Breakfast was very good, there was lots of items to choose from. Cereals, breads & bagels, waffles with multiple toppings (chocolate chips, strawberries, whip cream), butter & maple syrup, fresh fruits (bananas & oranges), skillet potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage links. Salsa was available for the eggs, so my only suggestion is have some small tortillas available to make breakfast tacos (hint: the hotel sits next to a tortilla bakery). Juice was available in 3 flavors. The digital coffee dispenser had lots of choices, most available in regular or decaf: latte, cappuccino, espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, and hot water. There was an abundance of creamers, half & half, and skim milk, with sugar and sugar substitutes, plus tea bags. Paper cups were a good size, with lids and sleeves.

The hotel is quite dated and needs updates and a deep cleaning. The carpet throughout the building looks worn, and the carpets in the rooms needed better vacuuming and smelled musty. Fortunately, the air conditioning was so effective that the odor dissipated within an hour. While the sheets smelled clean, there were stains on them. The bathtub/shower needed better cleaning. Unfortunately, my wife and I both ended up with eye mites from the pillows and woke up with crusty eyelashes. If I had another option, I wouldn't have stayed a second night.

The staff at the reception were very helpful especially Wiwin. The rooms were clean but they smell old l, the bathroom tub was dirty had a layer of brown dirt it could use some scrubbing to look more whiter and cleaner. I had to put some towels in the tub for me to step in. The carpets are very old and looking brown. No elevators to the rooms that could be upgraded. The breakfast was just ok. I feel like there could have been more choices based on other Best Westerns that I stayed in. The parking was fine but I feel that if you are late you may run out of space. I checked in and came back later in the night and there were only two spots left.

We stayed here before a tour at the University. After a long day, the staff greeted us and were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. There is not a coffee maker in the room (if you’re like me and want some before you even attempt to do anything in the morning) BUT they have a coffee station 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was decent - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles/pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. we had a decent meal before leaving for the days’ activities.
