Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Safe area with tons of shopping and restaurants close by.

No toilet paper in bathroom. Mold visible in shower, shower head dripped. Poor selection of tea bags. Luke warm water in the container marked “hot water”.

Room itself was clean, but the bathroom left a lot of room for improvement. Shower head dropped a steady, annoying drip and there was mold all along the base of the shower stall.

Past reviews mentioned no hot water,and our room 427 had none. We moved closer to the water heater location in room 306 and were able to have a hot shower there. Breakfast was fine, hotel clean, reception helpful. But, this hot water issue sees to be a chronic, unaddressed problem
