Staff was very friendly. Amenities were lacking with a pretty basic gym, small pool and outside pool was closed. Restaurant service was good but food was only okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall very nice stay

The front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great value and the waiter working there took great care of us. The pool facilities were nice, as was the gym and the parking lot was massive. Plenty of spots with a lot of convenient restaurants and stores in the area.

I had a very early flight and called the property to ask for their Early Check In policy. Jia was very professional, polite, and prompt. When I arrived, she remembered my name and had a room ready for me (please note Early Check In is only available IF there’s a room available!). She gave me the breakdown of the hotel as far as restaurant, pool hours, and convenience store inside the hotel, My stay was VERY peaceful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They give you complimentary water (2 bottles but housekeeping will give you more if needed or out). Housekeeping was respectful and resourceful thank you Sara. Unfortunately, when I went down to swim in the indoor/outdoor pool there was a machine in water and the outdoor pool wasn’t open but you could use their chairs to sunbathe.

The rooms were more modern and the bed was very comfortable but the facility as a whole could use some updating. The hotel restaurant & bar had very odd hours and was barely open, which was unfortunate because they could have made a lot of money off the lacrosse tournament families that near filled the hotel. The pool was small and didn’t open until later in the day which again, should be when you know you have a fully booked hotel of youth lacrosse teams.

The room was really clean, and I loved that it had a small pantry so you could buy a midnight snack without having to go to the gas station. The indoor pool was the main reason I booked this hotel, but it was closed while I was there, and the outdoor pool was filthy and had frogs in it. Perhaps you could let guests know that amenities are unavailable at that time before they make a reservation.

This is an older hotel that needs updating. Grout and edge finishes in bathrooms are stained, carpets are old. Breakfast was basically inedible. Parking is free. They have a level 2 Tesla charger but no CCS.

Great hotel with good location. Stayed from Friday to Tuesday, buffet breakfast was provided over the weekend, which was nothing special, the usual continental breakfast. However during the week breakfast was made to order, it was delicious, and so was dinner. All staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the last night we found a roach in one of our rooms 😩, so I had to deduct a star! Despite this, our overall stay was good.

Hotel looked really nice & staff were professional & friendly. Was given room 734 & looked great. Before sleeping & in morning I had breathing issues & coughing. I use an inhaler, & breathing was worse. Saw a/c unit had black mold. Told front desk. They were apologetic & got 6th floor room. Clean, very comfy & no black mold. Ate at the restaurant in hotel. Was empty, staff weren’t great and fish & chips was worst I’ve had, like cardboard. Menu was like a piece of scratch paper, but on the bottom said automatic 15% gratuity. At one point I was waiting for my check & no staff around for about 3-4 minutes. After I got the check I asked about the automatic gratuity & employee didn’t know what I was talking about. Before I checked out I also saw I was double charged for my room! They assured me it would come off in 3-5 days. Oh & hot water was not working for almost 2 days.

Don't know if wake are thin or window old but heard talking til after 3am! Beds as comfortable as air mattresses. Air worked really well but really loud. Not enough wash clothes and shower door needs adjusting or lubrication. Loud screeching sound.

There were lots of little things that made this rating a neutral 3. The room was just so so with respect to being clean. The water pressure and shower were awful. Incorrect wi-fi sign on details. A TV that froze constantly and an empty coffee pot both mornings. The staff were lovely, very friendly and really tried to make things right…but overall we won’t be back.

The hotel was really nice they made me and husband feel welcomed the only thing is that the WI-FI isn’t all that good I tried to put the password in the front desk gave but didn’t work but for the most part everything else was great.

The lady who checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and knew how to bring a smile. Facility is clean, rooms are some what out of date but nothing wrong with them. Only complaint WiFi would not work for me and I heard a few others saying they had the same issue.

No service at check in. No luggage carts, no one cared.Booked an upper floor room with a view of what they call lake. It's a puddle. Had to have rooms changed twice because the view was of the roof top. The room stayed in was out of necessity it was getting late. view was a joke. Rooms are small, spare and expensive for some other "premier hotels". Entry light bulb needed to be changed again no one cared. Only two towels, dangerous shower, no hand rails. Check out was a hassle as needed a luggage cart "we'll see what we can do" was the reply. Received one to see there were at least 6 in the lobby, Restaurant was adequate, bartender friendly.

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest and kindest at any hotel I've visited in the states. Really felt welcomed every time we walked in the door. The manager even went out of his way to say goodbye, have a safe trip, and come back to visit again. The entire staff should be commended for the hospitality and extra service they all provided to us! We will return

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to a local hospital where my partner had undergone surgery. When checking in, the front desk person asked what brought me to the area and I told him. The next day, as I was leaving and walking out of the lobby to return to the hospital, the same front desk employee saw me and stated that he hoped my loved one would recover quickly. I was so touched and impressed that he remembered me and personal details about me, even though it is a large hotel full of convention attendees. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely, so that would be reason enough to return, but his interaction with me confirmed that I would stay there again (another surgery ahead). Highly recommend!

Karen checked me in, and she was amazing! This hotel has a real bar and the staff is a class act. I frequently stay in this area and have tried all of the hotels. This is the best one hands down no question. Everyone is very helpful and I noticed all the staff help each other. even on their way into work before his shift started an employee picked up trash in the parking lot. A plus management. It was about the same price as the other hotels but it's way better. The bed was perfect the air conditioning works QUIETLY. Oh and the food is good, I know right... that happens in a hotel these days almost NEVER. This hotel ia old school, real furniture nit IKEA. Worth the extra 10 bucks for sure. And the pool was amazing as well.

The person in the room next to me was smoking marijuana in the room. This was so excessive that the smell had seeped into my room. I notified the front staff, as well as shared that I have a bad reaction with sinus pressure and headaches. They addressed the customer by asking them to stop and charging them however did not offer to change my room. Additionally, the other person then approached me to apologize for their inconsiderate behavior. He then proceeded to knock on my door after midnight. I was frightened by this. I did not notify anyone at the time as I did not want to make any sounds in the room. I should have been offered to change rooms but instead was left there and could not sleep all night because of the smell that effected my sinuses as well as the fear. I called to speak to someone about my discomfort and they simply stated, "Sorry, but no one here would have told him who complained." That was not the point. I am highly disappointed as I have stayed here many times. Last night was the last time EVER.

This particular hotel and staff doesn’t function properly together. They didn’t communicate the right information and marked me as a no show after I spoke with their staff on several occasions when I missed my flight the day of checkin. I spoke for 7 minutes to a front desk person regarding moving my days from May 7th to May 8th which she said that’s not a problem being that you missed your flight. After explaining to her I missed my flight due to TSA misplacing my shoe she confirmed that she will make of note of my new check in time and date. The next morning I called to confirm and they act like that had no idea what I was talking about then directed me to call Expedia to have the dates moved because they can not. They I explained that the person ensured me that this was all taken care of. She said no they marked you as a no show but your reservation is still active and that you can call Expedia and have them move your dates for you. Well Expedia mentioned that the fact that the hotel marked you as a no show it activated the stay and that there is nothing Expedia could do. The hotel said that they could give a refund due to the misunderstanding and Expedia follow up with the report. Needless to say today I received and email that through several attempts from Expedia the were unsuccessful in their attempts of communication with the hotel. Therefore they could not secure a refund for the two nights I paid , therefore leaving me without accommodations after my plane landed.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights but didn’t get housekeeping, so perhaps we should have asked. The downside was the busy area with loud traffic at times. Wish we would have gotten a room facing the back. The pond with the geese made for a nice walk and there was a gazebo with tables. The proximity to Applebees was also handy. Lots of restaurants nearby!

Came to this location specifically for the on-site dining. It was so bad we ate elsewhere. There’s an Applebees 300 feet away, so the hotel really doesn’t need to offer this amenity. They have a bar too but so does Applebees. The bar was mostly empty and nothing special. Pool was small and over crowded. The rest was fine. Hotel was otherwise quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Dog families have their own floor so that’s good for people who want to sleep. We stayed on a Wednesday during spring break but we chose this hotel because of the on-site dining, which was def overhyped. We have teens so the ease of food seemed important. The hotel did not offer room service either. It also meant that what is often free in a place like this (buffet breakfast) was now $15 per person. Coffee offering was basic but at least free and available in the lobby.

There was a nice bar at the hotel that offered jazz music on Wednesdays. Staff was very friendly and attentive at the front desk. The hotel is clean and modern, the doors were a bit noisy because it appeared to be newly painted. Hotel cleaning staff can pay better attention to cleaning and the proper way to make up a bed, neatness’s counts!
