We stayed overnight while waiting for our car to be repaired on our way home from vacation. The facility was clean, relaxing, staff was friendly. We enjoyed a relaxing stay from the shuttle service, restaurant, pool, and restful night. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was more than great. We are not from this area and it is a very congested area but we had no worries because this hotel had a shuttle for us to and from the Colosseum and the driver was very friendly and very familiar with the area. We didn't have to leave our motel to eat we ate right at our motel another win win and has great food.

FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy business. Best Western and Comfort Inn still provide 4 towels. This is my favorite place to stay. The breakfast looks incredible, but replace the side door situation. Imagine the automatic door opening and a FORCE of 19 degree air coming at you as you try to get out the door. Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen when a small child gets hurt. The staff is incredible here. You’d get more business if you put a menu in the room. Found this great menu on the last day after dinner elsewhere. It’s an older hotel, it still my favorite as far a location and convenience.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well worth the price and the staff served you your drinks the soon as you walked in. Cleared the tables while dining, refilled drinks, fresh fruit. The pool & hot tub were absolutely amazing. Big, beautiful and relaxing. Nice big splash area with only 9 inches of water for toddlers. Best pool I have ever seen for a hotel. Pebblestone edging around the pool/hot tub area. Very nice.

Staff was super nice. Had to get another room because of a faulty A/C, but the rest of the stay was nice. Good breakfast and nice pool area. Very nice dog area in the court yard, safe and well lit and maintained.

The price for this hotel was not worth it. After checking before booking that the hot tub was working....come to find out it is not functioning properly. Dining room was out of many selections on the menu. Staff in the dining room was discourteous. Area surrounding hotel was not nice ...no place to take a walk. Room was small and crowded.

Our room was awful. The carpets were stained all over and even had blood stains on the carpet near the bathroom. We had no bath towels. When we reported these things to th front desk, we were told they couldn't do anything for us. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this place; it was already more expensive than the other places we stayed on our vacation, it was nasty and the staff wasnot helpful.

The hotel is in a convenient location, has a restaurant, is within walking distance to a couple of other restaurants, including a great Mexican place. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom in good shape. It was quiet, even with the train tracks and freeway nearby. I am staying again on my return trip.

Melissa who checked us in was amazing . Hotel property needs cleaned and remodeled. We found a half ate apple under the curtains. The place needs a deep cleaning inside and out.

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly with all guests. We were staying for my daughter's softball tournament and this is where her team was staying. We definitely suggest using Hotels.com for booking purposes. If you stay on the weekends, breakfast doesn't start until about 710a, which as an issue for us because we had to be a the fields by 730a. The room was average, but we found trash between the wall and the bed my daughter slept on, so that was gross. Overall it wasn't a bad trip, the pool area was great for the girls. Average at best is how I would describe it, nothing above the normal other than the staff being kind. Even then they pushed not using 3rd parties like Hotels.com because they "can't help fix any issues with the stay or room." That to me was absurd as they were encouraging people to pay more for mediocre stays.

The hotel and room were clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. We did not have a good night sleep because our room was directly beside the elevators on the 6th floor and the elevator was loud and constant all night long. We arrived back at the hotel after midnight and thought that it would stop throughout the night because lack of people using it so we didn’t ask to be moved. However, that was up not being the case. We were very disappointed.

We booked a suite with a bedroom because we were traveling with kids. The kitchenette was fine ands nice that it had a full size fridge and freezer but the doors to the bedroom were glass, so that pretty much defeated the purpose of having the separate bedroom since we couldn’t have the light on in the other room.

We have been staying at this hotel 2 to 4 times a year for the past 8 years with no complaints. This time we were put in a room 515 right behind and adjacent to the elevators. If you could imagine a generator intermittently starting and stopping inside your room all night long. We are now sleep deprived facing a 11 hour journey. This room should be converted into storage. The front desk clerk acknowledged that the room is noisy.

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I can not say enough good/nice things about this place! My check in was quick and the woman working was kind and nice to chat with. The pool was wonderful! Clean, the water was nice. They also have a hottub which felt great after a long day of driving! Lastly, this morning I needed some extra caffeine and used everything i had in tge room. It was past breakfast hours and the young lady who was working was cleaning up. I asked if there was anywhere around to get coffee. She went and made me coffee. Ashley, went above and beyond to get me some coffee! All of the staff i have come in contact with have been very nice and polite. Keep up the great work Holiday Inn!

There are RR tracks right behind the hotel, heard a train go by 3 times. This is Hotel.com's fault. They did not detail my billing to show that I paid for 2 breakfast vouchers so I didn't get them and lost that money. First hotel that did not have free breakfast. If you want to stay at a Holiday Inn make sure it's an Express. Stayed in 9 different hotels over the last 13 days, this one was the worst.

Hotel is not near anything really. It is literally across the street from a middle school, so that is fun in the morning if you are trying to leave and in the afternoons with the bus and parents coming and going. Plus kids walking / cops monitoring everything. Additionally a church right next door. That was the view I had from my room. Which is very awkward as you are changing and such to view. They did not really clean my room except for 1 day when I was there. And honestly I would not deem that cleaning. Yes the towels were replaced and trash dumped and beds made. But the surfaces were not cleaned / wiped down. Plus the rest of the hotel overall never really seemed clean. I remember seeing the cleaning cart in the hallway and then dirt in the hallway like it was just passed by. Elevators too. Floors around the lobby seemed wet alot. Towels I had gotten seemed to have stains on them, so I had asked for new onees. One night I was there fire alarm goes off, we go outside via stairwell (which had trash in it). and it starts to rain (not too hard thankfully) and we are just standing there waiting. Fire engine arrives. No staff around, I go inside to desk and they are checking folks in, I ask umm what is going on. "oh just some kid pulled the alarm" Really? so no one was going to say anything? We all were just going to stand outside. Thansks for the notification and inconvience.
