Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was friendly and hardworking. Every time I saw them they were cleaning or attending to something. I utilized the gym, the pool and the laundry room. All were clean and in working order. The gym had newer equipment that was maintained and clean. Overall the hotel was a pleasant experience will definitely stay again when visiting family. The breakfast was as expected for a hotel breakfast, nothing spectacular but it was perfect to get us going in the morning. The tables were always clean and the food options stocked. There is a great selection of restaurants within walking distance and even more just a short drive.

Very clean hotel, conveniently located near shopping mall with many dining places. Hotel provides shuttle to and from airport. I appreciate that staff's affort to provide shuttle service to us when had staff shortage and for our very early morning flight

I have traveled and stayed at this location on several occasions as we have friends in the neighborhood. The pool area is always kept clean and enjoyable. We LOVED the outdoor firepit as we spent several hours out there on Friday evening with all of my children and grandchildren. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was both cold and hot, including the waffle maker! We would highly recommend this accommodations to anyone.

This was a beautiful hotel with a fabulous overall feeling. The parking was great, plenty of spaces with shaded areas as well. Front door was clean and clear and easy to walk into with your arms loaded down. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and smelled great. The temperature in the room was perfect as soon as we got there, I didn't adjust the temperature a single time. The bathroom was very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. The shower had full size bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The pool area was fabulous, the hot tub does not bubble but was very warm and felt great. Plenty of seats in the pool area and a very stocked towel area as well. Our nights sleep was wonderful, no issues, very quiet. Breakfast was also very good, plenty to chose from including eggs, bacon and many other options. Check out was a breeze. This hotel is located in a very popular area with plenty of restaurants and stores very close by. We walked across the parking lot to a chucky cheese and our daughter had a blast. Walmart is located right down off the hill and I had no trouble getting there and back since I forgot a hair brush and run down to get one. A large movie theatre is also very close as well as other entertainment. Overall would definitely stay again. Well worth the money.

The hot tub was not hot. It felt more like a warm bath and the jets hardly worked. The view in the pool room was nice however. Room was spacious and clean but the tv kept losing signal and sound and we had to keep restarting it.

In many ways your standard Hampton Inn. Breakfast, room, etc all what you would expect from this chain. The fitness room and pool area were both fantastic-clean and well equipped. The other guests were quiet and polite. Front desk was kind and efficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a perfect stop en route to somewhere else!

The room was super comfy. Bed was stain free and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was easily one of the best I've ever had provided by a hotel. The ONLY complaint I have to mention is that our dog kept finding and eating things on the floor that were definitely not from us and ended up having a pretty bad reaction from something he ate. So the floor in the room could have been a bit cleaner. But otherwise we will absolutely be keeping this hotel in our pocket for next time we're traveling!

Very nice hotel and room. Convenient location. Our only issue was that the A/C unit was very loud. The unit came on and off thru the night and it was very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the service and staff were great and the room was clean.

This was by far the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Slamming doors, thin walls…. We laid in bed and literally listened to the entire conversation of the people next door for 45 minutes while she blowed her hair dry before we gave up and got up. Someone had their tv volume up to 100 downstairs ALL night. We even tried to see if it was as someone on our floor, but I guess it was upstairs or downstairs. Doubtful we will stay there again even given their location.

Staff was great room was great but unfortunately people can’t seem to close doors softly and ALL NIGHT LONG the nearby exit door kept slamming. I didn’t sleep and was exhausted. The hotel needs to invest in some soft close doors.

Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Two things we didn't like: 1. It sounded like the guests in the adjoining room were inside our room. Apparently very little sound-proofing between rooms. The next-door neighbors talked loudly, late into the night. 2. The breakfast was not unique to the region. No biscuits. The omelets are not as good as the scrambled eggs you used to serve. Hampton Inn breakfasts used to be better.

I had a good stay. The two gentlemen who picked me up from the airport were incredibly nice and the staff overall were pleasant. Room was very spacious and clean. Found a few stray blonde hairs on a towel but i won't ding them for that because it was impossible to see at fitst. A lot of food options are within walking distance, making it the perfect location if you're not driving, or just want to stretch your legs.

Shout out to the late night receptionist here sunday night feb 2nd! The type of friendliness and human encounter that just makes your day better. It’s a night shift at an inn so I don’t expect anything from the service, but it was just a pleasant surprise. This guy is clearly proud of his job, likes people and walks life with respect to his work and others. And that’s so nice to see. And Hampton in just never disappoints with the cozy clean rooms.

Robin and Brandon were the NICEST people. I asked for a different room so I could have a bathtub and they obliged with no problem at all. I was embarrassed to ask but they were happy to do it. Room was super clean and had great amenities. Everything about my stay was great. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend 10/10

Traveling solo by motorcycle, the staff was great and knew I was concerned about safety so I was allowed to park the bike under the front apron. Very welcoming.

I arrived at rush hour (PM) and restaurants in the area were packed. But there was a Quaker State diner right next door so I could eat without fighting for a parking place. Location is close to DT Charleston but far enough that you can get going easily in the morning without traffic issues.

The only issue is the traffic in the area is HORRENDOUS. There are many restaurants in the area but we couldn't get to them because the traffic was at a stand still. We stopped at store right around the corner and got munchies.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel, with GPS. It is an excellent location, though, and very nice facility. The beds very comfortable, rooms very modern and appealing. The breakfast area could have been cleaner, tables wiped, floor. The pool area, specifically the hot tub, was overcrowded (apparently a birthday party), with people not wearing proper swim attire. Very noisy. But I did manage to get a few laps in. Overall a very nice stay; I would certainly those this hotel again.

Convenient location. Many food options in walkable distance. Chuck E Cheese across the parking lot to keep kids entertained. Close to many shopping centers for anything you could need. Room was clean and comfy. Pool was a nice size and clean. First time traveling with pets and was super easy. Typical breakfast options. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy.

Always a very nice stay when we are in town. It is our go to hotel. Price wise it is perfect for a stay while not breaking the bank. The staff are always very nice, the breakfast is nice and the pool is great and year round since it is indoors.
