Heat/cool register not working at all. Floors under beds and behind furniture was dirty! Empty bottles and toys from previous pets under and behind furniture. Nice outside picnic area if you overlooked the overflowing trash cans. All outside trash cans were full when we arrived and still full 3 days later. Did not feel completely safe during stay

The lobby and elevator were very dirty. The ice cube containers in the freezer had burden stains on them like someone use them as an ashtray, and the refrigerator itself was filthy. Outside the door there’s a garbage can with piles of garbage all around i we ended up paying for three days but left early because it was disgusting. Staying theret on the entrance.

I have never seen such a dirty entrance to a motel. Cigarette filter butts everywhere. Years of cigarette collections, piled up, all around, everywhere I looked. Just fifty! Doesn't anyone bother to clean the yard around the building? Just disgusting.

Room smelled like a wet dog, cigarette butts and trash all around the property. Also, dog poop in the dirt areas. I have stayed at a lot of cheap hotels on this was the worst one ever. Just nasty!

No public restroom for those on a long flight, or drive. Had to wait until we checked in. Nearly soiled myself. Placed us on the 2nd floor with ni elevator, and we could hear the women in the next room snoring most of the night. The heater did not work, it was 28 degrees outside. Smoking oder was present. Employees were smoking 25 feet from the front door, right next to the sign that said 150 feet.

The outdoor arears are clean and thete is a nice shady area to walk dogs around the main building. Thats where it ends! The inside of the building is VERY run down to say the least. It only gets worse when you get to the room. The first room we were given had not been cleaned or someone was still in it. The second room had been made up but was far from clean. The sheets had yellow stains. The counter tops are peeling. There were finger prints on everything! The closet shelf is hanging half off the wall and there were so many crumbs and pieces of food and debris under the bed it looked like a 10 year old buffet. The free breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin and coffee in a thermos. The only positives I have to mention are the freeway accessibility and the nightime front desk girl is extremely nice and welcoming.

This hotel is dirty beyond believe Brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink because the bathroom was so filthy. Skipped the shower altogether, wouldn’t subject my dog to it. Stay clear away from this hotel. Paid $114.00 dollars and slept on the towels I had in my car

Unhappy with how unclean the room was. Mold spores in the bathroom on the ceiling. Dust everywhere, lint and dust in all the drawers and in all the corners. Only 2 towels for 4 people. The mirror in the room was dirty. The floor was nasty. Desk chair was gross.

Front desk is on lock down in the morning and at night. Get your towels and questions answered when they’re open. The property is run down but get what you pay for. The room was clean just old furniture and bare bones. Thin comforter. You can be woken up by people walking in the room above you bc floors are thin. Especially top floor has hardwoods so makes it loud when they walk. The front desk was friendly just not available all the time.

Don’t know where to begin, this was one of the worst experiences we have had at a hotel . Firstly we get there and keys do not work every time we go in and out they we’re deactivated every time we would leave. We got stuck in the elevator and had to be saved by the fire department a hour and a half later. After getting out we still got yelled out by the front desk to maybe use the stairs next time because we were to heavy when we where no where near the max capacity of weight. They treated us poorly after there elevator is the one that broke and trapped us. Had to change rooms 3 times due to ac going out, clogged drains in the sink and shower. We paid for a 2 bed and due to that both my kids had to cram onto a pull out . Terrible experience extremely frustrating this place shouldn’t even be open .

The whole place smells like simmering dog food and has the ambiance of despair and divorcees. Broken down cars in the parking lot with piles of leaves around them. I felt like they should have a bowl in the lobby filled with complimentary antibiotics and tetanus shots. Had to move rooms twice to get one with 1. a working TV and 2. that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Eventually settled on one that didn't stink but the TV didn't work. The desk lady was nice and tried to help. She was the one bright spot in a pretty disappointing overnight "romantic getaway." This is definitely a desparation location rather than any sort of destination for leisure.

The water pressure was nonexistent. I had to hold the thing on the spicket up so the little dribbles of water would come out of the shower head and not the tub. They said that it was due to Maitenance. Never offered any form of reimbursement or anything to make up for it.

I arrived at 1 asked to check in was rudely told NO. Then told I could pay $15/hr to arrive early. When I returned at 8pm nobody was at the front desk..two other people waiting ahead of me. After 5 minutes the Night Manager came running in the front doors swearing like a sailor. Another employee suddenly appeared from the hall and started yelling at the Manager “You better be here to work, I’m going to walk out….” Then the whammy - the employee proceeded to tell the Manager she had checked people into dirty rooms because there weren’t any clean ones. Manager is trying to hush her and gets me a room. I told her it better be clean. When I opened the door there was water all over the floor from the fridge. That was enough I left….. I had stayed here in previous years and the place and staff were great. Zero recommends now.

I booked this hotel, called the hotel to double check the address. When I arrived I was unable to gain access to the hotel and the lobby was shut down with no workers available to check me in. I had to get an uber back to the airport. Tried to contact the main line before leaving the premises and was hung up on. Now disputing this charge with my credit card.

There was no one on the property to check us in. Lobby & main floor halls were filthy. A registered guest had a toilet overflowing and there was no help available. I was charged even though we never checked in. I returned to get a refund the next morning which the assistant manager insisted they had not been the ones to charge me (after multiple calls over 2 days they finally saw it was them and I did receive a refund) to find the lobby full of guests with a variety of complaints - no coffee, nothing for breakfast, fire alarms that went off all night long. I would never make a reservation at an Extended Stay properly again inasmuch as I've heard about other very unfavorable experience from others as I've talked about mine.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My room felt like no one had stepped in it for quite some time, there were toiletries missing (no toilet paper) and the blanket was more of a second sheet and i was cold all night… but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out, especially because i got in around midnight with 2 kids and checking in was a struggle- made better by her. :) I can’t say that this would be my first or second choice stay in the future though.

Drove in from Cedar City Utah for the Travel RV Show. Easy check-in, room as shown on line. Clean, comfortable, dog friendly and good parking. Great location, close to everything. Everyone of the staff were friendly.

Our first time at this hotel chain. Check in was smooth and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t expect the kitchen to be bare, not a cup, pot, plate, and no coffee maker. It was a great place to stay for the price, and with the dogs. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk.

Basic amenities, with kitchenette. Refrigerator, microwave, full size fridge and two hotplates. Extended Stay is worn and not a new as it once was. This used to be my favorite place to stay. I had a quiet room and felt safe walking in and out of the building and parking lot. Hand soap provided was nice, the bar soap for the shower/bath had a unpleasant odor. I would suggest an additional luggage cart. There was only one available and was being used by a long term guest who was changing rooms. This was during the early evening hours when guests were checking in and made it inconvenient for other guests. Continental breakfast is coffee and granola bars. Adding fresh fruit would of been nice.

Should not advertise as a free breakfast because it is only a Grab N Go with stale muffins & only drink option as coffee. No ice machine in the entire building, but there are empty ice trays in the freezer in the room. Free prescription drugs provided - Housekeeping missed a pill (Trazadone) on the floor at the edge of the bed, and change on the floor by the recliner. Glad we didn’t have little ones with us.

It was adequate for what we needed. You need to go to the front desk to get any and all kitchen equipment, including the coffee maker. The kitchen kit contains plate/utensils but nothing to clean them. The complimentary breakfast bar is limited (instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged muffins). Adequate, but not some place I’d stay again.
