Hotel is in a very narrow Street but the Taxi took us to the door. The staff are really nice & friendly. Room was lovely & comfortable with a Juliette balcony. Only down side was no bar but plenty of little bars & Restaurant near by. Its about 5mins walk to the main Square where you will find El Corte de Ingles & many more shops etc.

Utterly thrilled to have stayed here. The hotel is in a quiet peaceful part of town but very walkable and accessible to everywhere you wish to go as a tourist. Brilliant staff from Rosario, Jose, Kevin, Marina on front desk, to Melania and the housekeeping team, to the lovely team at breakfast. The beds are really comfortable and a great shower and bathroom area. Stunning internal patios and courtyards to relax in. Or there's Alameda square and many others are within 5mins walk to spend a great afternoon in with delicious tapas and drinks. A wonderful, delicious and authentic spanish breakfast with so many things to choose from, all cooked fresh and replenished often. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so welcome, we didnt want to leave and we will return as soon as we can.

Good, clean hotel with courteous staff. Parking is available but with limited space. Overflow is redirected to a commercial parking lot that is located a mile away. Area is walkable, but the streets are a labyrinth. Takes a while to find proper orientation. For some that may be part of the Sevilla charm. Do not go there if you have a large car or SUV. It may not fit in those narrow streets.

The hotel is very nice inside and rooms are comfy with AC and hot water. The coffee machine avaliable until 11pm is a very nice touch plus plenty of inviting tables to sit and relax. Location was a bit harder to find since we drove there streets are mostly narrow. Parking area in hotel was full plus too small for minivan. Had to park a few blocks away in a 24hr parking area. Location of property is centrally located in the historic center area just a few blocks from shops and restaurants.

Posizione comodissima a 250 metri dai Setas de Sevilla e 15 Min a piedi dalla Cattedrale, dall'Alcazar e ca30 da Plaza de Espana. Pulitissimo e molto silenzioso. Ho camminato a piedi nudi sul pavimento e i piedi restavano candidi. In frigo due bottigliette di acqua al giorno e il caffè (macchinetta ma di buona qualità) è gratuito dalle 11 alle 23. La colazione non è ricchissima ma (caffè a parte per gli italiani) è di qualità discreta.

Our room was located next to an interior courtyard, with planters, waterfeatures and tables and chairs. Open to the sky, it was a lovely place to sit and relax. There are many quiet, comfortable seating areas in the hotel, and the rooms are cool, with high ceilings snd comfortable beds. Its in a very convenient location in the historic Old town, within easy reach of every amenity. vCard The staff are all very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Cervantes was very nice. Our bed slept well and the room was spacious compared to other European hotels. I had two complaints. The tub/shower glass shower divider didn’t not keep water off the floor. Our bathroom floor got a large amount of water each time we showered. The second issue was about coffee service. They had free coffee/tea service after 11 am. The machine we used for that was in the edge of their dining area. Before 11 am it was not available; however they had a larger machine in the dining room for breakfast guests to use. If we wanted coffee before 11 am, we had to purchase the breakfast or go out. I did not like this as I do not eat breakfast usually but have one cup of coffee. Otherwise the hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful in setting up excursions.

The hotel is in a good spot. You can walk everywhere ot takd the bus, bk problem. Plenty of food all around. It is roght in the centre. Perfect place. The room especially the bathroom needs re done, there was a lot of mould around the bathroom and the floor was not very clean. However, it was good fof only two days stay.

Little refrigerator did not work. The bathroom ceiling started leaking badly. No apologies or offers for the inconvenience. They moved us to another room and the bathroom door in this room didn’t close. The ground floor rooms have major structural issues in this hotel. Bathrooms very tight.

This hotel in Seville was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the giant wooden mushroom. The room was large and very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the great looking buffet breakfast, as there were so many local options nearby. Muy Coffee, right around the corner, became our regular morning stop. There is an elevator and a large, airy central courtyard for guest's use. I highly recommend this hotel. We loved Seville and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very beautiful and the architecture is the true essence of Seville. The location is wonderful since it’s so close by to all the major sites. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very friendly. I definitely would stay here again.

Nous n avons pas du tout aimé cet hôtel dans lequel nous avons passé quatre nuits. Les chambres donnent sur un patio sombre et très bruyant. La fenêtre de la chambre est avec du verre dépoli donc on ne voit rien sur l exterieur et les portes flambent en permanence. Il y a donc un bruit infernal dès le matin. De plus les toilettes sont coincées entre le mur et le lavabo.!il ne faut pas être trop gros pour faire ses besoins. Rien a dire sur la propreté.

This hotel is very beautiful. However, the bathrooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. I am 5'7" tall, average size and barely was able to move in the bathroom. In order to access the toilet, I had to squeeze myself between the wall and the bidet. I also couldn't access the toilet if the door was open. The bath only has a tiny window pane to prevent water spillages, so I had to be extremely careful when I washed. Even then, there was water everywhere most of the times I got out. Also, the rooms were very hot and damp. Since we were in April, there was no AC and we were instructed to open the windows. However, since there are inner courtyards in the middle of the building, the echo was very present. Thus, we could hear people talking and doors shutting all night and barely slept. We asked to change rooms and they gave us one facing the street instead of the inner court, but the street was as much noisy. The breakfast was ok. The food was overall okay, but sometimes cold. It also didn't open before 7:30am, so we had to eat in a rush the morning we left since our cab was picking us up at 7:45am. One of the lady at the reception (I don't remember her name) was incredibly kind and helpful. She reserved our cab for us and helped us switch rooms when we complained about the noise. She made sure everything was ok. Also, the hotel is a short walking distance to most of the attractions and good restaurants. Still, I think you can find better.

Beautiful hotel with a unique courtyard providing a nice area to relax after walking all day. Jose and Rosario at front desk were very inviting and extremely helpful. Only downfall was the lack of temperature control in the room which became very warm each night.

Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...

Good shopping within a 10-12 minute walk. Room met our needs, but nothing fancy. Tub was very dangerous to stand in - needed some traction on the bottom. Tub fixtures were very old and rust showed behind one. At 3 a.m. heard strange sounds inside the walls that went on for 15 minutes. Told the front desk about it, but didn't seem to care.

The staff was so nice and it was a beautiful property. I woke up very early with Jetlag and could not find coffee. The front desk clerk walked to the other side of the building and made me coffee, even though complementary coffee was not supposed to be available until later. Excellent location that is in walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in Seville. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything At Hotel Cervantes was excellent! The breakfast, location, my clean room and the staff. Rosario and Alfonso at the hotel check in were so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights.

Beautiful hotel. All staff that I had any interaction with were extremely friendly and helpful. I had more interaction with Kevin who was a real gem of a gentleman. He was always ready and willing to go the extra mile with a smile on his face..

This hotel was very beautiful and the architecture is the true essence of Seville. The location is wonderful since it’s so close by to all the major sites. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very friendly. I definitely would stay here again.

The location is in the old city, with a maze of narrow cobblestone streets the taxi from the airport just left us to figure out how to get to the hotel. The building itself is amazing, with tall inner courtyards and rooms along the balconies. Breakfast was expensive, but varied. The staff was helpful and the room was very quiet. The tiny bathroom was somewhat inconvenient. A good location to get the flavor of old Seville.

Good location in Seville close to lots of the main tourist areas. We booked here as we knew we’d have a hire car, but the reviews mention the car park was tight and our car wasn’t small so we parked in a multi- story 15 mins walk away. (It also wasn’t too easy to confirm a parking space with the hotel as you could only book on the day of arrival) this was expensive at €85 for 3 days - the hotel was offering €22 per day, but we didn’t want to risk scratching the hire car! The main communal areas were very Seville in style and pretty. Our room was a good size, with a bath and shower over the bath. Our room was next to the lift on the first floor which wasn’t too noisy other than around 8-10am when people were slamming doors. We had thought we had breakfast included, but it wasn’t and would have been €12 each so we went elsewhere for our 3 days - it would be good if this was clearer on the Hotels.com booking page. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente en pleno corazón de Sevilla si bien es complicado llegar con el coche por calles muy estrechas. El parking tiene un acceso más complicado aún. NO se puede entrar al parking con coches grandes. El hotel está formado por un edificio antiguo y otro moderno que acaban de abrir, pero aún hay zonas donde se está trabajando. Del hotel destaco su excelente limpieza, pero las habitaciones antiguas necesitan una actualización, especialmente los baños. También es lioso moverse por el hotel y nos metimos sin querer en la zona nueva que se ha abierto aunque aún se están haciendo trabajos y nos costó encontrar la salida. El desayuno no es está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni por variedad ni por calidad. El parking son 22 € por noche hasta las 14.00 h. Si te quedas un poco más, tienes que pagar 11 € más. Si haber sido una experiencia negativa, en Sevilla hay oferta hotelera mejor.

We spent 4 nights here over the busy Christmas holiday. The staff is excellent at answering questions and making arrangements, if necessary. Very comfortable rooms, well designed with a desk, fridge and safe. Great breakfast offerings with breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, eggs, pastries, juices, coffees and more. Great location in a maze of a neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cervantes. It is very centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at reception were very helpful and this was important to us as we were visiting over the Semina Santa festival period. The breakfast was very good though repetitive but there was plenty of choice. Would definitely return to this hotel when we visit next .

Hotel Cervantes was very nice. Our bed slept well and the room was spacious compared to other European hotels. I had two complaints. The tub/shower glass shower divider didn’t not keep water off the floor. Our bathroom floor got a large amount of water each time we showered. The second issue was about coffee service. They had free coffee/tea service after 11 am. The machine we used for that was in the edge of their dining area. Before 11 am it was not available; however they had a larger machine in the dining room for breakfast guests to use. If we wanted coffee before 11 am, we had to purchase the breakfast or go out. I did not like this as I do not eat breakfast usually but have one cup of coffee. Otherwise the hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful in setting up excursions.

Fanns ingen parkering ledig. Vi blev hänvisade till ett parkeringshus som visade sig kosta mer än hotellet gjorde. Rummet var mörkt och fönstret låg mot en av hotellets trappor inne i hotellet. Fiasko.
