Overall the experience was great! Staff were friendly, accommodating and the hotel is clean and spacious. But the time we were booked the swimming pool was under maintenance so didn’t really got the chance to try it then.

The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.

It was under maintenance so I paid more money and favored this over fairmont for its whirlpool but it was under maintenance and I was informed about that while checking in and got just $30 for two nights as a compensation which is ridiculous!

The Sandmam Signature hotel was very nice. It was clean. The pool was down for maintenance during our stay. The room temperature was a little hard to control it was often too cold or too warm. Nice spacious room. The elevators are small and a little slow. We liked the options for dining and the little cafe they had.

Brand new hotel. Exterior looks nice. Staff were great. But you can tell that the amenities are going to be tired and broken in a year or two. Bedroom was very nice and super clean. And it’s always nice staying in a new hotel. One thing that wasn’t considered is the noise. It has the walls of a by the hour motel. Most notably is the shower pans. I couldn’t figure out what the squeak was in the middle of the night lasting for several minutes in the room above me. I determined they were having a shower. I stepped into my own shower, and sure enough, the shower pan squeaks when you step on it. Needless to say, coming to the Sandman for a good sleep, did not happen. My current review is a fortified because of how new it is. It was very close to a three, and will be a three in a year or so.

Good stay, but initial arrival had a bit to be desired. Upon entering the building all you could smell was weed at the entrance. When getting into the lobby it was actually stronger smelling than outside. That definitely did not set a good expectation for my stay. The rooms were very nice and quite comfortable. Bathroom was large and amenities were good. The noise level was rather loud through out the night. I could hear people walking on the floor above me and water running. Over all it was a decent stay but for the price I would expect better.

We enjoyed our stay and how clean the property was. We were offered an upgrade a few days before arriving which was a nice surprise and not an astronomical amount to change rooms. We had a kitchenette with queen bed and soaker tub everything felt basically brand new still being opened not to long ago. Overall great stay only downside was the heating system in the room every night was very hot and not having an AC option, the fan would come on and turn off almost immediately making the night a little uncomfortable. When we called down and asked for a fan we were told there was none on property which was a disappointment.

Chealsy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with getting me into a room earlier than check in due to my canceled flight. The staff were friendly, professional, and answered my questions with ease. The rooms were clean, fresh smelling, and the washroom was spotless. I plan on staying here in the future! Thanks!

We arrived to find that there was a loss of communication somewhere between the hotel and Expedia, we had to cancel one night originally. Then got free so rebooked the night with Expedia, I received the confirmation, The hotel had us cancelling out entire stay, so they rebooked it with the the hotel at half the price for two nights , so worked out inthe end.

Nice hotel we stayed in a beautiful suite and it was worth it, check in staff were okay but checking out the front desk staff were so friendly. The food at the Tavern was delicious and the drinks were fabulous! I also like that Denny’s and CHOP were close by. I would definitely book again.
