn’t clean, the cups were in plastic but had holes in the plastic- the tub wasn’t clean- I put a towel down to stand in there. I needed a room for the night because I was on call and I ended up sitting in a computer chair at the desk all night because I wasn’t happy about the bed or couch conditions. The room was a smoking room but smelled terrible when I first opened the door. I do smoke but I guess I expected some type of air freshener or vent. I smoked in the bathroom where there was a vent. At any point I won’t be staying there again. Maybe the nonsmoking rooms are better kept up.

The property is good for a quick get away for a coupe of days. However, they should be sure to vacuum the whole room, not just in places that are visible Under the bed had tons of crumbs and old french fries, this stuff can attract ants ans rodents.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I saw Lisa there from last year and how I enjoyed my stay the last time, She's very polite and I enjoyed talking to her. I did ask Lisa if she could give me the name of the King size Mattress's and style that you have there. I really enjoyed the mattress that I slept on last year and this last stay. It was very comfortable and I slept very nice both of my Stay's. I found that they are more comfortable than the California King size mattress I have at home. I would very much appreciate the brand name and style of the mattress. That you very much.

My room was nice. It was 1 bed and stayed stayed 2 nights because that all I needed. I found that the staff were real nice and helpfull. The rooms are dated but everything worked and it was clean. I loved the bed. It's hard to describe it but it was heavenly. Maybe my home brought MYPILLOW helped a little the blanket seemed lie a weighted blanket. I've never felt a bed like that. Just something about it that made me sleep like a baby. It had everything I wanted. I'll be back next year and I'll stay a couple extra days. I'll be retired and I'll have more time next year.

I woke up in the middle if the night to my arm burning. I saw bugs crawling away. I had to spend around $45 and hours cleaning all of my things after I left. I was told I shouldve told staff so they could switch my room. It was around 4 in the morning. I was to exhausted and wouldn't have trusted another room. I requested a refund. I was told the manager would reach out. That never happened. Each staff member says and does things differently. Not even worth the low prices

Place was horrible. No sheets or pillows for advertised doubled sofa bed. I went to front desk and was told to come back at 7am that's when laundry employees would be in. So I was asked to sleep on a dirty filthy mattress. Refused for 50 minutes to give me another room with somewhere I could rest. At 7:30 day attendent tried to come through door with a key but I had the chain across the door. He is screaming that I wasn't to be in this room. I got dressed and went to front desk. He played stupid when questioned about why was trying to enter my room. Oh by the way don't dare ask for a towel🙄

First of all we didn’t even get to stay here I payed 250 sum dollars for 4 days in a room with a kitchen and then we went to check in and the guy gave me a paper with a $200 charge and a $30 deposit I had to pay before we continued which was not stated we had to do that in anything before we came then he gave us the key we went to the room and it reeked of smoke! And there was no kitchen in there which I payed for I went back to the front counter and I told him and he tried to tell me I didn’t get a kitchen but in my receipt online shows it came with a kitchen then he tried to argue with me over and over to the point I’m in tears and then he calls whoever to get me a “refund” of my $250 sum dollars and I have still not received it after he said it would only be 2 days I’m on day 5 without a refund and I didn’t even get to stay there , the lady at the counter was very nice overall but the service in general is horrible I would neverrrrr suggest this place to anyone. If I do not get my refund soon I will be there!!!

Nastiest stay in my life. Staff was rude. The manager was creepy, rude, and condescending. The room was disgustingly dirty!! Had it booked for three nights, and left the next morning. Only stayed the one night bc we already had plans and didn’t have time to seek other accommodations. Ended up paying for two nights anyway, but it was well worth NOT staying in that crusty room. Do NOT stay at the Knight’s In. In Greensburg!! You will regret it!

It was disgusting. The property lady came and opened my door at 9 AM without knocking asking if I was going to check out at 11 and then they try to tell me that they were making me leave that day when I already paid for another day. just horrible horrible place.

Old. Very out dated. There were 2 of us. We had 1 hand towel and wash cloth and 2 bath towels, both of which were dirty and had hair on them. The phone didn’t work. I don’t consider bag containing a packet of oatmeal, a store bought crueler, and box of apple juice as breakfast. Read all the reviews before booking. Or not. Just skip this one.
