Great breakfast; exercise room was adequate; son liked pool. Appreciated the air conditioning.Nice they had a computer and printer to use in the lobby. Elevators slow, but glad they had one. Spacious room. Should have a grab bar in shower (slippery floor). Nice lighting in bathroom. Hard to keep soap on shower ledge. Some show of wear in building.

Clean room and breakfast had a good selection of warm and cold: eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee. Well lit parking lot. The one downside is that it's close to the freeway so you can hear a bit of traffic at night. The pool area was a tad small, but still nice. The hot tub wasn't extremely hot and only a few jets worked, but was still good.

I was literally "on the freeway." The "gym," a joke. One treadmill that was on it's last legs, about to fall apart. The bike was SO old but did work. The elliptical machne was broken. Weights: two 5 lb wts, one 8 lb weight, one 25 lb and one 30. It was pathetic at best. My key to my room had to be reset every day; it flashed red the first tired night I arrived with all my luggage and I had to come back to the desk from third floor bringing my luggage. Happened again next day after a grocery shop. I was not happy carrying things around. Appears elevator was never cleaned. Breakfast was great and staff was great. Very dated hotel.

Good clean property. I was hoping to get some morning laps in the pool, but it looks like it's for kids :-) Couldn't figure out how to use the water/soft drink vending machine, but maybe it was me brain-dead at 2:00 in the morning. But they should be easy to use, right? Great cleaning staff!

Lots of dining options and a great staff. Only concerning thing was the elevator dropping us a foot when we were coming down from the 3rd floor. We alerted the front desk because it scared us. We avoided the elevator the rest of our time there.

Staff is great and it’s easy to walk to dining options and the ball park. It was kind of dirty. While the bed was ok, there was stains on all the lamp shades and the details of the bathroom were dirty (corners, shower door track, etc). It’s a little loud, but maybe because we were over the laundry room. The public washer was broken as well. Overall, I’d probably stay here or at one of the other hotels in the area if we decided to do spring training again.

When we arrived it was 116 degrees outside. The front lobby ac was not working. First impressions. The elevator is small, outdated and hot. Although thermostats were located in every floor's hallway, they were not on, so hallways were stuffy and hot. Our ac was barely blowing out cool air. My husband removed the filter and found it clogged and dirty. He took it into our bathroom and cleaned it, which helped. The outside pool area had no umbrellas to provide shade. On our 2nd day, my husband rearranged the armchair in order to view the extremely small TV. Behind the chair, we found a container of old, moldy food left by a prior guest. Disgusting. Tv is way too small and does not swivel. For a room this size, we found it unreasonable. Housekeeping staff very unfriendly. Never greeted us. Front desk staff were polite. Full breakfast was ok, but eggs are gross. Bathroom was clean. Grounds were clean. We had our grandkids with us for the weekend, and the room was spacious enough for us 5. I would not return and when my mother in law asked for a recommendation, I did not recommend this hotel. Good price.

This Comfort Suites was a great location for baseball. However, the room was not clean(thick layer of dust) and the commode did not flush. We spoke to the manager, who was very nice, but it took another day to get maintance to "fix" the toilet. It never was ideal, but finally did flush. The elevator was very dirty as well.

Room Cleanliness not great. Found rotten apple core in room, found blood on sheets. Found food and blood on mattress topper of pull out couch. Staff was great but wanted to pass the buck on figuring out what they were going to do for me.

Always stay at this hotel when I come to the Glendale area to visit my children. It is getting a little out dated now and not that clean. This hotel could definitely use a little upgrade, other than that it’s a great hotel with a great location.

The room 202 was not as nice as the room from 8/11. I did not feel comfortable as much as I did before. There were water spots on the ceiling in the bedroom area and water spots and mold it looked like in the shower ceiling. Usually the stay is very comfortable and inviting. But this time it was not very nice.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Peoria in order to take in some spring training baseball games. The staff was outstanding. The facilities were clean and neat. The pool was small. The reception area was nice. The breakfast could have used a few more healthy eating options but my husband was happy with his options for eggs, breakfast meats, waffles. I understand that cutting back on housekeeping services is a new thing for some properties but I think, if I am paying a fair price for a hotel then I should get housekeeping as a standard amenity. I would stay at this hotel again.

Room was pretty clean but we really had a hard time getting the A/C to cool off the room. We set it to as cold as it gets which was 61 degrees but the room didn’t feel like 61 degrees, to be honest. My entire family had a hard time sleeping in a hot room

Easy, friendly check in; lower floor request was honored. Pool was small but very useable...and warm. The breakfast was very very good, with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Many choices for food nearby. Comfortable, quiet sleep! Worth the price!

The rooms are older. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The AC didn’t appear to be cooling the room much. Even at 61 it was a bit warm. Daughter had a bug crawl on her.

I had a great stay at Comfort Suites Peoria Sports Complex. Check-in was easy, and the attendant was friendly and receptive. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring my room was clean and providing extra towels when needed. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a nice bathroom. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t stream my shows on the TV as it was a bit dated and small. Despite this, everything else was excellent. The hotel’s location is convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby, easy freeway access, and a mall close by. Hotel was convenient to sports, shopping and freeway. Freeway was the problem. If your room is on that side, you will hear loud trucks and cars all night long. Also, about a 1 inch gap under the door means bright light from the hallway enters the room all night. Two towels wont block it. I stupidly paid about $200 for this lousy hotel room. Breakfast was subpar. Not 8.0 as ratings say. Maybe 4.0 at best.

I shared a not so good review from a stay I had and I would like to amend that review.. I gave the hotel another try and they went above and beyond. They provided me a pack and play for my toddler, it was late when I check in and ran out of milk and they were so nice to get some for me from the kitchen so I didn't have to wake my toddler up to drive to the store to get some. The manager apologized for my bad experience and I truly appreciate all her and her staff did to make my stay so much better after delayed and cancelled flights. It made an already stress couple days way more positive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young kids it's quiet and safe and have a large variety of restaurants near by.

Clean room. Check out was perfect, Amy was professional and wonderful. Check in was awful. She only said name and ID. She was cursing and mad because she dropped something right as I walked in. I would stay here again and hope I don't see her.

The staff was extremely unfriendly, when I first walked in instead of just a simple hello I was met with a dry .. “your ID “ no hello no hi are you checking in just a dry “your id” . Got my key and was sent on my way . Later the rooms tv was not working asked the same front desk lady for help which I was met with well all I can do is move you (at this point some in my party were asleep) so I walked back to the room and seen the remote didn’t match the tv model that was in the room thinking this might be the problem I walked back let her know and asked if she had a matching remote to which she replied with an attitude I don’t know anything about how remotes work. I didn’t catch the lady name but she had tattoos all over arms and neck , listen I know we all have hard days I should know I work customer service for spirit airlines so I’ve seen my fair share of rude guest put i definitely think some training needs to be done here. My family and I won’t be back

The one big compliant I have is that I entered the hall and the housekeeper was in the hall and asked if we were checking out when I said yes. She went to my room and put the door blocker on the door then she jump on the elevator with us. I asked her if she opened and left my door open she said yes and she said she was just going down stairs to get a housekeeper in training to train her to do a deep cleaning on my room. It really disturbed me that she would leave my room door open and leave the floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites in Peoria. The hotel is centrally located, easy access to multitude of restaurants and freeways. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful from the front desk, kitchen, maintenance (had an issue with a running toilet and it was fixed immediately), to the maid service. All around the trip was great!

Checking in and out was a piece of cake. The complementary breakfast was great with fresh food and make your own waffles. Never heard neighbors. My friend liked the pool. It was everything we wanted in a good location with an excellent price. Would definitely return.

From the moment I entered I had an excellent experience The front desk welcomed me. Christmas decorations were delightful. The staff was quiet and polite. My room was spacious and clean. I walk with a cane and was given room 107 which made it very accessible to my room and breakfast room. The morning breakfast was the best I've seen, and clean. I asked for help with the waffle maker and staff was right there in the room. I definitely will return on my next visit.
