This hotel room was huge! We had the multibed studio suite. We have 2 dogs. Our dogs are very well behaved and potty trained. The fee was very reasonable! Thank you! The location is absolutely convenient to everything, really. The host, named Eric, was the best concierge I have EVER experienced. Other hotels should fight for him to be the face and voice of their business. The breakfast was nice. The only problem is the lady said they keep the pool at 74° and it was absolutely too cold where our kids lips turned blue. It was clean though! I don't know if the purpose is lower maintenance because cooler temperatures produce less bacteria however I would definitely NOT choose this hotel for a winter pool experience. The room however, was nice!

From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location.

Check-in staff just after 4pm were really great. Morning breakfast was excellent. Indoors pool looked very inviting, and the kids seemed to be enjoying it. We will return in the future.

It’s a great hotel with plenty of room and a good breakfast. They accommodated us exactly as we ask for. About the only thing we didn’t like that the pool was very small and over crowded.

We booked this hotel because it had a fitness center and indoor pool. The pool was closed, and some of the fitness equipment did mot work!!! This was disappointing!

The room was spotless, as it must have been recently renovated. The room was large, and had very comfortable beds. We wished we had a mattresses at home like those on our 2 queen beds bedroom. The bathroom was very clean, and large. Breakfast was excellent every day for our 4 night stay. We complimented the breakfast hostess on how good everything was, and all very tasty. We will definitely be back!!

Our room was clean and had plenty towels, however all other areas of hotel in need of deep cleaning. Food area counter and floor very sticky, seating cushions worn out, hallway carpet gross, elevator areas dirty floors. Dog waste disposal was running over onto ground for 2 days.

Would not recommend this hotel. We arrived late in the evening after being at Busch Gardens all day. The room was not clean, had to ask for clean bed linens because there were black spots on pillow cases, sheets and bedspread. Trash was fiound under the bed and what looked like dog hair on the pillow. Bathroom towel had hair ball in it. Asked for another room but none were available. Libby area and dining area carpeting frayed and worn out in high traffic areas. Needs renovation. On a good note... staff was very pleasant and did their best to accommodate us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods and beverages. The kids enjoyed the pool,

The hotel was very clean. It was in a safe part of town away from the hustle and bustle. The parking lot was well lit. A new tv was installed while we were out and we had some trouble with buffering but other than that we had a great visit.

The staff was very friendly but the room was dirty. There was something wrong with the shower. The temperature fluctuated frequently changing from hot to cold. There was a loud thumping sound when we were adjusting the temperature. There was also a large cockroach in the room.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean, especially the unwashed sheets and comforter. We did request the room to be cleaned, but they ended up using the old poop-stained comforter that was on the bed when we originally check in. We did notify the front desk three times, but the same mistake kept getting repeated so we eventually just requested a new comforter and dealt with the unclean situation ourselves. I do think that staff are trying, but quality control measures just are not in place.

Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows hardly had and stuffing. mattress and pillows felt very cheap. Walls were dirty. Ring around bathtub. Matters cover old , tattered, and off putting. Lobby smelled very musty . TV old, still has a card with the like 20 channels available on it. Good that it was dog friendly, would look for other accommodations next time.

The room was very clean and bed comfortable. It was a little outdated but they are renovating floor by floor so we expect it will be quite up to date the next time we visit Williamsburg. The hotel staff were very friendly - we especially appreciated Mr. Bo in the dining area and Tasha at the front desk.

Nasty, dated and musty smelling hotel under renovation but this was not disclosed in the booking process! A construction crew was renovating the 2nd floor and hammering persisted throughout the days. Internet WiFi did not work. Multiple dogs in other guests rooms barked all night and defecated on the hallway floors. Air conditioning leaked in one of our rooms and mold was identified and confirmed by the maintenance technician when he removed and replaced the unit. Horrible experience! Stay away from this hotel!

It was a nice visit overall, a bit less of an experience than what we expected for the price paid for the room. Hotel needs a bit of upkeep. Wall hook fixture fell off as soon as we walked in the room, the towels were small and rough, and the sofa clearly had a stain on it. Folks there were nice, though. Would stay again, but will look for a better price to do so.

When checking in, the man at the front desk was on his personal phone with air pods in. I tried to ask questions but he ignored them. He rushed through and didn’t explain anything. The guy was annoyed because there were multiple people checking in at that time.

Front desk staff very apathetic and distant toward guests . Eric and the woman ", the Supervisor ", could care less !One front desk person .."Z" , was the name she gave me when I asked , was Exceptional !! Tried to accommodate my request for rooms near each other on same floor. Very calm ,polite and understanding. The " Supervisor " earlier, did not handle my request for at least 1 of 5 for an early check in .[..2:30pm.]..well ..... rude and very bad attitude !! "Z" would serve you better as a manager or Supervisor . Booking 5th room later after 4 were booked also was a problem. Had the " Supervisor "on the phone and she said "no problem" then pulled up me res. and suddenly said " my computer went down , call this 800# and book with them . They pulled my info , put me on hold and then said "book thru the hotel ?? the transferred me to Eric . Very rude , as if I was bothering him , rushed me thru and abruptly hung up on me. We\'re Hilton Honors members and stay at a lot of the Hampton Inns . This was the first very bad experience with the hotel conditions and very rude and impolite staff.

Very friendly staff, breakfasts had a large selection, and someone was always there to assist if you had a question. Beds were comfortable, large showers, very clean. Hotel was convenient to excursions and restaurants. Gas station across street to fill up prior to driving home. Will stay again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast options each morning. We felt safe. The only thing that was unexpected is that they only service your room - including taking out trash and bringing fresh towels -every other day.

Had an issue with the AC sounding like a lawn mower. It shook so bad it actually caused the front to fall off. However, when I brought it to the front desk staff at 4 AM, they immediately set us up with a new room. And they also allows us to store our belongings in our old room I til the morning so we didn’t have to worry about anything other than moving ourselves and sleeping. Props to the night shift front desk staff for thinking outside the box and putting their customers first!!!

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. This property is older and is starting to show its age. I understand the property is undergoing a renovation. Interior space was dark and dated looking. Guest room was clean but the public areas (Carpets) needed more attention. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare but a little on the limited side. The property was located a little off the beaten path. No opportunity to walk near the property. Had to drive to everything. With a little work and refreshening this could be a very nice property.

Stayed over labor day holiday mostly to go to the theme parks with our toddler. It's definitely conveniently located, and relatively quiet at night. Studio suite King bed room provided great space for the three of us (enough to deploy a slumberpod tent), and the separate sink/counter was useful for washing bottles, etc. Only gripe was that the water took about 15 minutes to get hot (I called and front desk confirmed it's a known issue since our room was "far from the boiler"). Not a big deal... just ran the shower 15-mins earlier the next night. Rest of the property was okay, simple but at least clean. Parking seemed to be enough even at night when it got populated. Breakfast was decent enough to save a trip to an overcrowded "pancake house". Staff was helpful.

For the value point pricing the hotel is ok. Don’t expect any bells or whistles. Breakfast was really crowded tons of families crowded in and under serviced by few staff. Our room was clean but I wouldn’t walk on carpet barefooted. For one night it was fine. We slept comfortably.
