This facility needs a lot of updating. We got into our room on the third floor and bathroom needs upgrading toilet paper dispenser was broken, toilet seat was broken, walls need update on painting and there was roaches in there. Then we went to the beds and ceiling had stuff coming off the ceiling and fan was loud. And went to pool and work out rooms and the keys to our room didn’t work had to ask someone to open and she said keys won’t work in these areas staff has to open them so why even offer them to ur customers when you can’t access it. Needs a lot of updating.
