No ice no vending on 3rd floor

It was advertised to have a pool which was not available. There was no breakfast included, which at the price point that we paid really is unacceptable

Just not satisfied because pool was out of service and there was never a update that it was out of order.. bathroom tub was dirty and the bathroom door didn't lock

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating for me after a flight delay forced me to change my booking plans. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The hotel was in close proximity of Globe Life Field and Six Flags, which worked out perfectly since I was there for both of those places. However, the hotel lacks any kind of room service, which I was not aware of beforehand. The elevator was in very rough condition, with cracks on the tiles and a lot of noise going up and down. If you're traveling into Arlington for Globe Life Field and/or Six Flags, this is a decent hotel that's close by.

It would have been nice to know the pool wasn’t filled an we wouldn’t be anble to use it all weekend. Also the smoke alarm went off for 45 mins one night at midnight with no information from staff.

The hotel is old. It was booked on accident and they would not refund my money ended up going there anyway my truck was broken into. The hotel is no help. The cameras are not working. Anything officers say it happens often in that area overall not impressed. It’s too expensive for how it looks in the area.

Property is freshly updated, reasonably priced for the area and very close (walkable) to both the football and baseball parks. However there’s a free trolley that shuttles right at the entrance of hotel as well as a hotel shuttle for a small fee.

Very convenient to go watch the Cowboys vs Packers. We used the gym, but it was rather small. The staff was very friendly though.

It's close enough to walk to the stadium if you're up for a little hike. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The parking lot in front was small but they're is additional parking in the back.

Property is very outdated. Nothing like the photos online. Carpets were soaking wet, and the rooms have moldy smells. The rooms cleanliness were ok. There was left over food under the microwave in our room. My family and I asked to be moved to a different room, and the attendant was noticeably annoyed, but helped us get settled in another room. Which was better, the second room we were placed in still had damp carpets but the air wasn’t so tight (referring to the moldy smell).

I did nof feel clean in the room had a smell and found a bug in my bed

Roaches in room

Unbearable mildew smell and black mold around the electrical outlets behind the nightstand. Asked to changed rooms was moved into a better room but still found a cockroach in the second room crawling on the bed.

The room smelled terrible and the sheets were stained with dried vomit. Pillows were stained as well and management refused to change room for us or the sheets. So we requested a refund which was also refused would never book here again PLEASE AVOID!!

I was feeling like something was biting me. I got up checked the bed me and my Son. We didn't find anything. A few days later, it happened again. I was awaken at 5:30 am in the morning cause I was being bitten. It was itchy and swollen. So, checked the bed this time and there the little joker was, a bed bug. Something told me to check the pillow, so I did. There was a bigger bed bug on the pillow. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to the room. I should him the proof on the tissue. The little one was still moving. The rep from the hotel had to kill it. They put us in another room. I didn't have any problems in the new room. I tell you what though. If I had a vehicle, I would've went to another hotel. I had to stay 2 weeks there. It cost me over $800. So, having to deal with bed bugs was just too much.

Absolutely amazing rooms and very clean

This area is interesting to say the least. Homeless camps right next door and sketchy people walking the streets. Our bathroom floor was sticky and you could see our shoe prints. Otherwise it is very average.

Room had been recently sprayed. I was unable to fall asleep, had chest pains from the chemicals I was inhaling. The bed sheets were itchy. The elevator on the other side of the wall was noisy, as was the freeway traffic. At 3 am I asked to transfer rooms and the front desk was understanding, otherwise I would've had to sleep in my car. Also, the pool was out of service.

Love staying at this hotel over the years because it’s so convenient to attractions in the area (e.g. Six Flags, Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium) We went to see The Weeknd at AT&T Stadium and we walked there instead of paying high dollar for parking and being stuck in the traffic post show. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Only problem we had was our room was right next door to the elevator so each time it went up and down we could hear it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff as always. We will definitely stay here again next time we have an event to go to in this area.

Bed was comfortable.. location was convenient. But hotel is very worn.. and very few amenities.

The room was clean and decent but the noise coming from the highway traffic is horrible. It feels like the window is open and any noise that the neighbors make it feels like they are next to your hips. I think the walls have no insulation or they are just too thin plus the door has a medium size gap on the bottom where all the noise from the hall comes in either than that the hotel is good.

Paid for a balcony room thinking we could sit outside and enjoy the weather before hea6to our concert. Nope no lounge furniture and lock to patio door was broken. Coffee pot in the room was old and disgusting. Beds are hard as sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again.

My stay wasn’t bad but it wasn’t “great” either. It’s a satisfactory hotel in a good area, but you get what you pay for. My biggest complaint is the crappy wifi. Made working from the hotel on Monday very difficult, had to use my hotspot instead.

Although a “dated” property the facilities are kept clean and over all we had no problems with our stay. We did get the room right next to the elevator which was fairly loud. Make sure to put the do not disturb sign on your door! Especially if you plan on sleeping in.

Was convenient for the Rangers game to take the trolley to and from the ballpark. No shuttle service to the Cowboys pregame. Unfortunately we had the room next to the elevator snd the freeway so it was hard to sleep. We either heard the elevator or the cars/trucks. The staff were friendly and plenty of parking. Also convenient access for traveling to different areas.

The hotel receptionist was so nice, answering so many questions with such a warm smile. She was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the entire area, many thanks.

I don’t know how this hotel gets an 8+ rating. We were delayed nearly an hour to check in because their booking system was down and the management had no plan for how to handle guests without their computer program working. We had been at Six Flags all day in the heat, were tired, hot and sunburned and all we wanted was a shower and to lay down. Staff finally gave up trying the computer and gave us our rooms when we threatened to just walk away (they were nice; not their fault that they weren’t trained on how to handle a situation like this). Once in our room, I got a text from the hotel welcoming us and to text them back if we needed anything. The TV remote didn’t work, so I requested a replacement. Never got a response. Guess they were still dealing with their computer issues. We were sharing adjoining rooms with family so we had to borrow their remote control to watch tv. At least we had that. Windows and walls are thin and freeway noise was loud. Vending machines only take coin and $1 & $5 bills. No credit cards. Bath soap left me feeling like I washed with rubber cement. My skin felt so sticky after using it. Building is old and attempts to remodel were halfhearted at best. No breakfast, but they told us 3 times that they have 24 hour coffee? Like why would I want to be up all night in this place? Bed and pillows were ok (I was afraid to look at the mattress). Carpet felt tacky under bare feet. I would never stay here again.

Fire alarm went off at midnight and no one at desk to answer questions so we all had to traipse dow the stairs. Fire trucks were not called

Accommodating staff; helpful

I am still shocked by the poor customer service we received at check-in. First, the clerk (with red dyed hair) was very aggressive and rude when I advised her the desk price ($203) differed from the Expedia price ($188). She didn’t give me a chance to pull up my receipt before hitting us with the attitude, so I digressed. My sister and I needed to get ready for the Beyoncé concert and the clerk took ages to make our room keys and print a receipt while chatting with others. After a demagnetization debacle, we finally had new keys to room 319 and accessed the room. However, it was the wrong room. This front desk associate made us keys to a room that was in-use. There were bags and belongings everywhere, and the hotel is lucky we’re not the kind of shady people who would rummage through other patrons’ bags, because that act by the front desk associate is a major liability. When I ran back downstairs to advise the associate that she gave us keys to someone else’s room, she brushed it off and just made keys to another room. 20 minutes later, we had room access. I’m still appalled that there is an employee freely giving access to other patrons’ rooms and belongings. Later that night, as we got into our beds, we discovered damp, freezing sheets. When we tried to use the heater, the smoke detector immediately beeped and the room smelled like burning rubber. So, we had to turn it off and suffer through a cold, sleepless night.

The service was terrible. I usually don’t comment on these ratings but I had to. It was just that bad. I had to get my towels myself from the front desk, put my trash out, fix my own bed. I almost felt like I was home with all the work I had to do.

I was told when I checked in that I would receive my deposit back and was told the same thing when I checked by two different staff members and then when I called they told me that I had to reach out to the general manager to see what he had to say. And I still haven’t received any answer from him

Small, no areas for families to just hangout. Front desk was not polite and basically had to pre check in and then do the same check in.

Very nice staff and great location for all the local amenities.

Female employee doing check in on 2/22 was extremely rude. She made the impression she didn’t want to be there. Just horrible experience. No breakfast, entrance to elevator was tight and a pain in butt. Super noisy due to highway, road noise ALL night

Ample parking space was available throughout the day. The hotel was located at walking distance from Globe Life Field.

Location is great for events at Globe Life. The road noise is insane. Our room faced the highway, and the noise was constant and loud. It was extremely challenging to get any quality rest.

Perfect location for our needs. We were able to get to Six Flags and Globe Life Field within minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel if that is where you need to be:)

Nice, clean room. Free wifi. Easy 15 minute walk to globe life field and Texas Live, 20 minutes to AT&T. free trolley pickup to stadiums and six flags in front of lobby if you dont want to walk. The Lowe's next to the ballpark was going for $2000 a room during the world series, and the HoJo with free parking was $80 and pleasant. Across the street from some of the outer stadium parking lots, so it was a real bargain

This is an okay hotel for the price. Good location for a Rangers game or Cowboys game. Not new and could use a few upgrades. No food/breakfast.

I chose this hotel because it advertised complimentary breakfast as part of the stay. Unfortunately, no breakfast was provided — only complimentary coffee. This was misleading and created a major inconvenience, since the amenity was one of the main reasons I booked here. Given that the service promised was not honored, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly so that future guests do not have the same experience.

The property is dated but very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Trolley is convenient. The gym is tiny and dated. There is no breakfast, only coffee, tea, juice and mini granola bars.

Clean hotel. No breakfast offered here. Just coffee. Quiet and comfortable.

Staff was great! I left my sunglasses behind. Office was able to hold them for me.! Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no complimentary breakfast. Only coffee with sugar. This might be the last time I stay here due to that.

My main dislike is the lack of breakfast.
