Pictures on Expedia are out of date. Pool had been shut down for over 2 years and was told by staff it was because owner just didn't want to deal with it. There were no amenities in the room, dead bugs on bed and floor, water came out brown when first ran. I feel like we got bait and switched and that's why we only stayed one night. Would have left sooner if everywhere else hadn't been booked on the 4th of July. The staff was friendly but that was the only up side. Also just got a call from a customer service center asking about our stay and to do a survey of this hotel, and the second I started listing complaints they hung up without a word. Will not be back to this establishment.

Close to everything. Had occasion to interact with 3 different front desk employees and everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful-especially the gentleman. Pool wasn’t in service and do not count on the continental breakfast being anything you would want to eat. Room was very dated but fairly clean. Fantastic price for a holiday weekend!

this was a budget motel and I wanted a smoking room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool I think is always closed. the last time we stayed here it was closed as well in 2021

Toilet was broken, had to wait for repair before checking in, toilet broke again in the morning. Staff was responsive and courteous. Not much they could do. Management is clearly poor due to rooms condition. I would not stay here again. They gave packs of coffee but no coffee maker, ironing board with no iron. Bathroom is extremely cramped.

It shows they have a pool up and running. It also shows nice rooms. It shows the rooms have fridges and microwave. They had to take a fridge out of another room just so I could have one. The hotel is old, musty and not well taken care of.

The room was very nice and clean, but there was no coffee maker and no refrigerator. They did bring a small refrigerator from another room, but still no coffee maker. all in all it was pretty good. There was also no bench or chairs outside so you could smoke and enjoy the outside.

The property was run down. Breakfast was stale pasteries, dated milk, no spoons , stale cereal, dirty lounge area. Employee folding sheets in lobby and they were hitting the floor. The price I oaid was not what I got. The room arrangement was 1 king and two twins, and that room was given to another guest. We ended up on two doubles. Guests were drinking outside of their toom with music playing. Pool was not operational. Management in ever called back to adk for feedback

We chose this place at last minute when we decided we didnt want to drive home late at night in winding narrow roads. It was clean and convenient. Some odd things. In room coffee packages, but no coffee pot. In breakfast dining areas, oatmeal packs, but no plain hot water, only coffee. Sink didnt work. Unknown age of juice in fridge. Pool was cemented over. All ok for us for overnight stop.

The hotel did not look like it was advertised. It was old and outdated, which would have been tolerable if it were at least clean. There was a huge spider amd nest in one room, and dead bugs on/under the bed in the 2nd room. There was also some sort of substance on one bed. It felt like a cross between kitty litter and cigarette ashes. One room smelled old and closed up. The other wasnt quite as bad, but the bathtubs in both rooms were dirty and had flies buzzing around. I requested to cancel both bookings, and the guy at the desk agreed, but I have not received a refund. I ended up driving home instead of staying the night. The pool was alos closed (the guy at the desk said it was because of liability issues).

Smoke smell and cigarette burns in a non smoking room. Water damage on bathroom wall and ceiling. Wavy wall and unrepaired drywall and baseboard. Toilet tank and lid did not match and pushed into your back when sitting. Only 2 squares of toilet paper left on roll. Not sure if bathroom was even cleaned. Takeout food left in mini fridge. Large “patch” (16” white plastic square ) covering plumbing repairs fell off the wall when we shut the outer room door leaving exposed plumbing in the bedroom. General property condition is rundown and surrounding area not great. New staff unfamiliar with procedures. The Air conditioning did work well , however, and location is close to ozark folk park. . 😁

This motel is horrible the sheets had stains on them and look like they were not washed. On top of that there is a hole in the wall that was covered by a white sheet metal square and the bathroom had bad water damage. And there was a bug found in the shower. The beds are also not comfortable at all

This stay….. Sadly disappointing considering it was AN EXPEDIA booking. The place was in sad disrepair! Dirty , smelly and in need of many repairs. I took pictures by cannot upload them here. The desk staff was super friendly but the room was horrible.

If all your looking for is a bed and a shower this is your place. If you are looking for comfort not so much. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it the TV was static ridden. There are no real amenities. The wifi is super slow.

The room was very very small, cramped. But all we needed was a place to sleep for a few hours and it worked. We were on the bottom floor and the first thing You notice is a smell of mildew. It's really needing an update. But we managed.

Located in front of the main thoroughfare and you hear all the traffic. There was a gospel tent set up in front of the motel and the prosperity preacher was screaming at the top of his lungs to cast out demons and tumor from someone. Can’t miss it as he went on for 6 hrs and mercifullly stopped at midnight. Also there is a non functioning WIFI. The facility need to be torn down.

Nice location and friendly staff. Well lit in the night. Room was ok, clean, but smells a bit because of heat and low usage, I guess. The area looks run down and not many guests. I feel bad for the management to run this motel and keep the guests happy. Good place to crash for a night.

Staff was helpful. However first room I was put in smelled like mildew and there was a drain snake in the bathroom floor. I was then put into a room that was already occupied. Third room I was put in the air condition wouldn’t even turn on. This property needs to be condemned. The fourth and last room I was placed in was barely acceptable. Ice machine was broken and it’s right next to main road so you hear traffic all through out the night. This place is a huge red flag. I do not recommend not even if you are looking for a cheap place to stay . Buyer beware.

Had to move out of 2 rooms. One could not get elderly person in room. Second room air did not work tv did not work. Third room was ok. It needs painting. The office help was very courteous. He did his best to get us to a room that would work.

To start with the room we reserved was not available at checkin. We requested a king bed and a double bed. All that was available was 2 doubles. The website states handicap accessibility, also not available. The room did not have a working tv or fridge. I might have understood some things not being availabe except for the fact there were a total of 3 cars on the entire property. I don't know if any of those belonged to the staff. The room didnt look like it had been prepared for guests. the kleenex box was empty.There were no trash bags in the trash cans, and there wasn't even any soap in the bathroom Erica was very helpful and tried her best resolve issues.

The Hotel was not ready for business. Absent were adequate staff and training. Also the room requested was unavailable and I received a lesser room than promised after 55 minute wait in the lobby. No breakfast provided. Teens making noise in the parking area at mid-nite. This hotel should not be offered by Windham.

Nice location and friendly staff. Well lit in the night. Room was ok, clean, but smells a bit because of heat and low usage, I guess. The area looks run down and not many guests. I feel bad for the management to run this motel and keep the guests happy. Good place to crash for a night.

Located in front of the main thoroughfare and you hear all the traffic. There was a gospel tent set up in front of the motel and the prosperity preacher was screaming at the top of his lungs to cast out demons and tumor from someone. Can’t miss it as he went on for 6 hrs and mercifullly stopped at midnight. Also there is a non functioning WIFI. The facility need to be torn down.

For what I paid, it was a nice small room that was pretty clean. It's an older motel, but not in horrible shape. One of the nights I was there I did have the local police knock on the door, apparently someone called in a fake report that they had to check all the rooms. not the motels fault. Only complaint, the continental breakfast was not open. But the front desk did let me fill up my small cooler with ice while I was staying there.

Close to everything. Had occasion to interact with 3 different front desk employees and everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful-especially the gentleman. There was no soap in the bathroom, but the jacuzzi was a nice surprise. The television had terrible reception, but the wifi was ok.For the price od the room, it was fine. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was sub par but again, for the price, it was a good place to stay. Besides, McDonald's is next door.

The property was run down. Breakfast was stale pasteries, dated milk, no spoons , stale cereal, dirty lounge area. Employee folding sheets in lobby and they were hitting the floor. The price I oaid was not what I got. The room arrangement was 1 king and two twins, and that room was given to another guest. We ended up on two doubles. Guests were drinking outside of their toom with music playing. Pool was not operational. Management in ever called back to adk for feedback

No one was at the desk when we got there. When someone did finally come, there was no uniform or professional attitude. The rooms smelled like urine, smoke, and sweat. The breakfast wasn’t fixed and no coffee was made the next morning.
