The fridge was dirty and so were the edges around the sink. Light in the bathroom didn't work, the tv stopped working. They made my bed and threw the pillows on the bed. This is the type of place that working men stay at, there was a creeper following me. AC was super cold, that's a plus. The pool area was simple but nice and clean with a little garden. The staff were nice.

Well, baby cockroaches running around the room, I bought some roach traps and put them everywhere while I was there. Roaches on the exterior would run in the room when I opened the door. No top sheets on the bed. Had a coffee maker and NO cups. Had to get some from the main lobby. Staff was really nice. Building exterior needs some repairs. Ac worked OK. Charging station on desk area wouldn't charge my phone, had to plug it in at the bathroom receptacle.

Once again room was not clean, bed was made yet trash was still all over the room. When informing the front clerk guy and having discussion abiut the issue's I stated i will clean it and he acted like a child throwing a tantrum. I asked for the manager. The manager was kind and understood and cleaned up room after that staff still went in my room even after i said no housekeeping. Knowing they go in my room while i was out made me very uncomfortable. Only 2 good things the pool and they have smoking rooms. I was very disappointed becauae I have stayed here numerous occasions and now I wouldn't recommend people here unless your desperate. Just a bad experience all together

Not a lot of parking only could park on one side of building because of apartments on the other side...ac was poor...didn't cool sufficiently enough...not a lot of water pressure...electrical plugs didn't work properly to charge our phones

Beds were comfortable but property definitely needs a makeover. First room they gave us lock was broken but they quickly gave us another room, which was much better. Don’t think I will stay there again but it was doable for a quick trip.

Checked into the room, within ten minutes, we killed three roaches. No big deal. The big deal was when we found out the bed had bed bugs. Room appeared clean, until we noticed they didn’t clean where it wasn’t apparent to the eye. Our fridge had the old guests drinks, and behind the tv was the old guests food trash. Absolutely not okay.

The bed sheets had burn holes in them, roaches on the walls. The couch had holes in it, it was dirty. The door lock was busted, mini fridge was dirty, carpet had stains all over, the bathroom light didn't work. Oh Did I mention ROACHES ON THE WALLS!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!

Pubic hair in shower… shower and toilet not cleaned. Cockroach in shower. One of the beds didn’t have sheets. Opened the fridge and almost threw up, stuff growing in it!!! If it wasn’t 10:30 I would’ve demanded a refund and gone somewhere else!!!

All appliances and structure of room were excessively damaged. Front door of room had a large gap that could see into our room with. Major roach problem. Dirt and stains everywhere, it didn’t look like it had even been cleaned. Hair from previous guests were still in the bathtub and bathroom floor. Burn holes and stains on bed linen. We found a used sanitary napkin by the couch.

Room had an odd smell. Was greeted by many bugs on walls and in furniture. Smoke detector was non existent. Only one light in the main room worked (bathroom and sink lights worked). Lamp chord literally just taped back together. A microwave that whose display worked on and off along with not turning off until unplugged. "Breakfast" was literally just a handful of honey buns and a bottle of tropicana, coffee was cold as ice (within 30 mins of breakfast start). Amongst all of this, a construction crew was also staying and proceeded to make the hotel seem more of a frat house. Were extremely loud and shouting as if they were the only ones there. Called front desk about it and if they did anything it was not noticable.

It was ok for one night. Only 2 of the lights would turn on. The toilet keep refilling all night. The freezer was a block of ice and could not be used. Since some rooms allow smoking you could smell smoke even in your nonsmoking room. They also charge $50 per night security deposit. Most only charge one time not each night. It was cheap hotel so wasn't an issue for us.

There was a huge hole in the wall. Our sheets had stains. The door did not lock at all!! Not safe to leave our room. Thankfully there was an additional lock once we were inside. The fridge did not close at all. The wall was peeling. The mirror was cracked.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We made the mistake & had our personal property stolen from the room. When I told the Indian ran owner & staff they gaslighted, called me names, laughed, tried to deny any theft. I called the police, HORRIBLE owners, Wyndham needs to know this franchise owner is trashing there reputation. I took pics of the roaches, dirty walls, roach poop on the light switches, broken bathroom fixtures, non-working light switches, gross unkept motel. Everything else in town was booked, I REGRET this motel for a price gouge $133/night (University event weekend). AVOID & RUN, the staff is disrespectful with no integrity. The rooms are run down, filthy, they'll steal then say you signed a not responsible agreement. Go elsewhere.

Always a great time for me to get some rest and have some alone time, staff always have room cleaned, everyone stays in there room, you can get gas and food all around here, good location, next to highway. No problems that I have, keep up the good work.

The idea of “continental breakfast” was a joke. The milk was spoiled and they had about 3 options of foods to eat. The only item considered edible was a “fun size” honey bun.
